Our originally booked hotel was closed and we were booked over to Lindner. It quickly turned out: that was the best thing that could happen to us. At Lindner we got a Classic Class double room connected to a First Class double room for our family holidays. Both rooms were more than okay, they were furnished with style and good taste. You can really feel like home there, even with two active young boys. The location, the garden, the pools, everything had class. The food was great! The number one priority of the whole staff seemed to be the satisfaction of the guests. We all felt very comfortable and cared for. A big thanks to the whole staff! We will come again.

Staff in all departments were friendly and efficient, excellent! We found the facilities in the hotel antiquated, in need of sprucing up and a good dust (reception, bar Chumba, spa area and our suite). We were very disappointed not to have a bath in our suite. Area around the indoor pool was smelly and outdoor pool being renovated. The club bar could be much better, more comfortable, more cocktails and snacks. Barman - fabulous! Food in the restaurant was first rate - superb!

Stayed for a recent business trip and rooms and location were ideal. Very close to Puerto Portals (walkable but quite steep hills). Breakfast good and pool/spa facilities a nice added bonus. Will stay again

Lovely place with great service. Spent a couple days here and everything was very perfect for a short trip. The only regret was not enough time spent at the great location.

Our stay at The Lindner was special. The property is very well appointed and is just small enough to feel exclusive and opulent enough to feel luxurious. Great food and awesome service from the front desk. Great value and we'll definitely be back.

the service was good but there was an incident with the pool and my friends who were staying there got robbed and it’s to believed to be from someone on the inside because the came through the balcony door…so don’t stay here.

We only went here to have an early dinner, we were not hotel guests. The food was amazing just like the coctail I had. I would also come here to experience the hotel as well.

A great place too stay and relax. The staff were friendly and made our stay extra special.

Very nice and warm atmosphered Hotel, even for people who don't play golf (like me and my husband). Great breakfast and delicious food in both restaurants. All employees are very friendly and helpful and it's palpable that they love their jobs. We definately come back for another stay!

very bad experience! i had a booking confirmation for a 30 sqm. the room i got was half the size. the reception did not want to give me the agreed room even though the hotel was almost empty.

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff on the desk. Nice outdoors pool. Nicely located if you have a car you can drive to any location on the island easily. The only issue i had was the rooms and bathrooms are a little dated however i seen a banner stating that the hotel will be renovated soon! Food was a little pricey but thats what you would expect from a hotel.

Even before arriving the service was truly outstanding, dealing with golf bookings and some last minute changes with speed and just great service overall. No change on arrival - everyone from reception to the guys in the bars just 'get it'! You really feel they are genuinely making an effort in everything they do and every interaction you have. Rooms lovely, public areas and pool lovely, food excellent, spa terrific. I struggle to think of anything negative to say in any way about any aspect of the stay other than fairly pricey gin and tonics. A wonderful place in every way - I will be back!

Our room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very professional but friendly. We particularly enjoyed the spa. Everything suited us perfectly.

We staying over Christmas eve and left boxing day 2019. Friendly helpful staff, nice clean rooms, food was incredible. There was a small problem for us during our stay.. We mentioned it as we were checking out and they immediately called us that afternoon and compensated us. By offering our family a free breakfast voucher. Very professional move. Will definatley stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.
