Used thus solicitor for a lot of nearly moves that I made to the North when my family died ..The reason I was being tricked by an excolleague of my late husband that they would help me fi d a cheaper better house ..Everyone I got to exchange the whole thing was cancelled even after exchange of contract because the guy in the North had a don and daughter albeit I was nothing to do with him.thst got him to cancel all of my purchases I nearly ended up then on the streets .Thee same people the colleague froe d of Kate husband went along to the South Yorkshire and Sussex police where u moved to to msje up lies about me when I dud move eventually to the South staying South where I come from and I lost everything after brintg arrested and taken through a two and a half years long court case because they said oneday to thr colleague ha ha we know we will make up lies about her pets ...well ot worked I have lost everything now at seventy year of age and am about to go through the house taking part of the case to pay for the illicit prosecution Banner Jones may or may not be surpluses abouts thus Anyway I paid my huge bills to them ten years ago if they read this

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve bought and sold a number of houses over the years. Working with this company has been the worst. Poor communication from the outset and completely failed to work within the timelines needed which has cost me money.

Banner Jones were the second solicitors we used when our first house purchase fell through. I'm so glad we swapped to them because the experience was a million times smoother... So many red flags. Failed to do a money laundering check on one of their clients and the entire chain had to cancel their plans less than 10 hours before moving. BJS are responsible for many angry people today, not just the people buying and selling but the families involved, the banks, financial advisors, the real solicitors, removal people etc because they didn't do a basic yet massively important check prior to exchange. Also, this should have been done months ago. We are now sleeping on a mattress with no WiFi. Avoid

Shocking service. My buyers were using this Solicitor and 13 weeks in and a few days before Christmas emailed the estate agent and Buyer to say they were no longer working on their behalf. This whole time they were not responding to chases from my solicitor or who they were acting on behalf of. The whole thing was going through compliance for weeks. No Problems were flagged at the beginning yet 13 weeks in and so close to Christmas they decide to no longer act. Appalling service!

Waited 4 weeks for appointment to make Will, it took 5 weeks before I received draft Will. I was informed by a Solicitor I had dealt with previously that the draft Will was far from adequate and advised not to sign. I had new Will drawn up elsewhere and was charged £192. Banner Jones cost £270 so I feel the service was poor and expensive!
