Great pub. Serves an excellent pint plus it has a good selection. More pubs should be like this.

Great atmosphere. Excellent staff. Good to see that places like this still exist. Wonderful opportunity for up and coming groups to perform in a cracking venue.

A great little venue, with plenty of outdoor seating. I watched Sarabeth Tucek here this week amd she was great, the atmosphere of the place really added to it! I will definitely go to another gig here 😁

Was charged £4.80 for a Holts Bitter today, Monday afternoon. Checked with staff if that was correct and she said yes. Personally think that's on the very high end of expensive for what is a very basic bitter. Can get top quality cask in the city centre for the same price. Was surprised as normally Holts pubs are no frills, decent value. This pint is not worth more than £4 in 2023. This is not from some miser who only goes to Spoons and Cask Union places, I know the going rate for stuff like this. Shame, as I would return to what is a nice pub otherwise.

Served me fermented cider with mould in which has caused serious gut problems. This place should be shut down. At least check that the ciders not mouldy before serving it. You have one job. I’ve had to pay for this with severe gut problems. Disgusting.

An absolute gem of a pub. Good pints and even better craic. It's an old school boozer and lively punters especially on the weekend, or when there's a rave at the nearby White Hotel. It's ace. It's also a venue out back, so definitely worth your time.

Awesome little pub, good atmosphere and lovely staff However, it’s very pricey. £9 for an amaretto coke seems pricey to me, however, worth it for 1/2.

Fantastic little local love that serves various interesting beers and ciders. Certainly worth visiting if you live near by. I believe they do live music but I’m yet to try that.

Eagle Inn is a lovely place. I’m not super crazy about the beer choices, but the building, the staff and the atmosphere are amazing. It’s so friendly. You’ll always stay longer than you planned and meet new people. They do great DJ nights, which always attract people who are just the best. They have their own theatre, which I’ve attended a couple of times when friends have been performing. A really good space there too.

A real gem - highly recommended for a party or event and otherwise it’s probably the best boozer in Manchester. Finn and Ben looked after us something special for our wedding party recently. Good people and a wonderful pub. Thanks!

Lovely bar good prices, has a great music venue as well and needs all the support it can get right now seeing as all the new buildings that have sprung up around it have started causing problems!

The best live music venu in Salford? Probably in the North West :) cute little traditional pub, a right hidden gem.

Great music and atmosphere. The roof in the courtyard needs a bit of work though x

Bestest pub ever. Sunday's Best open mic there is a real treat. :)

It's ok, not the friendliest place I've ever been to though. Note if you are unloading band equipment there is nowhere to park other than double yellows further down (due to the crazy amount of blocked roads/ tower blocks going up around it) and they do come around issuing parking tickets even at night.

The beer garden has an outdoor heater and shelter which is perfect for the Manchester climate. Decent selection of beers roughly a fiver per pint.

Lovely Joseph Holts pub nestled between the new apartment blocks with quiet corners and alcoves to explore. The bar staff were lovely and the beer was cold. There's outside seating also, if the weather permits. There was a live band on but they must have good soundproofing as we couldn't hear them.

👍👍 I was craving curry during my stay in Manchester. And Google suggested this place to me. It's in the centre, almost 6 minutes away from my hotel. The interior design is very hip and it has a great vibe. The music that is being played is modern. The curry was amazing. And the prices were perfect for...
