Bought a shoe rack and missing screw in the box. Take it back to store and not willing to give refund. Because the item need to list one by one on the receipt. But this is the receipt you give to me. This is how you give people receipt!!! These people are so rude. They even question me bought from other place and take back to them. Unbelievable!!! As a charity shop, people donate to shop and help people they need. I am often drop stuff to them and staff was very happy at the point. This is Not the way do business. Happy to get donations and not happy to return!

Excellent service & such friendly staff. Lots of decent second hand sofas, been very helpful to us as we recently moved to the area and needed temporary furniture.

Great charity shop warehouse! You can buy it all in there. My most recent finds are a beautiful set of wine glasses on green legs, essentially new coat, some pretty glass bowls, night tables I could go on! I try hard not to be there every week 😂

Really great charity shop. Spacious layout inside with everything grouped depending on it's purpose. Very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. Well worth the drive round the back past the Royal Mail sorting office to locate the entrance. Will definitely visit again.

Love sobell house I always find something here , really large store has some lovely furniture at times and some great clothes staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a big warehouse with lots of secondhand items including furniture,books, toys, sport equipments, clothing and tableware. Easy to walk there and they offers delivery.

I Love Sobell House and the work that they do. This is a large warehouse space with plenty to buy. From small to large Items of furniture, bric a brac , great condition clothing and lots more besides. The Volunteers are all very helpful.

Love going there, always something to buy and it's a good cause.

An excellent stop. Management likes to call in several times a week. Fast turnover of stock. Elsie likes it too as it is next to the post depot...plenty of posties to growl at!
