Perfect place for a relaxing walk with your pet. It's a bonus if the weather is sunny and warm. Lot of people come with their dogs and you can unleash your dog without any fear. Lot of greenery and plenty of benches to sit. You can come as a family or group to have a packed box picnic and spend some quality time together. Place has a calming and relaxing vibe. Well maintained.

There are a number of public parks in the area but this is probably the best. There are a number of large fields to play in and a few park benches around the borders for those who prefer to watch the world go by. The resident wildlife is also worth looking out for, with 🐿️ and 🦊 as well as the usual mixture of birds including a few you don't see too often.

Beautiful, well kept park, two playgrounds, bowling greens and an adult exercise area which is well kitted out. Dog walkers respect the park. Amazing new chainsaw sculptures and panels of stunning photographs, drawn by children of the local school, added since our last visit.

Great location to find parking places. You can park in side roads or outside by the main entrance and it's free. This park contains 2 big fields, 2 children playground areas, some materiel for gym and workout and 1 skating playground. The toilet here is closed, so bear in mind this in case you need a wee 😁 Great park for short walks and dog walks.

A lovely little park set in the midst of local housing. Some really nice wooden sculptures have recently been erected presumably to replace earlier ones (peoples picures) that are no longer present for whatever reason. It also has a few tributes to James Prescott Joule. Plenty of benches to sit on and enjoy the grounds and a children's play area.

Lovely park, nice to walk leisurely around or just sit on a bench and enjoy nature. Places for kids to play are varied and well kept. People without kids can still enjoy peace and quiet away from the play area.

Great park for short walk and watching the world go by. Love the fact the it’s used by so many people, runners, fitness groups, dog walkers, people walking, children and families playing. A great use of space

If coming here to use the mini-ramp, be aware that is almost always absolutely covered with kids who are using it as a slide. Parents are not attentive and you will have difficulty using this for its intended purpose. Unattended children regularly run into the ramp and will put themselves and you in danger doing it. Worth going to the relatively nearby Lostock Park instead in my opinion - not worth the hassle.

I have lived close to this park most of my life but for some reason never been until this weekend. Such a lovely place! 2 huge fields for family's to go and enjoy some fresh air, very well behaved animals, I didn't notice any litter, a play area for the little ones and one for the bigger ones, a skate ramp, small outdoor gym. Lots of benches scattered around to sit and enjoy the views I would recommend this place to anyone and will certainly be going back.

Lovely park, it wasn't too busy when I was there. Lots of space for kids, dogs and people wanting to exercise. Good bin facilities for dog walkers and visitors to the park. The bathrooms were locked when I was there but it was the evening and mid week

I take my 2 young grandchildren regularly to this lovely park. My only issue is the number of dog walkers, often with several dogs each. As it is a park that is well used by families I feel that dogs should be kept on a lead. Otherwise it's a beautiful local asset.

Nice little park perfect for dog walks. There are 2 little play areas: one for babies and one for older children. There are toilets that are sometimes open as well, as well as a coffee stall that's there occasionally which serves amazing drinks.

Large football field. Small park and large park for toddlers and older children. Used to have e decent tennis courts but the nets and grounds haven't been maintained. Best thing is the mini train that runs some Sundays.

Contains the best collection of wildlife in the area, from squirrels and hedgehogs to all manner of 🐦🐦, although some of the smaller ones can be difficult to see. There are also plenty of park benches to sit and watch the world go around on, and two large fields to play or exercise your dog 🐢 on.

It is a very nice park. I was there on Sunday for a St George's day parade for the Cubs / Scout groups in the area. It is good for walking and taking the dog out, and there is a nice play area for the younger ones. I think it is a nice place to spend an hour or two.

A lovely park with plenty of space for kids to run around, nice woodland and garden paths. There is 2 playground areas and an outdoor gym. A Saturday during lockdown was very busy!

Worthington park has always been popular, but grounds maintenance is now a shadow of what it used to be. Cuts to council budgets year on year are taking their toll. The park is clean but the feature gardens and flower beds are looking scruffy and neglected. Popular community places like this deserve better. Come on Trafford Council / Amey, up your game!

Lovely park to walk our dog, we have been many times, beautiful old trees and grassy areas, quaint old park with bandstand and areas of different plants, good for fungi spotting and the Autumn colours are amazing.
