this
place...
Regency
Security
staff
who
I
have
a
lot
of
respect
for
in
keeping
us
all
safe,
a
small
number
of
them
are
very
rude
with
one
male
employee
denying
me
the
use
of
the
toilet
30
minutes
before
closing
time
(02.12.22)!!
It
was
exactly
3.30am,
I
was
in
Flares
and
needed
the
toilet,
the
guy
on
security
put
his
hand
out
to
stop
me
proceeding
and
said
I
couldn't
use
the
toilet
as
they
were
closed!
There
was
no
announcement,
no
last
orders
given,
nothing!!
The
official
closing
time
on
Thursday
nights/early
Friday
mornings
is
4.00am.
I
had
paid
to
get
in
and
bought
several
drinks.
To
be
treated
in
this
way,
it's
completely
unforgivable
and
surely
illegal?!!
I
grabbed
my
coat
and
walked
out
in
disbelief
whilst
the
place
continued
to
remain
open
with
no
announcement
made
and
the
DJ/music
still
playing.
Toilets
must
be
open
until
closing
time
for
people
to
use
before
leaving
at
the
end
of
the
night.
There's
simply
no
excuse
for
this.
I've
never
experienced
anything
like
it,
anywhere
before!
Embassy/Flares/Red
Room
really
has
taken
a
dive
since
Spring
2022,
upping
their
entry
charges
considerably,
late
at
the
weekends
and
removing
cask
beer...
It's
now
no
long
possible
to
get
a
pint
of
lager
or
ale
at
this
establishment
and
they
are
charging
the
same
amount
(around
£5)
for
a
tiny
330ml
bottle
of
Stella
and
Peroni.
It's
simply
not
good
enough.
Management
