Had a lovely time. Our room was spotless. Very quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful. Lots of tea and coffee. There is a drinks machine that sells everything. Lots of fresh towels every day. No breakfast , no restaurant. Lots of cafes and pubs nearby. Handy for hairdressers and supermarket. Also bus stop nearby for easy travel into Manchester. Will be back again.

Me & a work colleague had to stay here for 4 nights 5-8/12/22 rooms 228 & 229 & found the hotel rooms clean, tidy & warn with a comfortable bed, great shower which is better than mine at home (will miss it tbh) and the staff couldn't do enough for us from booking a taxi & asking for more milk for a cuppa. The other residents kept their noise levels down to a minimum especially at night which was very thoughtful & much appreciated. Would be happy to stay here again without hesitation. Staying here was the best part of our week. Thanks.

Been staying here a couple of days a week for the past few weeks for work and the staff on reception have been amazing and very accommodating. On arrival, I asked to have a room further down as well as different pillows and I also mentioned the room being too hot. Since then, every week I have had a fan in my room and extra pillows, without asking! Rooms are clean and definitely worth the stay.

It gives me pleasure to write a positive review about this establishment and the staff employed there. I checked in yesterday with my Daughter as we were attending a concert at Emirates stadium, on arrival we were greeted by a very professional, friendly and likeable lady, Leanne you deserve to be named as your customer service was on another level, well done premier inn you got it spot on with this lady, Leanne made the check in very easy and also assisted with Taxis etc, in short very welcoming and could not do enough. On getting to the room I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was, yes you expect it to be clean however there was attention to detail applied, so house keeping well done, first class. The night team was equally as professional, on arriving back at the facility we were greeted by two gentlemen that were conducting a hand over, again could not do enough to assist, we needed food after the concert and they helped with regards to local knowledge and numbers, appreciate this gent's and thank you. The only down side to the visit was our experience with the pub / restaurant attached, I believe it's called the Henry Boddington. The Barmaid was professional, helpful and very friendly however her colleague that was working with her was the polar opposite, she clearly failed the charm School exam, rude, cold and with a face that would turn milk. I ordered drinks, one being a beer and the other a Pepsi, the Barmaind made the comment to her colleague could you get the Pepsi whilst I get the Beer, yes she got my Daughters Pepsi and drunk it, so the Barmaid got another, she continued to be awful when she dumped the knives and forks on the table in prep for our food order, now that's another story. We ordered Fish and chips with a side of onion rings, let's be fair it's hard to mess that up, wrong as they managed it, we got this meal because it's a safe option or so we thought. It came out and let's just say it was minimum however we were both glad that it was minimum as it was awful, onion rings were almost black dust, my Daughter said the fish tastes like soap 😆, so she left most of it, the table was very dirty and the menus stuck to your fingers, absolutely disgusting place that I will not recommend. So to summarise, the Premier inn staff and facility was a clear winner however I would not let my dog eat in the restaurant. I will be coming back to the Premier inn if I revisit Manchester however eating elsewhere. Premier inn team thanks again and a shout out to Leanne.

The room was lovely and it had a really comfortable bed. However we were woken by staff on reception talking so loud we could hear their conversation and it wasn’t about the work they were doing.

Great location, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Not far from the local amenities. Highly recommend it.

A reasonable example of the brand. Comfortable but note: shower not bath, fan not AC, adjacent pub not in-house restaurant. Parking is convenient & plentiful at no extra charge. Night staff at checking were efficient and personable, similar impression of the dayshift. Will stay here again when next working in the area.

Room was standard, clean enough and decent for the price. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Parking was good and lots of it. Good amenities near by and not to too far from the centre. Only downside is the noisy pub next door, although music was off by 11pm. Not really ideal for food either. Not sure if I'd bring my kids here.

