Clearly the company cares little if the customer has a good experience and buys again. The poor girl who was there alone didn't even have the things to prepare a toast, she had to go look for cheese, then call to ask for something else and couldn't find the utensils!!! A disaster, it doesn't make you want to buy anything, we left without ordering anything since seeing that with those who were buying we decided to leave! The employee is not to blame but the company should take care of the situation because this pseudo location is terrible.

Bad service, we went with friends and ordered a mocha cappuccino and nothing to see, they didn't put foam as shown on the menu and instead of putting chocolate since it's mocha they put Dulce de leche. In addition, the cashier wanted to put everything in the same order, so there were problems when paying. Terrible service
