My mum and I were looking for somewhere close to the theatre that we could visit for cocktails before the show. As my mum can't sit on bar stools too well, I wanted to make sure she could be accommodated before I booked. I received an email reassuring me that a non-bar table would be ready for us to sit and have our drinks at. The table was situated under the beautiful floral and neon sign tucked away in the corner which was really nice. The staff were friendly and polite and the drinks were delicious. We even ordered dessert which was equally as delicious. It was our first time visiting and we were really impressed. Will definitely be back.

Really nice place. Only went in for drinks but the options were great, reasonable price. The colour theme of the menus were very pretty. Very nice restaurant on the inside too. Would definitely go back for food. It has a nice outside area as well

We went there for an impromptu dinner as we hungry on our walk around Sheffield city centre. It’s a cozy place with very good interiors. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food was decent. We had ordered Buddha bowls, fish and chips and Grilled chicken. The bowl was average which I had but my friends loved the chicken and fish. There was 2for1 cocktails which was nice.

Absolutely excellent service yesterday at the bottomless brunch. Our table was set up with wine & smoothies as soon as we arrived, & there was a good selection of items on the menu. The food came out quickly & we were topped up with drinks very regularly. The customer service was second to none, Amelia & Phoebe were absolutely fantastic, an absolute credit to the Pitcher & Piano & would be an asset to any company lucky enough to employ them!

First time visiting but will definitely come back. Had the nachos starter and then shared 5 plates and it was all amazing, tasty, fresh and very filling! Our server Joel was very attentive, helpful and friendly and made the evening even more enjoyable. Thank you!

We did the cocktail making experience yesterday with Tyler and she was a great host. It was professional, great fun and compared to other venues in Sheffield it was the best value for money. Three cocktails each, huge bowls of nachos with all the trimmings and Prosecco on arrival all included in the price! We stayed for food after and Joel was great at looking after us all, helping us chose the best combo of dishes for us all to share! Thank you we will definitely be back soon x

We came for bottomless brunch and the food was nice, it came quickly. Our server was Abbie and she checked that we always had enough to drink and that the food was good for everyone. The music was good which created a good atmosphere

We booked Pitcher & Piano for our works Christmas lunch and it was brilliant. The food was served to each table and the waiting on staff called out the names of each person rather than the names of the dishes. This helped massively as people always forget what they have ordered, so to have their names called out instead was absolutely fantastic and it meant all the food was served quickly to each table. The waiting on staff were always there when we needed them, they seemed to come over at exactly the right time for ordering extra drinks! They were also very friendly and helpful. Phoebe in particular was brilliant, Kian and Oscar were also serving us and they were very pleasant too. Thank you very much for a lovely afternoon which everyone enjoyed very much!

Becky the manager gave us amazing hosting and looked after the table excellently. Brought us drinks so quickly and handled a large Christmas do order really well. Loved our time here!

I visited on a Saturday evening, which I appreciate is a busy night, but I came for dinner and it was not overly pleasant. The music is far too loud to have any sort of conversation that is not shouting at the people you are with. I understand that there should be music, but when you have a separate area for dinner and drinks, then the loudness of the music should be taken into consideration. Maybe use the upstairs on a weekend for dinner only guests to combat this issue. The food was good as were the drinks, but there are a little over-priced for the quality. The staff are friendly but sometimes not overly observant to the guests, we had to wait ages for a second round of drinks and to ask for the bill.

Service was quick. Confusion over menu prices and ended up with extra bacon when we didn't want it and other bits, but mostly sorted when it came to the end of the bill. Thanks Joel. For me, drink choice could be better. Burger was lovely!

I would definitely recommend this as a place to catch up with friends or family. The food was fabulous. It was very tasty and definitely freshly cooked. The drinks were great and our waiter, Joel, was very attentive. He went out of his way to ensure we were happy and had a good time. We never had to wait and he seemed to know when to serve us and when to leave us alone. Lovely, friendly guy who will go far. The venue has been decorated beautifully and it had a lovely atmosphere both upstairs and downstairs. I will definitely visit again.

I had such a lovely afternoon. Emily is honestly a credit to the company, she was very attentive and sure that I had everything I needed. She helped me understand the menu and offered me drinks I wasn’t aware of!! Such a better experience. I’ll definitely be back next year pitcher and piano! We had a large group of more than 30 for a sports club awards night and the service we received was exceptional. The staff were friendly, efficient and ensured are every request was fulfilled. The food was at a brilliant standard and served promptly. The entire group had a fantastic evening and we wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future. A party of four friends wanting to chat and catch up, gratefully the music was not too loud allowing us to do just that. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and hot (always a bonus) the steaks were perfect. Happy with the wine and the food prices were reasonable. For me as a driver I only gave 4 stars because of the soft drink prices £2.55 for a lemon and lime was a bit steep. Other wise all good!

We went and partook of the Fizzy Friday, we sat outside as the weather was good. £15 for a bottle of prosecco was very reasonable. Service was good and quick, bottle arrived in an ice bucket which was a nice touch.

Myself and my husband came in today for the first time. We had the fish & chips and roast and they were excellent. We were served by Amelia who was great and very attentive. Overall the service and food was lovely and we will definitely be visiting again!

I visited this venue for two Saturdays on the trot and had honour of being served by one of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen. He was head and shoulders above the staff around him. He was very knowledgable about drinks, on and off the menu, made several recommendations after asking me what flavours I enjoy most. Sadly I didn’t catch his name as he seemed to be the busiest man around. His service and was spot on and for that I will be visiting again.

As a party of 22 with some allergy needs within the group , the branch and Amelia were nothing but accommodating, considerate and patient. We couldn't appreciate it more and will definitely recommend future party bookings to friends. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Great service, friendly staff. Tasty food and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere, nice to be out again. Second time we’ve used the restaurant before a show at the City Hall and it makes a great evening!

Nice bar and nice staff. Unfortunate we were eating and the food was very poor. All we ordered was burgers, they came overcooked and dry. Fries were similar to cheap oven chips. Not what we expected for the price. The manager (Tanya) was understanding and reduced the bill but she shouldn't have to.

Had a great first visit for food and drink, everything came out looking and tasting amazing and was great value for money and a lovely variety of food and drink. Dan looked after our table and made sure everything was spot on and our glass was never empty. The bar was clean and the atmosphere was perfect

Our waitress was lovely and friendly and could see we were starting to order via the app. Phoebe! Lovely girl. She was 'on it' like a seagull on a fresh chip! I wasn't sure a Lime and soda drink would be on the app so glad she came over to help and say hi. Nice food. Small plates. We chose beef tacos, halloumi fries and buttermilk chicken sliders.