Staff: Friendly helpful 24hour staff, apart from a small issue detailed below regarding arraging the room being made up. Rooms: Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable, good size TV and powerful shower. Only criticism was when stopping for multiple days, you have to ask reception for your room to be made up and you have to put a sign on the door too, which is a little over complicated compared to when it was just done as standard in the past, but when i did arrange this in the correct way, no house keeping came. Parking: Parking was good especally for a van, but make sure you enter your registration into the tablet on reception, to avoid a fine of the ANRP camera. Food: Unfortunately unlike most other Premier Inn's, this one had no restaurant or adjoining whitbread owned pub, so no breakfast was available, although the carpark is shared with a neighbouring sizzler branded pub, where food seems reasonable.

The staff were very helpful. I should have said when I booked that I had mobility issues and we were given a downstairs room. There is no lift. We were asked if we would like to move to a ground floor room for the rest of our stay. The next day we were out and the staff moved us to another room and moved our bags etc so they were all in the room when we arrived back along with a card saying sorry they couldn't accommodate our needs the first night and also a small box of chocolates. Thank you Premier Inn.

The rooms were very basic, but clean, no toiletries in the room. I've stayed at Premier Inns before and these little touches make all the difference. Service was good and so was the location.

Located behind the pub. It's in a good location. Easy travel to the city centre and the surrounding towns. Doesn't have an onsite restaurant. Pub does food. Although the food at the pub is reheated meals. Which is a shame. The hotel is great though.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff on the front desk when we arrived. Room was great, clean, warm, plenty big enough with plenty tea and coffee available. Nice and quiet, never heard anyone else. Ideal for an event we were at 5 minutes up the road. Taxis from and to the inn were cheap and quick also. Only downside was attached pub didn't serve breakfast but we found a cafe around the corner, from a Google search, that was excellent.

I stayed here whilst visiting family. The room was clean as expected and the bed was super comfy! The staff were all great and they had left some hot chocolate in the room too, definitely would stay again. They don’t do breakfast, but they provided a map with places nearby.

Lovely room and perfect bed as always. The guaranteed good nights sleep is a sure thing with premier inn.

Friendly reception, clean rooms, hot showers, quiet, pub next door with good pub style menu. No breakfast but that wasn't an issue for me. Definitely visit again

Stayed here at Premier Inn Swinton again, and what a great place. A co-worker and I arrived on 30/05/2022. We’d had a very long day (18 hours on the road) and we were greeted by Maria at Reception. She was very welcoming, smiling and definitely a credit to the company. Check in took a few minutes but our rooms were to the usual Premier inn standard. The pub next door serves a very good pint, a great meal and there is even a brilliant take away just up the road. This is one of my favourite Premier Inns. After the best nights sleep in months I feel amazing and it’s all thanks to Maria and Premier Inn .. This place isn’t just out of this world, it’s also out of the Milky Way.. (What a lovely touch!).

It's not the best Premier Inn I have stayed in but the Pub is a proper local with great Chef. Just what you want from a hotel used for work.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a quiet peaceful night's sleep. Shower had lots of hot water. They don't have breakfast facilities but there are options locally. The free WiFi is slow and limited but good enough for email and light web browsing. If you need more there is a paid options that is not expensive. Car parking is free too.

They are the worst. I booked in Manchester branch. It was full of spiders and spider webs. The nice receptionist tried different rooms but they were all full of spiders. It was not safe for my little Children. We could not stay and left after 30 minutes from our arrival I contacted the customer service and after 4 weeks, they said sorry it is natural occurrence and did not refund me a penny

Love this hotel, we had a ground floor room with plenty of space in it. Lovely friendly reception staff who gave us extra coffee & milk when we asked for it. Plus great comfy bed too 😀

Without doubt the worst Premier Inn we've stayed in. Very tired, scruffy and an unpleasant smell throughout the building. The fire detector/smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. The Disabled parking spaces were all taken up with cars without disabled badges. Pub staff we believe. Breakfast is not available at the adjacent pub. A real disappointment. Avoid this Hotel. There are better avaiable
