The worst customer service service you could expect. Appointments are canceled or moved to times you never agreed to. No consideration for patients time. Update texts sent only for the selected appointments or rescheduled visits. You show up and there is nobody to see you. If you are 5min late you are out of the lists if they messed your appointment there is no empathy or apologies.

Phil Jackson is excellent. Friendly, makes you feel at ease and is reassuring as I’m an anxious patient! I’ve had to have a filling, a crown and an extraction since I’ve been with this practice (things happen in threes after years of very little intervention) and I’ve been fine. I love the calming tropical fish tank screens!

I had been putting off going to a dentist for years due to a bad experience elsewhere. A couple of family members all spoke extremely highly of Phil “Best dentist ever” they said. So I finally decided to gave him a visit. I wasn’t disappointed! I had to have a couple of treatments but Phil made me feel completely at ease, took his time, is kind, gentle and patient. Really reassured me every step of the way. Highly recommend without a doubt.

Came here today for an emergency appointment. Severe toothache after a week of suffering. The practice was very inviting. A lovely warm welcome and a clean waiting room, made me feel a little better. The dental nurse was absolutely wonderful, eased me through a hard tooth removal and made sure I was ok after to leave. I’m not a fan of the dentist but this experience was made so much better from the staff. Especially the receptionist, very nice lady.

I am classed as a very nervous and anxious patient due to past experience at other practices and recently I now have a spinal disability, which doesn’t help!!! I have attended the Bredbury Dental Centre for many years and I would highly recommend and thank Dr Stephanie D’Souza and her team for the help and caring support they give me. I have had many types of treatments, crowns, fillings, teeth taken out and with regular check ups I was able to put my teeth right over a period of time with the help and support of Steph and her understanding and patience. She is the most kindest and caring dentist I have had the pleasure of having and she truly helps to make me feel relaxed and I can’t thank you enough. The Bredbury Dentists and the lovely receptionist team care for everyone and they all ensures no matter how you feel etc they care for you and always find a way to help you. Thank you 😊 I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.

Fully recommend this dental surgery. My son (age 9) had to have a baby tooth out thay hadn't fallen out on its own. Phil Jackson and his assistant were absolutely amazing, my son didn't even realise he had had the anesthetic injection! Great with kids, lovely friendly service. I dreaded this appointment but they were brilliant and made it so easy - thanks again

I have been visiting this dental practice for many years now. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful and the waiting area and surgery is always calming, clean and tidy. I am a nervous patient as I do have problems with my teeth but the dentist ( Katherine) has always managed to help ease any fears. I am always made fully aware of any treatments needed and everything being done is explained. Any questions I have regarding treatments or possible future problems with my teeth are always answered. My children also go here and have done since they got their first teeth. Highly recommend.

Receptionists are very helpful. Dentist was caring and very professional. Had 2 teeth extracted, one a wisdom tooth, did not feel any pain or discomfort and made to feel at ease as I was very anxious. Thank you to all the staff.

This is by far the best dentist practice I have been to. They are always friendly and make you feel at ease. The receptionist are lovely and always help with a smile.

Had to come in 3 times for dental work done by Matt. What a lovely, kind young man. Excellent results. Very sad to not have him again. Receptionist was also lovely and polite. 100%. 😃👍

I have been coming to Bredbury dental for the past couple of years and had really good experiences here, I recently brought my 11 month old for her first check up and the dentist was amazing with her. The reception staff are lovely too.

I went to Bredbury Dental Centre to see the dentist couple of months ago, they charged me more than £80 for normal check up and the X-Ray. However, I didn’t do the X-ray at all, so I asked for the REFUND. The interest thing is they can’t manage to do refund till now. I kept ringing them everyday for the refund of X-ray, but the receptionist always says their manager will call me back but I NEVER get any call back from the manager. I feel so DISAPPOINTED about them. Please AVOID this dental practice as they never take care about their customers.

I had one of my back teeth extracted today. It was my first time having that done (and hopefully the last), and I was quite nervous. Whilst it wasn't a pleasant experience, it was made as easy and painless as possible. I was constantly reassured, which eased my nerves and helped me feel calm. All the staff are friendly and very professional, and overall it's quite a warm welcoming place! 🙂

Great invisilign treatment at Bredbury Dental Practice. Adnan my orthodontist was professional, friendly and I had full trust with him throughout my treatment. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants quick results teeth straitening. The payment plans available were also good if your looking to spread the cost. Overall really pleased with the result and service. Thankyou.

Dental treatment is really good. Never had anything other than positive experience. Work ons? Use my name & keep me informed with what you are you are doing & why plus what happens next. Can I eat/drink etc, how best to treat any pain. Approx 3/7 visits - I’ve either been wrongly charged or had the wrong information given about treatment prices/options - better communication/record keeping/note taking internally would help

Always met with a smile from the dentist and the nurses. The girls on reception go out of their way to help and are always friendly and pleasant.. The atmosphere seems to have changed, everyone seems to be more relaxed since the refurb, I don't know if its just me.

I’m a new client here and can honestly say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff were lovely and my dentist took time to talk me through what was happening every step of the way and asking if I was okay. (I was having two fillings done). Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Always dreaded the dentist, put the fear in me every time I had to go. Had three teeth out today and was really worried about going, but I have to say it was a brilliant experience and was made to feel at ease, the whole process was fantastic from start to finish.Very professional attitude and I wasn't rushed out the door when we finished had a chat with the dentist about how good he was and how relaxed the whole process was. Thank you for making an old man's visit so much better than my previous dental experience.

My experience with Bredbury Dental was great from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the results of my treatment. Adnan is fantastic at what he does and the dental nurses and receptionists are so friendly and helpful.

I had lost a crown at noon and the practice fitted me in to reinstall it 3 hours later. That's great service and the young dentist that treated me was very professional and extremely charming. A wonderful dental centre.

This is mine and my sons dental practice and as the per the other reviews all the staff are really helpful and friendly. Our dentist Bart always greets us with a smile and makes jokes with my little boy to put him at ease. Clare my hygienist is fab and gives me tips and direction on how best to care for my teeth.

Every single member of staff at the practice is welcoming, friendly and professional. I moved to Bredbury Dental Practice six months ago and in the three visits that I have had since the move I have had nothing but a great experience. Very impressed for several reasons The reception staff were friendly and helpful, I got an appointment on the day. The practice was very clean and professional and calm Adnan ( the dentist ) was reassuring and caring, and explained everything in detail to me before proceeding with treatment and so I felt involved in the decisions that were being made.

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and the two dentist I have had interaction with have been second to none. If you have worries about going to the dentist they go above and beyond to put you at ease. The practice is very clean and up to date, it is comfortable and roomy I literally can’t fault any of it. I have registered as a patient after taking my son here because I was so impressed and I have no complaints everyone is lovely.

Brilliant dentist . Got sent here for emergency appointment. The previous dentist diagnosed the wrong tooth but here the young man took the time to find the right tooth with x rays to be pulled. It wasn't easy getting the tooth out but he never gave up 1hr later lol it finally came out. My tooth wanted a real workout apparently lol

Beautiful, spacious practice with lovely staff. Dr Adnan took care of my treatment and was great throughout. He was very informative and made sure I was kept updated throughout the treatment. Would highly recommend the practice and Dr Adnan!
