Family friendly and you get exactly what they say you are going to get: nothing disappoints. Nice, quite rooms. Very nice, large, clean indoor and outdoor pools. First class gym and golf... nice restaurants too. The service is so good and friendly that children run up to the restaurant staff and huge them spontaneously and the staff are happy like it was their own niece or nephew. Considering how hard it is to hire resort staff currently, I take this as a sign that the resort is well managed and care about their staff. So, yes, I can happily recommend this location for your family.

What a wonderful hotel to stay at! I had a fantastic time here. It was so very relaxing and cant wait to go again. The Staff were all so kind and so very helpful, Reception, Restauant Spa and more. They couldn't have done more for me! The facilities from the pool indoor and outdoor, gym, to the Spa just amazing! Restaurant lovely, fabulous breakfast buffet outstanding! Room Service was also very good and amazing portion sizes. Travel to and from the hotel/airport arranged for me by the hotel, optional extra with additional cost - again excellent service. Fully recommend. If I was younger and in better health - there is a shuttle bus from the airport which I didn't use as it's a 2hr journey! Conference facilities are also of a very high standard! Attended a 2 day course amazing! Fully recommend their Conference facilities. I had a lovely time and can't thank the Sraff enough. Special thanks to Felix the Events co-ordinator for making my trip so memorable and manageable! Thanks also to House-keeping, my room was pristine clean, the Breakfast ladies, for helping me every morning with fixing my breakfast. Excellent hotel with large campus, nice pools and good service all around. The rooms are spacious and very neat. Breakfast is really nice with a spacious and airy room overlooking the golf course - lots to choose from and very welcoming and efficient staff. We came back for the breakfast experience! Parking on campus is easy although will cost you EUR 12/day - you can also park right off campus which is a short 2 min walk into the property. Quick access to the golf area is convenient too. Swimming pool is large with lots of sun loungers and space to spread out. The pool restaurant invites you to dine when you are feeling peckish. The lobby bar is also nice, with a side room (with fireplace) to relax or play board games with the family. Location of the hotel is a bit further from Palma but you are in an oasis of your own with access to easy golf and good facilities.

We visited the hotel in June 2023 on the basis of the google reviews to enjoy a summer break with our newborn. We have been greatly disappointed and feel it's important to reflect our experience in google. We had a room overlooking the pool and but close to the restaurant Campino which does not belong to the hotel. The room is of sufficient size for a family of three. But one can tell the the hotel has become of age. The brown carpet is rather old. The room has been freshly painted but in particular the bath shows it true age. The shower did not close and the shower head only fits loosely into the holder so that it fell on my head at some point. Also, the bottle containers/bins of the restaurant Campino where emptied early every morning posing as a rude awakening for us. Many reviews also highlighted the beauty of the location. But looking at some 70ies old three star hotel ist not my definition of picturesque. The pool is of decent size and would have sufficient sunbeds for all guest wanting to use the pool. However, guest start to put out towels at 8 am. At 11 am it's virtually impossible to find space while not even half of the sunbeds are in use. We talked to staff at the hotel. But even though pool rules don't allow the blocking of sunbeds they decided not to enforce the rule in order to avoid stress with guests ... ? What about us? Also, we had the pleasure of being woken at midnight by pool parties at two separate occasions. The hotel staff were reluctant to take any action, asking us whether we're really disturbed by the noise. What other reason could one have to call the reception at midnight? I could continue outlining the delta between ambition and reality of the hotel. But this should suffice. Be aware! We certainly won't come back.

The room and the reception and the bar was perfect. Only thing that when I asked the lady to make me extra well-done fried eggs as I have very sensitive stomach, she pulled a face that she was not too impressed as there's are some which already made (but they are not extra cook). Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Excellent location. Pleasant hotel, perhaps in need of a little refresh in some places. Rooms are generous and pleasant. Service is ok if a little unreliable sometimes

I loved my two nights in this hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Big rooms with a big desk. I worked from my room and it was very nice to work from there. It was the premium or superior room. They upgraded me to a sea view room, which was lovely to spend so much time on. Spacious bathroom in stone with heated floors. Ritual products. Swimming pool, fitness and spa are included. Breakfast buffet was very well taken care of. A lot of choice, also options for vegans and vegetarians.

Nice hotel. A little dated but large rooms

Great, large hotel complex in the west of the island, beautifully integrated into the landscape. Unfortunately not directly on the beach (which can be found within walking distance). I had a spacious room with a view of the golf course. The hotel appeals mainly to golfing guests for whom top quality and service are worth the extra euro.

Great place to stay! Big and clean rooms. I had a balcony with sea view in the upper floor (recommended!). Great food, great service, very friendly staff, very nice and well maintained amenities. I was seeking for a few days to relax and got everything I was looking for. Enough sunbeds available in the best spots, golf around the corner, silence, nature sounds at night (you gotta love these frogs!!). Nice people to meet. It was all in all a perfect vacation and I will definitely come again!

My friend and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was perfect. The pool area and pool restaurant were nice, good drinks and tasteful tapas dishes. The hotel restaurant was absolutely amazing. The spa section and treatments were also lovely. We enjoyed the best hotel breakfast buffet we’ve ever had. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you!

My second stay at the hotel was just as delightful as the first. The service is great, the staff friendly and the food amazing. The breakfast has a large selection and great healthy options. The poolside bar has great food and the dinner restaurant was amazing. Honestly every meal was incredible and that is a rare experience. The rooms are great, the view from the terrace is incredibly peaceful, every night I sat there with my book and glass of wine and experienced the sunset. The location is great with the combination of pool and beach so close by. Despite COVID restrictions we had an amazing stay, the hotel managed to navigate these restrictions without compromising on service or experience.
