Canceled my husband's appointment today before he forked over over $3,000. They had provided him all kinds of crazy schematics saying his back and neck were in misalignment. I was all for their plan to help him recover until I was going through the mail today and found the radiological report from his X-ray done a few weeks ago saying that his spine had no misalignment. It got me thinking that they were trying to take advantage of my husband in his time of need because he was so desperate for relief. So I went ahead and Googled the company and I read all of the one star reviews about people feeling like they were scammed and pressured into paying for a service that insurance would not cover. I thought it was very odd that they wanted the money up front for service. I also found it very startling how friendly and accommodating they were when my husband had insurance. He didn't realize about the new insurance company when he said his insurance would be ending June 30th. Their tune changed substantially when they thought he had no insurance. THANKS to all of you for your honest and candid reviews. Vero you won't be getting any money from us. Shame on you.

When I started care at Vero I was in chronic pain and suffering from insomnia. I trusted the treatment plan and now, just 3 months later my pain is minimal, my body is healing, and my ability to sleep has improved immensely. I started bringing my 3 children in for adjustments. Their sleep and digestion has improved and they love coming in for their appointments. We don’t have insurance and have found that they are accommodating and reasonably priced. We haven’t experienced any hidden fees and the staff has always been upfront about cost. All of the staff at Vero are welcoming and kind. We are thankful for their care. Highly recommend.

I am a 17 year old volleyball player that has tendinitis and jumpers knee that I tried everything to make them feel better. Physical therapy; knee injections, which helped a lot but not enough; ibuprofen; shoe inserts; and straps for my knees that I would wear during volleyball. I was barley able to do stairs and was barely able to stand up. Walking was painful, but I was able to ignore that pain until it became too much. After 3 to 4 years of being in pain, I started going to Vero about a month ago and I’m already starting to see improvement. I was able to squat, deadlift, and jump with little to no pain, which is incredible because I haven’t been able to do that in years. I am so thankful for Vero because they have helped me so much, I can finally play the sport that I love with little pain, if any.

The person who took me to the medical room was thorough, friendly and made sure I had questions answered and I knew what she was doing when tested for some issues. The doctor was the same. I can't think of anything they didn't do to ensure I understood my issues along with some methods to resolve pain issues. The reception needs work. Not very friendly, unwelcoming and left to stand without anyone saying hello or it'll be a few minutes. The location is so convenient with plenty of parking and shopping across the street and up the street and next to the freeway on and off ramps.

From the moment you walk in the door for your first visit to each and every time you are there, you are made to feel welcome and cared for. Each person you meet is kind, helpful, cheerful and professional. The care I have received is exceptional and I would recommend Vero to anyone. Thanks to the staff for all you have done to take care of me.

I've never been to a chiropractor before. I sure am glad I started here. The staff is all amazingly friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It's literally some of the nicest people I've encountered. My husband is also a patient here. We know they have hundreds of patients a day, but they always remember our names and little fun facts about us. The doctors are all just as nice and friendly. They are there to help and help they do! They are all always asking if I have any specific concerns for each appointment. They are also thorough in their explanations of the work they are doing. Sometimes, I'm not in a chatty mood, and they can sense that. Those days, we just don't chat as much. Other days, we chat quite a bit. That all being said, my husband and I are always in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Never so quick that we feel overlooked and never so long that we just want to get out of there already. They also have a lovely selection of K-Cups for their brewer, and I'm always down for a cup of coffee.

Vero has been great to work with. Great doctors and very helpful in improving my health. Definitely worth contacting to help you put your health on the right path.

This was my first appointment and I felt welcomed. The staff is friendly. I felt comfortable during the visit. My questions were answered. (I do wish I had asked more though) Before Vero, I had never been to a chiropractor. I will try to update this review upon further appointments.
