I
am
writing
to
express
my
concerns
regarding
the
consistently
late
arrival
of
doctors
at
your
hospital
and
the
subsequent
inconvenience
it
causes
for
patients
like
me.
Yesterday,
I
had
a
scheduled
appointment
at
4:30
pm
with
a
general
surgeon.
However,
upon
reaching
the
hospital,
I
was
informed
that
the
doctor
had
already
left
for
the
day,
leaving
me
with
no
other
options
for
medical
assistance.
This
is
particularly
frustrating
given
that
the
hospital
display
clearly
mentions
that
doctors
are
available
for
duty
from
10:00
a.m.
to
5:00
p.m.
I
approached
the
reception
for
further
information,
and
I
was
told
to
come
the
next
day
before
9:30
a.m.
as
the
doctor
would
be
available
by
10:00
a.m.
Taking
their
advice,
I
arrived
at
the
hospital
promptly
before
9:30
a.m.
and
completed
all
the
necessary
registration,
billing,
and
other
formalities.
However,
when
I
reached
the
designated
section
to
meet
the
doctor,
I
found
no
one
there
once
again.
I
had
to
approach
the
reception
yet
again
to
inquire
about
the
doctor's
whereabouts,
only
to
be
told
that
the
doctor
would
now
arrive
at
11:00
a.m.
It's
12.00
hrs.
now
the
doctor
has
not
come
to
attend.
Unfortunately,
it
appears
that
the
doctors
at
your
hospital
do
not
prioritize
punctuality.
Moreover,
the
staff
members
seem
to
lack
proper
training
as
they
failed
to
communicate
the
correct
information
to
patients
like
me,
leading
to
unnecessary
confusion
and
inconvenience.
I
believe
that
customer
satisfaction
should
be
a
key
focus
for
any
healthcare
institution,
and
it
greatly
concerns
me
that
this
aspect
seems
to
be
neglected.
Adding
to
my
disappointment,
I
observed
an
unprofessional
practice
during
the
billing
process.
The
receptionist,
without
seeking
any
input
from
the
customer,
would
take
their
phone
and
write
positive
reviews
on
their
behalf,
praising
the
hospital
and
its
staff.
It
is
important
to
note
that
customer
reviews
should
be
based
on
their
own
genuine
experiences
and
satisfaction,
rather
than
being
fabricated
by
the
hospital
staff.
I
am
writing
this
review
to
bring
these
issues
to
management's
attention
and
request
that
they
take
the
necessary
steps
to
address
them.
Punctuality,
proper
training
for
staff
members,
and
ensuring
honest
customer
reviews
are
crucial
for
maintaining
both
the
reputation
and
the
quality
of
service
at
your
hospital.
I
hope
that
my
concerns
will
be
taken
seriously,
and
I
trust
that
management
take
the
appropriate
measures
to
rectify
these
issues.
