Treatment process slow... Junior doctor seek confirmation from senior Dr. And so takes late process. No self awareness for other functions... Refer snap... Pay high cost and wait like pets... Very bad management. They only cares for the money if you are insured then ready for long stay there.

Providing 1 start for this hospital because of it’s management, doctors are best no doubt. Here are following worst experiences I had with respect management and staff: - Worst Parking Management: If you park your car outside Apollomedics premises then UP traffic police might tow your car. If you park your car in parking facilities provided by Apollo then you’re required to drop your car at the counter outside with keys and apollo driver will take your car and will park it. Till this point parking system sounds good but once you’re done with hospital formalities and ask the responsible person to bring your car from parking then it will like 45-60mins for them to get your car back to you. Total waste of those 45-60minutes where although you own a car but Apollo makes you wait for approx an hour. I’m attaching pictures of that parking counter and you can see a crowd waiting for their cars and continuously asking to give their cars back. - Worst Management for Pre-OPD Blood Pressure and BMI formalities: So before you go for OPD you’re required to get your BP and BMI measured. They have 1 BP+BMI counter for almost 10 OPDs. Now you can imagine the rush at that BP+BMI counter. So I went to counter and gave my billing receipt asking them to add me in the queue of BP+BMI measurement but they directed me to another counter without even seeing the receipt then I went to another counter and they again redirected to same previous counter. I again went there and she said, “Oh I thought you have to do billing”. Finally she added me in queue. But no numbering while calling out name for measurements. I patiently waited for my turn for 30mins and later I realised that those who submitted their billing receipts after my submission are being called out earlier than me. Then I again went to the counter to ask about my turn for BP+BMI measurements and there I saw my receipt lying separately unnoticed and ignored. What the hell!! Complete waste of time. (“Job nahi ho paa rahi hai tameez se to job chor do”). Attaching photos of the billing counters for you to get the idea such mismanaged system. I truly had better experience with Medanta, Lucknow management, staff and obviously doctors.

I must say! This is the kind of hospitality in any hospitals we dream about. I have been many places (hospitals in my context) in India for my parent’s treatment. But Apollo stands at top. The hygiene, staff cooperativeness, help, ease to access, Health insurance, doctors, surgeons, valet parking and of course the cafeteria all these things are really good. Yes few people complained about the lift issues at visiting hours. And due to limited capacity of lifts such issues happen and I even felt that glitch in the system. Other than this I would definitely suggest my close ones to visit Apollo for their health treatment. And please have a good health insurance (it is bit expensive too)

Me and my wife visited here for our precaution dose of covid. We found its a well manged hospital having a separate departments dedicated for vaccination. However the server was very slow and it took more than 20 mints just to generate bill. Rest was good.

Very bad service!! Extremely crowded all the time .. super small cafeteria and extremely small only 2 lifts which can take only 10-12 people at a time, so you have to wait for like 10-15 min you want to use the elevator(lift). Paperwork takes forever to complete!! I am sharing the video I made today which shows the construction/repair work going outside the room continuously since 3 days which is extremely annoying and total discomfort for the patient who is a new mom and the baby. We are on 4th floor..

