A disaster, 40 minutes ringing the emergency bell and not even the cleaning girl came out to say wait a moment. And to complete the cake, while the bell was ringing, I asked for a doctor at home. That was at 6:12 p.m. and now it is 1:26 a.m. and they don't even respond to my complaints.

The attention is horrible, people aged 96 and 70 waiting to get vaccinated... Nobody in front of them, but the officials sitting chatting, not wanting to answer because it's not the time... If they are serving, it is understandable but without people to serve... They prefer to drink mate and chat... Afternoon shift... They don't care about people and that they "work" in "health" with people... I want find out the relevant measures. Regrettable

The truth is that a disaster is an understatement. They leave you with a fever outside the emergency room for hours and then they bark at you because you went. I don't know how to recommend it to anyone.

Just as I criticized the radio doctor who DOES NOT go to the home and when you call to complain they tell you that they came by and there was no one... yesterday they transferred me from my workplace to the Cudam emergency. They treated me and other patients who were there first class. Those who were there yesterday, Thursday, December 17, between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., my thanks and congratulations; incredible human warmth.

Put more lines to attend. It's incredible that you have to spend half an hour or more calling to ask for a radio doctor. Minimum balance of 500 pesos you need to call. Average stack!!!

A total shame. I called about my 4-year-old daughter who has a fever at 6 p.m. and they never came. I tried to call again and no one answered. It's the second time the same thing has happened to me and the doctor never came. It's too far for me to take it and unfortunately I don't have a bus or money to go by taxi and I still can't delete it The truth is disgusting

Horrible attention! A "Lady" named Blanca (I asked for her name to make the complaint) treated me with a lack of respect that I couldn't believe and cut off the phone. My mother can't move due to lumbago, she is in bed and she tells me that she has to go get the injections at the polyclinic. I tell him he can't move if he can tell me what to do and he cuts me off. How disgusting is this society......

A disaster in every sense, the attention is terrible from the moment you call the emergency, 30 minutes of waiting and they cut you off, you are 1 day late in payment and you are left without membership, the worst thing is that even if you pay you have to go and become a member again Once you do that, you have to wait 24 hours for it to appear in the system.

Horrible!! My wife broke two toes on December 25, we went to the emergency room at 9 p.m., and at midnight they had not treated her. They sent us to the building across the street and they didn't even lend us a wheelchair!! I carried her in my arms. I had to pay a plate and I didn't have cash, when I went to use a debit card, it turned out that they don't use it. I bothered a family member to take me cash otherwise they wouldn't give him the license plate. This is one of the many negative experiences we had in Cudam

I would say the worst emergency in the country, a disaster, you have to yell at them so they can take care of you.
