The
lack
of
professionalism
and
hospitality
is
an
issue
that
needs
to
be
addressed
immediately!!!!!
The
Good:
The
hotel
amenities,
location,
and
views
are
all
great.
The
hotel
has
a
private
area
(embarcadero)
where
you
can
dip
into
the
sea
and
relax
with
some
amazing
views,
apart
from
three
pools
and
an
spa.
The
breakfast
is
very
good
and
the
food
in
general
as
well.
The
location
is
very
convenient
and
if
you
rent
a
car
you
have
parking
right
there
in
the
hotel.
There
is
also
a
walking
distance
beach
that
is
very
nice
and
convenient.
The
Bad:
Despite
the
rooms
having
some
great
views
and
a
balcony,
they
do
not
meet
the
standards
of
a
4
star
hotel
nor
a
4.5
star
hotel.
The
elevators
are
slow
and
crowded
and
there
was
one
that
did
not
even
work
for
the
entire
trip
(which
is
unacceptable
for
a
4
star
hotel)
Now,
the
WORST
part
of
the
hotel
is
their
TERRIBLE
CUSTOMER
SERVICE,
the
manager
onsite
is
rude
and
far
from
what
a
manager
should
be.
The
rest
of
the
employees
seem
to
be
not
happy
with
the
hotel
or
what
they
are
doing
since
many
of
them
(not
all)
lack
the
basic
customer
service
and
people’s
skills.
For
the
most
part
they
would
speak
between
them
in
Catalan
right
in
front
of
you
and
then
respond
to
you
is
a
not
friendly
manner
that
it
can’t
be
done,
without
providing
any
solutions
or
consideration.
We
had
a
couple
of
very
unpleasant
experiences
and
overall
the
service
at
the
hotel
was
subpar
to
the
say
the
least.
Overall,
the
hotel
was
good
and
it
would
be
even
better
if
it
was
managed
differently
or
by
another
group
of
people.
With
their
current
staff
they
are
much
closer
to
being
a
3
star
hotel
than
a
5
star
hotel
to
say
the
least.
If
customer
service
is
essential
for
you
then
choose
a
5
star
hotel
or
a
real
4
star
hotel
to
get
the
most
from
your
investment!