Yesterday, I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 pm with a general surgeon. However, upon reaching the hospital, I was informed that the doctor had already left for the day, leaving me with no other options for medical assistance. This is particularly frustrating given that the hospital display clearly mentions that doctors are available for duty from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I approached the reception for further information, and I was told to come the next day before 9:30 a.m. as the doctor would be available by 10:00 a.m. Taking their advice, I arrived at the hospital promptly before 9:30 a.m. and completed all the necessary registration, billing, and other formalities. However, when I reached the designated section to meet the doctor, I found no one there once again. I had to approach the reception yet again to inquire about the doctor's whereabouts, only to be told that the doctor would now arrive at 11:00 a.m. It's 12.00 hrs. now the doctor has not come to attend. Unfortunately, it appears that the doctors at your hospital do not prioritize punctuality. Moreover, the staff members seem to lack proper training as they failed to communicate the correct information to patients like me, leading to unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a key focus for any healthcare institution, and it greatly concerns me that this aspect seems to be neglected. Adding to my disappointment, I observed an unprofessional practice during the billing process. The receptionist, without seeking any input from the customer, would take their phone and write positive reviews on their behalf, praising the hospital and its staff. It is important to note that customer reviews should be based on their own genuine experiences and satisfaction, rather than being fabricated by the hospital staff. I am writing this review to bring these issues to management's attention and request that they take the necessary steps to address them. Punctuality, proper training for staff members, and ensuring honest customer reviews are crucial for maintaining both the reputation and the quality of service at your hospital. I'll tell you the story of concrete building with glass, putty and tiles work. I have gone with our new born baby after 2 days of discharge, she was having little jaundice. OPD is in basement 1, having separate Lift. After checking, doctor has asked me to have TCB test of baby at 4th floor, I left my wife in OPD(who had c section 6 days back), I had proceeded with my baby for said test, there were no one else with me.Because of corona only 1 attendant is allowed. See the chronology: 1)After the billing at basement 1, I came to ground floor. 2)Change the lift and gone to 4th floor. TCB reading was alarming, they asked me to do the TSB. 3)Came to ground floor, change the lift gone to basement 1 for TSB billing. 4)Done the billing at basement 1, came to ground floor 5)Change the lift, gone to 4th floor to give baby's blood sample.they took the sample and handed over to me and asked to go to pathology (basement 2) . 6)For going to basement 2,First I have to come to ground floor change the lift, gone to basement 2 (pathology dept.) for handing over the sample. 8)Came to basement-1 then came to ground floor. Finally Exit from MAZE. There is NO administration and management. You can have billing at Help desk. And sample collection at OPD. You are already charging hefty amount. There is some scam with Health insurance companies, i have seen they are inflating the bills. First: there is 2 type of doctors , only one is coming to check the patient but they are charging for both. Like main doc is 2000 for 1 min visit. And 1000 for other doctor. Second: consumables i.e. mask, gloves sanitizer, bandages etc etc which have rarely seen, cost around 17000. Third: there is fee for operation theater and separate fee for its equipments(seriously!!!! means without equipments its just a room, not operation theater) Fourth: they tried for normal delivery when it was not happening, they ask me what to do, i told them do not try more do the operation. When i saw the bill, they have invoke the EMERGENCY, WHICH COST ME 11500 RUPEES, just like that . So my suggestion is COME TO APOLLO ONLY IF YOU HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE. It is excluded the corporate plan which is having some limit. Stay healthy stay safe. Thank you.

I recently went to Apollomedics Super Speciality Hospital for the first time for Vaccination..crowded place with many entry gates...but the security staff gate keeper over here is too good and humble ready to help you..parking procedure carried out here is good and time saving for the patient and others too..not just outside but also staffs in the reception is polite..to locate this hospital the easiest and best way is to use Google Map.. About the hospital cleanliness..I saw a female sweeper after every single hour picking up even a small bit of paper from the ground..this was really great..everywhere clean and tidy..special attention given to cleanliness..even though I was in the basement but the temperature is normal..over all experience was good😊

Dr. khushi - She is one of the best physiotherapists present in Apollo as she knows what she is doing. She used to travel to my place to help me exercise everyday. Even on those days when I felt I was tired and demotivated she kept on insisting me and helping me do all the exercises. She is a friendly, lovable girl who is tactfully perfect in her profession. I wouldn’t have been able to walk or cycle much if it wasn’t for Khushi. Dr. Preeti - She is extremely supportive, although strict but her strictness was much needed to ensure that I don’t get lazy to not do all my exercises. Dr. Ujjwal, Dr. Ankita - Very friendly people and outstanding physiotherapists who used some great techniques to open some of the blockages in my knees that were preventing me to bend, cycle, and walk properly. Overall, the team at Apollo Medics is full of learned Physiotherapists that make you feel at home and go out of their way to make sure that you are healthier than before and are able to walk without walker or support.

Certainly one of the best corporate hospital in Lucknow. Great hygiene, good doctors and helpful staff. My dad had a small procedure done for appendicitis and he was well taken care of. Special thanks to Mr Suman Ghosh for making sure that the patient and attendant had no problems at all.

Really good and responsive services. The doctors hear you well and care to explain your diagnoses instead of just making a prescription. I have done both in-person visits and an online consultation. The online consultation was a bit more expensive for some reason but the process of registering and sharing of reports, etc. and the consult itself went pretty smoothly. Definitely recommend to all people who want their worries heard and hear honest explanations for their ailments (especially since hardly any doctors in Lucknow bother doing that). A physical visit is always comforting and assuring, but I think online consultation can be a little more assuring. From my personal experience and multiple visits to the hospital I can say that if you're physically able to visit any hospital in Lucknow, do choose this hospital over sahara or any other, you'll surely feel more cared and if you can't just visit the hospital look for for online consultation here. Doctors here are great listeners and extremely understanding even in online consultation, they take each and every patient very seriously and with utmost care as if they're their own. The only reason I gave it 4 star and a little hesitation about online consultation earlier was due to the technology in use i.e an audio call instead of a video call, rest assured it's very reliable. 🙂😊

Very good treatment, cleanness and comfort. But it costs so expensive and also a issue of visiting to the patient. Only 02 lifts are there and they are so strict when u go to meet with your patient. After they shifting the patient ICU to general ward, there is very poor caring of patient in the ward. Literally very disappointing service of general ward. Very careless.

