I
went
to
get
clarification,
I
made
an
appointment
on
the
website
and
with
a
specific
professional,
they
attended
to
me
on
time
but
not
who
I
asked
for.
The
girl
told
me
that
since
my
hair
is
very
fine,
she
recommended
that
I
use
Olaplex
for
bleaching
(until
that
day
I
had
no
idea
what
it
was).
As
the
hairdresser
finished
her
shift,
she
left
me
to
finish
with
another
colleague,
she
did
not
work
with
me
and
they
left
me
in
the
hands
of
a
third
person.
I
didn't
like
this
anymore...
when
I
finally
go
to
see
how
my
hair
turned
out,
I
find
a
"cat
yellow"
color
when
I
had
asked
the
girl
for
it
to
be
a
butter
color
so
that
it
would
blend
with
my
gray
hair!
These
serious
problems
happen
when
different
professionals
assist
you,
it
was
like
a
broken
phone,
because
later
no
one
wanted
to
take
responsibility
for
the
error.
Another
thing
is
the
system
they
have
to
charge
you,
everything
separately:
if
it
is
drying,
or
blow-drying,
or
ironing...
those
things
are
generally
included
in
the
service
you
want.
When
I
go
to
pay,
I
find
out
that
it
is
almost
$3000
because
the
Olaplex
they
used
is
a
treatment.
It
is
YOUR
responsibility
to
notify
the
client
of
these
types
of
things
BEFORE
doing
them.
I
was
on
the
verge
of
crying,
super
dissatisfied
and
eager
to
cover
up
this
mess
with
a
pharmacy
ink.
They
offered
me
to
go
the
next
day
to
talk
to
the
first
girl
who
helped
me,
but
what
were
they
going
to
solve
for
me?
Give
me
another
discoloration?
And
whatever
they
proposed
I
would
surely
have
to
pay.
Disappointment,
distrust...
not
at
all
recommended.
