Admission process is very long, very slow services nothing is systemic here They only charge higher amount but not providing proper services What is the point of waiting for 1-2 hours in just admission process There is not proper communication between staff and they take too much time in everything Which should not be happen in a big hospital like this

I wasn't aware of such good hospital with these kinds of dynamic services and cleanness the hospital have almost all services a patient needs and have supportive staff and the main point i liked the most is cleanness and parking facility. Dr. is the best! Each time we have met, she has provided thorough examinations and has shown genuine concern. I’ve had nothing but great encounters with her. Dr.is our favorite Medical provider. She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts our concerns first. I can not speak more highly of her. The staff is always helpful and my experience with other medical professionals in this office has always been above my level of standards. I recently had my first visit with Dr. and it was a delight. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with.

Apollo is one of the best hospital amongst the corporate hospital's across the city. Staff is supportive and co-operative. Clinical and medical facilities are best in class . Security staff and services are very strict and sometime irritates and are annoying. Lift was failed and we 8 people's got stuck in lift for 10~15 min,that's the sad part and furthermore the phone inside lift not working and no contacts made in emergency. One staff person was also witnessed all these with us. Good quality of food for the patients as well as the canteen services are better . Specially hygiene is appreciated.

Giving 1 star for hospital Management.. Though the doctor who treated us was A gentleman guy. They don't change bedsheets everyday. We had to call housekeeping and asked them to change. Also No Hot water in initial 3 days and then we called again someone who fixed the problem. Washroom is very third class.looks like a cheap hotel. They didn't provide tissue, toiletries and handwash. For every single thing u will have to call and ask. When u call canteen for any food item they ask money immediately, have never seen such big hospitals who does this routeless behaviour , we asked them to add in a bill and we will pay them while paying a final bill. This is what happens in other Good Hospitals.. One more things is...Their discharge process is pathetic. U call multiple times on Billing department they keep on asking u to call back after sometime.

Apollo is one of the Top Hospitals in India. I have been here with a patient going through Hernia disease and we went through surgery. Surgery was successful. Pros: - Cleanliness - Good Atmosphere - Staff is very helpful - Tight security to restrict crowd - Experienced Doctors - Mediclaim is very fast depends on your insurance company. - Nurses take good care of their patient. Cons: - Cost is bit high… If you have mediclaim you can go here but without mediclaim you might face money crunch. - Longer waiting period for rooms… you have to book in advance. - Mediclaim people have to pay 10k as security amount. - Parking area for two wheelers need to be taken care and increased. - Sometimes common washroom smell too much. I would Rate : 4.2/5

Visited for the first time for cardiology and didn't have any good experience with the service. They definately have good doctors but lacks the services that an expensive corporate hospitals should have. Had only one Dr for ICU and Echo, waited 3hrs for echo. And then report take their own time. Would suggest you to go there only if you don't care about your money and time.

My wife Vinita Bhargava got operated for knee surgery on 16th May nicely.The surgical & Physiotherapy team under Dr.Sunil Rajan is excellent along with very good nursing facility.The canteen of the Apollo hospital also provides very good food to the patient.

But trust me, I'm whole process from getting coordination by usha madam for all the listed tests, all very supportive nursing staff , proper and detailed consultation by very senior Doctor's Team and well managed and automated system procedures for timely completion. Overall , no compromise in concessional package and very transparent Process. Would surely recommend all my age Group ( 35-40 ) friends for this preventive measure.

All other reviews are looks fake here as, hospital is well equipped but it is looting it's patients and their families. For every single problem doctor suggesting operation, nothing less than it. Cleanness is not good in bath rooms, malls bathroom are more cleaner then hospital bathrooms. And it is one of the costliest hospital in Indore.

Very poor staff very unhelpful loaded with patients no rooms after operation ICU like fish market lot of noise no teamwork maids very bad after operation Nobody to give urine pans kept calling maids no one bothered food was cold and spicy immediately after surgery one should be shifted to ICU as soon as possible whereas I was kept outside OT in an overcrowded room for 5 hrs.After discharge I was kept in the lift for 20 minutes on aRickety wheel chair. Overall a very horrible experience Please never go to this hospital

I had very bad experience, there were total mismanagement , chaos and disarray . canteen was at pathetic , poignant and miserable state , management was at it worse ,the most disturbing phase was as my son got admitted for two days ( 18th oct morning at 9.30 am and discharge on 20th afternoon 1pm , he should had been discharge at 9am also but deliberately they had delayed the process till 1.30 pm (20th oct 2023) and thus had charged us for 3 days . It was quite expensive paying 9500/ per day approx for a middle class family . They don’t even brother to remove needle from my son hand till the complete payment has been done . So sad 🙏god is watching , sooner or later 👋 account will settle for sure .

Felt cheated by their money luring behavior. Gave estimate of 1.75 lacs in package but charged 2.3lacs. No clear mention of charges. It varies person to person. Govt should take action against such loot. Please have look of cleanliness at hospital

At around 11:50am paid and took appointment, the cashier said he will be late by 30 min. I'm like ok I can wait. He came at 1:10pm I was standing near the door some dumb idiot hot in before me so I thought i shouldn't make a scene I stayed quietly in front of my eyes the cashier went in said to them how did they got in without their no. Then seconds later comes out to go to her seat but stops at turns to ask if I have attended the doctor I said not yet then she starts giving me a lecture why didn't I say anything at least I should tell her like the hell is she gonna do and she didn't ask them to go out but just because I was silent and waited and didn't make a fuss at all I have to listen. And now enjoying my whole ruined holiday 🥲

I went there for paid vaccination of my friend with second dose all the way from another city after taking appointment. When we reached there they simply rejected to vaccinate him by saying we can not open a vial for a single dose, it will be wasted. Please do not take appointment in such cases, your point might be okay but you should be aware that people are not sitting in your lobby and taking appointment, we also need to plan our day accordingly.

Nursing staff is vigilant and on the toes for any medi support required. Cleanliness 8s superb. Satisfactory security. Best doctor team no doubt . Although the room AC and beds need upgradation as they are too old, manual beds with chiller dependent AC. Overall it was a good experience being here for 2 surgeries.

We choose Apollo hospital for primary health checkup as it had all the required tests needed for me. Usha mam at the reception handled our file very well and guided us on the whole process. Please make sure to book your appointment a day prior for hospital to manage well. It takes 2 days in total for the complete process. Would recommend to go early to avoid the time wastage .

I came to Rajshree apollo hospital which is located at Vijaynagar, Near sika School with my relative. We gone there for full body checkup. We met with the staff named as Usha there.
