A really great facility for all the Muslims in the community. They’ve a great building, spacious, well lit and warm. Prayers timings are clearly displayed on a screen there. They’ve separate entrance and praying area for women and kids. A reception for all the information and a book collection for self study. They offer different types of religious courses for children and adults, like reading Quran in Arabic with English translation. The building is not purposely built but renovated to meet the demands. From the architecture it looks like the building actually belonged to some church. The council has done great job with the building. However parking space is required especially during Jumma prayers.

Beautiful mosque.. But in Ramadan charge money per head for iftar. Must be the only mosque I've seen do this and I make a point of visiting as many mosques as possible during Ramadhan. To share iftar with fellow Muslims during the sacred month is a wonderful experience. To charge for that experience is in my view against the spirit of the blessed month. Shame on whoever thought of that one ! No doubt there will be support from money orientated Muslims who approve. The same mentality turned the pilgrimage into the profit making enterprise it is today.

It's a nice masjid with ample space for both men and women worshipers. Jumma khutba is in english and has loads of volunteers to guide you the way . It has ablution areas and kids islamic classes availble. The only draw back is parking . People have to park roadside depends on availability.

One of the most beautiful mosques in Manchester, however, it's full by syrian attendants nowadays who love staring at others and disturbing their worship practice.

Alhamdulilah, lovely masjid. On Friday's/Eid I recommend parking at the back of Withington Community Hospital car park and a short walk round the back of the hospital brings you to Burton Road, masjid is only a 1 minute walk as it can get very congested with traffic at these times.

A beautiful mosque with facilities for locking your bike. That was a plus for me. I'm sure the Masjid offers more than what I know. There was a nice garden at the front. A tent around the side. Lots of people, families coming and going. A homeless woman was sitting in the garden who had been given some food by the mosque.

This mosque which used to be a church earlier is too majestic. Situated amongst lush greenery in a very upmarket Manchester area, a must visit in the city. A coffee vending machine offered by a fellow muslim for the devotee and dates which are always there was an added experience. We sipped coffee standing outside the mosque and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

A former church converted into a beautiful Masjid. Peace, tranquillity is what you find here. Alhamdullilah. I offer Salah here each time I'm in Didsbury, Manchester. I last visited on Sunday, 20 August 2023.

What a blessed place to visit. Full of barakah. The mosque (Masajid) is large and very welcoming. Open to all children, men and women. They hold alot of event and classes. Best thing about this mosque is the diversity of local people that attend, all standing together shoulder to shoulder during prayer times. Unlike other places where you can feel out of place due to one majority ethnicity. Very good place to visit especially for new Muslims as the people are very knowledgeable there. I drove from Accrington to Manchester (about an hour drive) to get there as they held a Tarawee evening with the Famous Egyptian Qari Sheikh Jibreel. It was the best recitation I ever experienced. Absolutely fantastic. Would advise everyone to visit and meet the people there.
