time
visiting
and

a
good
night
until
a
random
man
attacked
our
group,
the
security
did
absolutely
nothing
and
allowed
a
member
of
our
party
to
get
beaten
up
inside
the
premises,
a
security
guard
was
about
to
intervein
and
was
told
to
come
away
by
a
member
of
bar
staff
so
our
friend
was
beaten
up
severely.
Disgusting
work
by
staff
he
had
to
be
seen
in
hospital.
Will
not
be
returning!
The
response
below
from
popworld
is
a
lie
to
try
to
try
and
justify
their
poor
standards.
If
members
of
my
party
had
continued
to
cause
issues
and
fight
as
stated
why
were
they
not
kicked
out?
A
member
of
our
party
was
physically
assulted
for
no
reason,
staff
did
nothing.
And
as
you
stated
members
of
our
party
were
having
to
split
up
the
disagreement
because
of
lack
and
standard
of
the
security,
if
they
were
doing
their
jobs
he
could
have
been
kicked
out
then
to
prevent
the
situation
escalating
further.

complaints

respond
