Very detailed in customer service and they have a good variety of rings. They serve you for more than an hour and a half and explain everything to you with maximum details. The negative points are that the price is a little expensive compared to the average, but the quality is worth it (apart from the annual reviews which, without a doubt if you do them every year, end up paying for themselves). Apart from that, in my opinion the matte is very superficial, it goes away with a simple touch to the ring, although I understand that it must be so that I can change the type of surface in another review without losing too much material. Overall, we are both very happy with the rings.
