I previously put up a review stating that during my visit some of the facilities were not working or dirty and that the massage was not the kind I had booked, but instead a deep tissue massage that ended up hurting my shoulder pretty badly. The spa responded to me saying that I had indeed booked that kind of massage and I thought I must have made some kind of mistake and removed my review, as I didn't want to leave a bad review of both the facilities and the massage if both were not warranted. However, I finally went back and searched my records and saw that indeed I had NOT made a mistake, the massage I booked was a chiropractic one and not a deep tissue (attaching the receipt to this review).

I went several years ago and I have returned and everything is still the same. Excellent treatment and good facilities. After the spa we had a couples massage and everything was fine.

Very good urban spa, in a very quiet area of ​​Tetuán, a neighborhood in the north of Madrid. I did the spa circuit for 2 people with a friend, as a birthday gift for her, for €20 each, and we were delighted with the quality and price. The only thing we didn't like were the shower towels, too small, they should make them a little bigger. Otherwise everything perfect.

Third time I go, this time accompanied. Total success as a gift, she was very happy. The circuit is very good, everything is very clean and well managed, it is a spa that works. It must be said that they have very good masseuses compared to what I have found elsewhere. Very nice atmosphere. I also recommend the beauty treatments, a pleasant surprise. I think they have some of the best quality-price ratios that can be found in Madrid, I have done the facial hygiene twice and I am very happy.

I went as a couple and booked 2 hours where the spa was closed for us. The changing rooms are very good, with showers, hairdryers, lockers, etc. The circuit itself, good but without fanfare. There were contrast showers, jacuzzi, jet pool, 2 saunas, footbath. The facilities are somewhat old. I thought it was strange that they told us that we had to leave when we had 25 minutes left. Indeed, after your answer I have to say that I was confused about the contracted time, which was 90 minutes.

Sorry to say this but the truth is if you didn't feel so relaxed after than what's the point of going to the spa at all. The water was not at the suiting temperature it was colder than it should have been. Most of facilities had way to cold water. All in all I wouldn't come back here.

I just came out and I was fascinated. It was my first time in a spa and my best friend brought me for my birthday. We spent an hour in the spa and then they gave us a spectacular massage. Caridad, the girl who gave me the massage, had super beautiful energy and I felt great, comfortable and relaxed at all times. An experience of 10 ❤️ I will return without a doubt

As usual . Marvelous . Last Saturday we returned to the spa, without words, attention of 10 and the massage was amazing. We go at least 3 times a year.

A place to relax with its different bathing areas and then culminate with a relaxing massage that makes you feel floating in the clouds.

I just left there... Circuit and massage. 2 hours to disconnect and relax the body. I will definitely return whenever I can.

My daughter and I were there today and everything was very good. We have had an hour of private spa and we have been able to enjoy the facilities very much. Very clean and the reception person very friendly. We will return for sure!

The service was terrible, the man was super rude from the moment we entered, working reluctantly without encouragement and then he told us why we were 10 minutes late, we missed the massage instead of taking time off the circuit and giving the massage, we left and it was not so clean .
