Got a coffee from here for the first time today and it the best cappuccino I've ever had - they definitely sell the best coffee in the Trafford Centre. Got served by a young ginger lad who was really lovely to chat to while he made my coffee and you could tell he loves what he does, which is always nice to see. I'd recommend this place over Starbucks or Costa any day!

Superb place to go for a hot drink after work, with better value for money than other most cafes, especially with the generous staff discount and no extra charge for addons such as cream or syrup. Their white-hot chocolate is actually better than Costa as well AND cheaper too, even at full price; highly recommend adding caramel or honeycomb syrup to go with that! What's more, their baristas are super friendly whether it be the lovely blonde lady from down south or the chill ginger lad with the interesting haircut, so brilliant for a quick chat while they make your drink.

My wife works on the business park and recommended Second City as a good place from which to work. I do so occasionally and find it a great environment. The quality of food and drink is to notch and the staff are exceptionally welcoming.

Superb coffee, great chilled/relaxing atmosphere - The owner/manager is extremely friendly (including staff) Highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem of coffee shop. Will be going there again.

What a fantastic little roastery. I picked up a flat white and a bag of beans from them at Bolton food festival and I honestly can't stop ordering their coffee since. They've got a great range of coffee in their online shop that have become a staple at home, and are great for a wide range of brewing methods. I can't wait to try their cafe next! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a local roastery in Manchester, especially love their atomic fable.

Been meaning to leave a review for over a month now. Visited at the beginning of October and was served by the loveliest barista . Unfortunately , I didn’t catch her name to give her credit . She was so friendly and accommodated my water to tea change without any issues . She was so kind . Will definitely be coming back again purely because of her great customer service skills. The tea and coffee ordered were also lovely too haha

Wow, talk about fantastic coffee. Absolutely love the range provided by these guys- good, honest coffee company who take pride in what they do. The care and attention is evident here, and you can really tell their beans are full of flavour and well selected. A very satisfied customer who will definitely be back for more! Support your local!

never leave reviews for competition but the young lad working here is exceptional. i dont ever think ive seen a young person with so much work ethic. said he doesnt own the place. i hope the manager knows what theyve got! hed be managing a starbucks or a costa. surprised hes not doing more with himself. coffee also really good, part down to just good coffee part down to skills. had a lovely latte and my wife enjoyed her cappuccino. not often out of london but ill deffo come back next time i am.

The perfect little place to stop for a hot drink and a cake at Trafford Palazzo. The Millionaire's hot chocolate is absolutely beautiful and tasted even better with a chocolate muffin. Another reason I'm writing this review, is to say thank you for your lovely service when I needed to warm up my baby's bottle. If it weren't for your assistance, I would've had a very grumpy baby! So thank you.

Very dubious name for a coffee shop in Manchester, but the drinks are nice.

Amazing coffee! So smooth and service was 10/10 despite me being so slow and not being able to get my words out. Patient and lovely staff. Wish there was one down South as it would do amazing. 🤩
