Visited union tavern tonight after being in Manchester for the weekend and such a warm and welcoming place. The staff very welcoming and made the four of us feel welcome. I would recommend this pub if visiting the area.

What a little hidden gem! In the heart of Salford but bordering Manchester, I’ve never felt so welcome meeting Bernie and Phil who not only provided laughs but spoke about sports and general chit chat! The beer garden is beautiful and the beer wonderful. I really would recommend this wonderful place for a proper pub feel!

Amazing pub, really good owners and I would recommend this pub to anyone staying at the hotel next door. Beer garden amazing too! Plus all sports shown (I think!)

Amazing little bar, it's a Joseph holts, so you know what you're getting in beer. The landlords are really friendly and always make a great atmosphere.

Visited this holts pub on Saturday night for the first time. Loved the ale in a proper down to earth pub. Wouldn't necessarily go in there on derby day though being a blue!

Had great night Bernie and Phil are great hosts lovely pub and good entertainment going back at weekend for the music and a nice large beer garden
