    The sticker system stuck on the forehead of each person who enters is a disaster. There is no permanent companion pass, in my case we are 2 brothers who take turns every 12 hours....if one does not go down, the other cannot go up, so the patient who gives alone. They cannot withhold anyone's document for any reason. If someone leaves and forgets it, it is recorded as someone there and you are not allowed to board. From the beginning of the last century those ideas...a disaster.

    Un desastre, tengo a mi madre internada y hay que esperar HORAS para todo, desde que aparezca un médico, hasta que le traigan una medicación, agua o cambiar un pañal sucio. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, pero para cobrarte hasta el aire que respiras son los primeros.

    The food, rooms, studios whenever they want, beds, armchairs, etc. are regrettable. It is closer to a public hospital than a private sanatorium. The only good care is the nursing team and the occasional doctor.

    Estoy resolviendo asuntos por facturación al teléfono de atención al usuario, o no logras comunicarte o si te atienden entras a la centralita y te pasean, o escuchas la musiquita de espera hasta que decidís que ya mas de 45´no da esperar. desastre

    I just found out that Española IS GOING TO LET GO of its best gynecologist and surgeon, Dr. PABLO SUAYA. I have been a partner for more than 30 years and a patient of Dr. Suaya for 20. He brought my two children into the world and on every occasion he has treated me with admirable professionalism. Always with kindness, commitment and exemplary dedication. As a health professional and a partner of this mutual society, I consider that if La Española does not take care of its doctors and does not look for ways to maintain people like DR. SUAYA, with this trajectory and human quality, it is obvious that the priorities that are being made when making decisions as an institution dedicated to HEALTH are not adequate, which is very WORRYING. I hope that the authorities in charge know how to fight for what is important and reconsider how to proceed in this regard. It is extremely painful and outrageous that these things happen and they make me seriously doubt whether I will remain a member.

    Lamentable el sistema que utilizan para que pasen los acompañantes: Stickers!! Que (en nuestro caso) no sólo NO están en el mismo edificio, sino que tenés que cruzar y dejar tu cédula. No sabe esta gente que el documento no te lo pueden retener?? Y si alguien quiere pasar y esta el acompañante, éste tiene que bajar y devolver el sticker para que el otro deje su cédula, tenga uno y permitirle subir. Pero no siquiera esperando frente a los guardas que el otro suba, salude y salga zafas de esa ridícula tranza de los stickers. BUEN REFLEJO DE LA EFICIENCIA A LA QUE NOS TIENEN ACOSTUMBRADOS A TODOS LOS URUGUAYOS.

    It is incredible how much it costs to get in-person appointments, for ophthalmology for example there are no appointments in the next two months, only virtual ones. How are they going to do virtual studies for me? I understand that they want to virtualize and modernize more and more and it seems perfect to me, but they have to have a balance. I give it three stars because that is the only issue that bothers me, in everything else I find them super helpful and fast (such as the results of laboratory tests) and the treatment seems unbeatable to me.
