What a find. A little piece of paradise tucked away in an idyllic location. Firstly, the property itself is stunning. An old castle but a very high spec modern fit out throughout inside, and the facilities left nothing to be desired. Secondly, the food and drink. Two simply fantastic restaurants with food that is truly memorable in both. But the thing that really made this a wonderful stay was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and just fantastic service throughout. Sadly, there's lots of disruption to travel plans at the moment post Covid, but the hotel took it upon themselves to help solve problems for us that weren't their responsibility at all. They clearly just wanted to make our experience perfect any it worked. Special mention to Vincenzo who was an absolute star, but a huge thank you to all of the team for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!

Generally the food was very good BUT this time we had many troubles with the waiters. There didn’t seem to be one waiter for us over the evening but many. This has lead to chaos and mix up in what to bring at what time. Quite a pity for this price tag they‘re asking…

Sa Clastra restaurant: Excellent atmosphere. Superb service.Amazing cuisine and exquisite attention to detail. Pricey. If money's not the issue, absolutely worth a visit.

Fantastic dining experience, in both restaurants but Sa Clastra was just outstanding. Rooms are very nice and luxurious. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Gym and Tennis court in excellent condition. Only thing I would say is that given the handsome room prices water should be free at the pool beyond the first bottle.

A hotel that tries to sneak in charges to your bill is a shady one. There is no hotel in the US that would charge 9 dollars for revolting cherry chocolates on your pillow for turn down service. We were charged for nuts that we didn’t eat either. Too many awful things about this hotel to mention. Just stay away. Rude staff, awful manager, and they don’t take kindly in their treatment of women. Photos appearing on their website are majorly photoshopped so be prepared to be disappointed. Was shocked by the lack of red flowers that appeared so prominently on the site. We spoke to several locals about this property & was informed locals would not want to stay there as it’s a rip off destination for gullible tourists. Save your money, aggravation, and the probability of ruining your vacation and go elsewhere.

Only had dinner, but it was an elegant and delicious experience. The passionate somolier, the entertaining waiter were the perfect compliment to a carefully choreographed menu excellent cocktail and wine selections. Loved it.

We've had the absolute best stay at the Castell Son Claret! The whole hotel area looks like a place straight out of a fairy tale. We were in awe of the beautifully tended garden and premises every day. We enjoyed playing tennis, going for walks on the hotel's own trails and swimming in the pool overlooking the gorgeous Majorcan landscape surrounding the hotel. Everyone working there has been very attentive, kind, humorous and made us feel right at home! We can't wait to be back!

Earns the reputation many times over. Stayed only for lunch and an afternoon, instantly regretted not staying in the hotel.

Absolutely awful resort. Do not stay here.. First the resort and it is in the middle of nowhere and the food is on par with fast food or Alessi risotto that you can make at home for 3 dollars—-except this place will charge you 30+. You need to take a 20 min taxi ride to the next town Palma De Nova. We were charged 1200 a night for a pool suite as it was upgraded by Amex. The problem was there is no heating for a few more weeks so we froze. Dog barked all night next door as many casitas are shared. Was moved into another room in the main hotel that was not as nice , not spacious, and not as many bathrooms. We told the management that it is not acceptable to not have heat for any hotel much less a leading hotel of the world. We left early and will be disputing our bill with American Express platnium. Shocked that this resort is part of leading hotels & resorts as there is nothing leading about it. Just awful all around. Castel son Basura, if you are reading this, this is just the beginning of an article I’m going to write to protect people who are fraudulently induced into booking you based on fake photos and accommodations suitable for eskimos.

A spectacular place. Luxury hospitality at its best. Amazing team of friendly helpful staff. Unparalleled relaxation. Quiet peaceful in a secluded rural setting. Food drinks and wine faultless. Could do with better aircon in the room which is clearly a bit old and creaky as well as a few other services but it wouldn't put us off revisting this amazing place.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Olivera and we thank from the bottom of our hearts Jeroni and Alberto and the lovely other colleagues for an unforgettable evening. The whole team was absolutely attentive, incredibly well trained and very, very sweet! In Switzerland many waiters could learn a lot from you. The food was out of this world and we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our entire stay. See you next time.

Sa Clastra is literally UNBELIEVABLE! Go if you can. Have the 8 course degustation if at all possible. A once in a lifetime experience. Blew us away and will never forget it. Thank you teamSaClastra; you excelled in every way!

Beautiful property and very kind and helpful staff. Lots of operational issues during our stay, no internet, no hot water in the shower, and no functional toilet. The on-site restaurant's food was very good. Most of the operational issues were corrected throughout our stay.
