I recommended this place to absolutely everyone! Especially if you’ve been to escape rooms before you’ll love this. The staff is so lovely as well. I will definitely come back to try other rooms. We were a bit skeptical about the time before coming (the room we chose was for 30 mins) but it was more than enough, my friend and I loved it a lot!

It was really fun. The girls that attended us were super nice and profesional. I recommend it.

I took part in a 30 minute game and it was so much fun! I was pleased about the mini tutorial before getting stuck in to the actual game, just to get used to moving around with the visor on. I still ended up ducking and diving! The staff were friendly, helpful and gave thorough instructions about the setup. It was a really good find whilst waiting for my husband to finish the Manchester 10K and our son found it far more interesting than going around the shops! The only downside is the cost. I understand it's a unique gaming venture but it might put a lot of families off. I would return though and I'll be telling my family about it.

Matt was a fantastic host. He was friendly, interactive and knowledgeable with a pleasant welcome . This was our first time visiting and we travelled from north wales. We played squid game and myself and 3 teen boys loved the games. They we’re keeping you in your toes and great to work together as a team. A friend and I came here for the first time tonight and it was EPIC! We didn’t know what to expect and Caitlin on reception was fantastic, talked us through everything and put us at ease. We played squid games and it was AMAZING! Fun and frustration in equal measure, we enjoyed every second, will definitely come again!

The Paw Patrol was great for my 4 year old twins! We had a lot of fun! Matt and Kate made the experience even better and were great with the kids!

We did the Squid Game interaction for mu husband's birthday and were not sure what to expect, but it was brilliant!! We've recommended to all of our friends and will definitely be coming back!!

Really fun date idea! We wanted something that wasn’t just going out for drinks and this was perfect! We did the squid game and it was just the right level of hard. Staff were really nice too (sorry can’t remember any of the names) definetly recommend!!

Literally my favourite place to spend time with my friends and family! They have the best variety of games there really is something for everyone! Even the adults should try the kids games they’re great! The staff are so friendly, I think I’ve met most of them at this point and honestly cannot do enough for you! I love that you can get a drink in there too (including alcohol) to keep you refreshed while you’re exercising. So much better than playing games on a computer screen, get yourselves moving and grooving!

Absolutely fantastic experience, I have been twice now, however it was my brother's first time and he loved it so much, too. 5/5 because I can't give 10/10. Kaitlyn and Samson at the front desk were very helpful, welcoming and informative!

Brilliant, took my 4 year old sin and my 13 year old nephew and was suitable for both. Alot of fun!! Caitlin on the front desk was also fab!!

Really good fun and friendly staff. It far surpassed my expectations. Great family fun. Caitlin was amazing super helpful. We did Paw Patrol and enjoyed it so much that we went back immediately and did Temple of Coins and Shaun the Sheep too. Being able to order drinks from your game box and have them delivered to your room is really convenient.

From the moment we arrived Matt greeted us with a smile and positive energy. The check in process was smooth and the lockers were really handy for storing our belongings. We received a clear explanation on how the game box worked and could even order drinks to the room with the touch of a button. All facilities were clean and well kept, we were very impressed. Playing the games was so much fun and I must admit very competitive too! We laughed a lot and the buzz of being immersed into the game made it an extremely exciting experience. Huge thanks to Matt and the team for making it so amazing. We will be back!

Matt & Sam took care of us today playing the alien aptitude test. It was fantastic game for a family. My boys loved it, working together to achieve a top score. 4 different times activities working independently and together. Clear instructions from the team made the gaming a fun enjoyable session. Lovely Clean environment.

Great activity, staff are helpful and guide you through efficiently and let you crack on. We did the squid games one and it was really fun however it could be a bit better, would be nice to be able to pause it, some of the games needed better explanation and also some were a bit boring. Overall though it was different and good fun. Id like to try one of the other games but I wish the price was a little cheaper or they had some better offers! Worth a try though!

First time and had a great time, will be coming back to try out each of the other games. Would recommend to friends and family, probably best with 3 people max so it stays comfortable in the games rooms. Super fun.

Had a lot of fun with my friends! We played Squid Game and Angry Birds. You can have 6 players but I would recommend small group as the room maybe be a little small for 6 adults. They have lockers for your belongings. You can also bring in bottle drinks with you if need too but you can also order drinks (through the interactive wall), they have bottles shelve in the room which is very handy. Overall, we enjoyed it a lot!

Great experience for the family down to 5 years old. Played aliens and immense fun. Definitely coming again. Matt and Ken on reception were really helpful and kind. Definitely recommend!!