I still give 5 stars because I like the hospital, way better than Medanta. It's organized, reasonably priced and the staff are more responsible

Doctor and nurse staff are good. But discharge and billing settlement is worst. They ask to deposit lump sum on very urgent basis as if petient will run away after procedure. But post everything is done discharge took 6-7 hrs process and no one gives you clarity what's going on and how much time it's going to take. Balance refund they gave one number which was picked up 1st time after that no one responds ever. Billing team at discharge time told it's automatic process and they will refund in 3-5 days. But I really don't know how they will do if no one acknowledge what and whe. They process refunds.

I with my father waited for OT from many hours. My father had an operation of stone in gall bladder. The nurse and staff members said it will be done at 7-8 AM but still we waited for many hours with fasting. When I asked to staff members about OT then they said that OT is not free and it might be possible at afternoon and they refer for glucose saline process. It shows that If didn't said to them then they will wait till the OT time come.

While the medical care and doctors' cooperation were commendable, my experience with the nursing and general duty assistant staff was quite disappointing. They enforced strict sleep timings due to upcoming operations, yet they engaged in loud conversations throughout the night, neglecting patient sleep. It was challenging to rest with their constant chatter. It would be beneficial if they were more considerate in maintaining a quiet environment for patients. This aspect of my stay was less than satisfactory. *will think of sharing my experience on social media with the audio recordings i have .

Good infra. Long waiting lines, so high waiting times for diagnostic procedures as well as reports. Have ample time on your hand before scheduling a visit, coz a visit coupled with even one investigative procedure needs whole day. Some staff is nice in behaviour, whereas some are not cooperative!

I feel everything is quite okay but waiting time is too more, need to improve this. My suggestions over this there should be a way of appointment, patients should come first get the chance first. Secondly if you share the appropriate time while confirming the his/her appointment with doctor then it would be helpful to reduce the waiting time. After all time is money.

Apollomedics Super Speciality hospital, LDA Colony, Lucknow is one of the best hospitals I have ever been to. In terms of cleanliness, hygiene and sterilization protocols, it is really up to the mark. The staff is very helpful, patient and kind.They have excellent team of doctors. I'm truely very much impressed. Facilities are excellent in the Apollomedics Hospital. The rooms and toilets are maintained very well, very neat. Doctors are really take interest in each patient. Pleasing and helpful Reception. Spacious and comfortable for elders. I‘ve been bringing my parents here for annual checkups for more than a decade. Overall process can be made more efficient (for example moving patients from one checkup to another) but it is kind of offset as there is plenty of staff who are friendly and quick to help! #Thanks to Apollo 🙏🙂👍

Munna Bhai MBBS part 3 Good spot for time pass. Good Coffee spot. They have Starbucks in it. (I haven't explored it much else I would have found pantaloons and shoppers stop too) Very nice building. Tip:- Take your patient over there when you have a day, for normal consultation and when he/she is healthy, i.e when you want to have good coffee. I was suffering from earwax problem. Hence decided to visit ENT. Unfortunately, nearest was in Apollo shopping mall. I was reluctant to visit however with lot of courage and ample time I visited that place. I was charged for parking rs.25 I was expecting a stag entry fee, however it is not yet applied. I was told to go at particular cash counter (took ages to enter my details in system as he was multi-tasker, queue was just a formality there, anyone can go there without being in queue) Doctor was very casual. (As expected) just checked and prescribed medicines. Still okay. Now at in-house pharmacy (a general merchant store) You have to purchase full strip of medicine, you cannot ask them to cut the strip. My prescription was for 2 days and I was asked to pay 1500 for whole strips, which was excluding consultation fee which was 800 for ent. Now I am going bit far from my home to consult a doctor.

Behavior of all staff and members are very good and polite. Only issue of time, as a working professional every time i book appointment at 9.00 am but doctors never present before 10.00 and almost 11.00 am I got my meeting with doctor, sundays is off day in hospital due to this problem occurs. But doctor and staff all are very good in nature and service is also very good

Well i am visiting this hospital from few years and i will recommend Dr Rc Ahuja and Dr Rajiv Ranjan as i visited them only. Dr Rc Ahuja is very well known Internal medicine doctor as well as Dr Rajiv Ranjan for gastroenterology. Both doctors were friendly and ask every detail and provide good care. Dr Rc Ahuja provide care for sugar and blood pressure and it's going very well for us. While Dr Rajiv Ranjan provide care for fatty liver and IPO(problem with intestine), his suggestion, the way of handling patient was good and medicines given by him is actually working well. Fees is a bit expensive side as it is 700 but its totally worthy. Thank you for providing us good care.