I did squid games and angry birds. Matt was amazing! He made the experience really good and went above and beyond. He made sure we felt comfortable and talked us through the instructions. He was very kind offering a loyalty card at the end too. Could not ask for a better host. I really enjoyed the squid games!

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the rules and backstory of the game. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, ensuring that we were able to fully enjoy the experience. The game itself was an absolute blast! It was challenging and engaging, and required us to work together as a team to solve puzzles and complete tasks. It was the perfect mix of adventure, strategy, and fun. In addition to the game, Immersive Game Box also offers a good selection of drinks, which was a nice touch. We were able to relax and socialize with our group before and after the game, making for a truly enjoyable day out. Overall, we had an incredible time at Immersive Game Box and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and exciting group activity. Whether you're with family, friends, or colleagues, you're sure to have a great time.

Myself (52), daughter (32) and grandson (13) had an absolute blast. Didn't know what to expect as from down South but up for grandsons birthday visit to Old Trafford. Despite being really claustrophobic I managed to stay completely calm on the assurance that the doors do not lock. The music was a blast from the past and we were singing our lungs out throughout most of the games. If it was cheaper I would do this everyday as a form of workout- must have lost half a stone running around!!! Can't recommend highly enough. Location easy to find, staff very friendly and cracking entertainment.

Great time, will definitely go again! Big thank you to all the staff who work there. They got us to our box swiftly, explained everything perfectly and drinks came within a few moments of ordering. The game we played (Alien Aptitude) was great fun and not too strenuous although constantly kept you moving. If you’re thinking of booking do it! We went for a date but would be suitable for any group really.

Booked a kids birthday party. It was fantastic! The kids loved it and the adults were able to join in too. Super games and really fun! Staff were really friendly, accomodating and helpful. We only had to wait 10-15 minutes, which wasn't an issue as the staff were really informative and helpful. No complaints. Would definitely go again.

We had the most amazing time!!! All the members of staff are extremely amazing and friendly, I would 1000000% recommend this too everyone I know!! So many fun different games too play, We will definitely be returning again! Wouldn’t particularly say there is a wait either but if you don’t buy tickets it’s done through email and you’d be waiting around 5/10 minutes but doesn’t feel that long.

1st July 2022 visit Took a group of college students as part of our day trip to Manchester at the end of term. The staff welcomed us great, got us us efficiently and kept me well informed throughout. So sorry I forgot the two staff names that were supporting our visit - they were excellent. Our students were buzzing after the games - really bought them together!

A great half hour experience with a 6 and 8 year old. Played the junior bundle experience and they had so much fun. Really immersive, lots of fun and really friendly staff. Would absolutely go back again!

Very fun! Attended with a 5 year old and was a bit unsure if it would be both simple but also challenging enough for us both of us but we had a great time. Loved how you could also order drinks to the game room (very reasonably priced too). Our host Kaitlyn was very friendly and enthusiastic, helping us learn the ropes as it was our first time. I’ll definitely be back and would love to come back as a group of adults too. Thanks 😊

Amazing experience! Thoroughly enjoyed Squid Games and Psychedelic Mansion! Both really good but would only do the mansion if you’ve played before! Caitlin was amazing! Very accommodating and so so lovely! Definitely made it a better experience!

Absolutely enjoy the squid game experience. Super interactive and a good choice of drinks to refresh yourself with as it’s pretty active. Hour host Fina was lovely, they were super helpful and explained the process of what would happen, we were given a locker to put our stuff in and she even complimented us all on our outfits which was really nice. Would highly recommend this for a fun day out. I went for my birthday and is so it again!

Played the Psychedelic Mansion game and had lots of fun, would be perfect any age! Me and mum did this game and it was the most fun we've had in a long time!! Thanks. Booked this as a birthday treat for my boy and it did not disappoint. He is a huge fan of Paw Patrol so getting to be part of the team was something he thoroughly enjoyed! The online booking system was easy as, Matt the GM was friendly and informative and so were the rest of the team. For an hours worth of play it is decent value for money too. Would highly recommend, especially if you have any Pup fans!

We played the Squid Games room for the first time today. We went into it slightly skeptical that the game would be too easy for us but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were also so friendly and helpful which is always a plus! All in all a great experience. (Thank you Esther!!)

Had an incredible time bit of a learning curve but the challenge made it fun. Squid game was a great choice l not too many were lost. Our host Fina was really lovely and helpful. Definitely coming back again.
