I have said it before in my review of the Five Guys in Valencia and I will say it again here. Best fast food restaurant in Spain, period. The staff was very nice to us, they delivered incredibly fast(faster than any other of the big fast food restaurants in Spain), and the drink variety was decent(it's a soda machine with many flavors). It's in a great location of Madrid(Gran Via, right in the center and in front of Callao), the place is super clean, and the burger was tasty, juicy and decently sized. In my case I ordered the bacon and cheese burger which is the one you can see in the picture. I went to the Five guys in Valencia and I have to say that the quality is still amazing. I really recommend Five Guys if you don't live in America, I would say it's one of the best places to get a glimpse on American burgers. I know there are other good burger restaurants in Madrid but they are not fast food, for the time they take to deliver in this place I got a three star burger.

Was on my way Taco Bell and decided to give this a try. The decor outside was simple with just the red and white sign. It could have passed off as a furniture shop. I ordered the cheese burger and had the choice of condiments and sauces. Ask for all if you're undecided. Had to wait for a while for my burger while you get a chance to see the kitchen crew assemebl the burgers according to each order. The burger was juicy, with two thick beef patties. Was the best burger I had in a long while. You also get complimentary peanuts in shell you can help yourself to. Just a great burger joint. The milkshakes are also good. Besides the regular flavours, you can also add caramel, banana, cookies and cream.

The burger and fries (although not perfect at all) are pretty good compared to other big chains like Macdonalds or Burger King. The open kitchen concept and the freedom to choose the ingredients in the burger is interesting. The space needs an electronic way to call order numbers. The price is a quite expensive.

The burgers were delicious and fresh. The fries tasted delicious too. The atmosphere and staff were friendly. There’s a long line outside and another long line inside but it’s all worth it. If your allergic to peanuts I highly recommend you not to enter, there’s peanut everywhere, peanut is their past time thing to do while you wait for your order. Enjoy your meal

It was first time eating at first guys.the friendly staff at the till explained the menu. The burger was so delicious and made out of real beef. I loved it and I would be back. The expensive price is justified by the quality of the meat

This is the place where I lost my hamburger innocence. All burgers I ate before my first Five Guys burger were just play. This one is serious. The juicy meat in combination with the soft and eggy bread is just divine. Together with some really good fresh fries it makes a amazing combination. I really like coming here in the evening. Sitting upstairs, eating this amazing piece of fresh fast food and watching all the people living their live is just a vibe.

4 years after its inauguration and it is still the best place that I can think of to have some healthy, tasty, special and original American specialty. I still do not understand their pricing scheme but it certainly does not prevent the consumer from enjoying from 1-28 different soda drinks! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, peanuts are not for free to eat as much as you wanted while waiting in line to pay or standing at the queue to pick-up the order. Two more downsides are a night-shift supervisor who seems to find rather confusing whether her line of command positions here above the employees or the clients (rude woman) and that special flavour brevages (lime coca-cola, cherry fanta...) are not a pick-up/delivery option - still keeping up hope to improve that one!

Although it was quite busy, the cooks were incredibly efficient and prepared our food without dealy. The food was excellent and no matter how busy it got there always seemed to be a place to sit down due to the sheer size of the building.

Juicy meat, potatoes and juice too delicious! I Shouldn't ask to load it with many ingredients just to keep the taste of mushroom and juicy meat melting together. Deserve best Hamburger as 'La Pais' rates it in 2016...

I love five guys! I'm from the US and used to work at one in college. I think the taste is just as delicious but the only difference is that they do not toast the buns so the sandwich seems cold besides the burger part. The milkshake and fries are just as delicious! I went once at 10pm and 1am and there are always people there. My only complaint is their ticket times seem to be over 15 minutes both times I went if you order burgers. Will definitely eat here again :)

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G burgers!! The burgers are super juicy and you build your own with a huge variety of toppings that are brilliant. Their fries are on the best ever, the cajun one is a bit spicy to our liking but finger-leaking good!!

The Hamburger was amazing and so fries. The place was bustling throughout and the orders were coming in fast and neat. For people who are from India or do not eat beef, they don't have chicken burgers but you can have a veggie sandwich with the fries. Staff is attentive to your needs.

Good food, tasty burgers and fries. They serve free peanuts for everyone. You can see through the glass how the burgers are made. The place is very fast "plastic" inside and it's quite noisy. You can smell fried oil in the air.

Not everyone some English and they didn't really try (try having a smoke menu so that guest can point) Like the concept of potatoes with specific origins Send like Covid-19 took the peanuts away -sad

ATTENTION TO FIVE GUYS MANAGER!!! Worst fast food experience ever, google maps says open 24hrs but when we got there they wouldn’t lets us in, 45 minutes wait in the cold for 2 burgers!!! But the worst is Manuel, the worker on 17/02/2024 at 6 am, worst person I have ever met! Rude, hostile and aggressive, wouldn’t serve us peanuts saying « they were out » when the peanuts containers were juste behind him. I used to love five guys but this guy made me never eat there again, plus the food was wrong and COLD! This is unacceptable for a restaurant like five guys

A fast food restaurant with a better (and a bit pricy) burger. Hamburger was good (much better than McDonald's). Its price reflects that. The extra bacon was bad (I recommend avoiding the Bacon Burger). A fast food joint atmosphere. They called my number about 5 minutes before it was ready, which was a bit annoying (you have numbers so I won't have to wait at the counter while you prepare the food...).

The service is incredibly slow… it takes them forever to make the burgers and when they finally do, they’re thrown in a greasy paper bag with the fries all over the place. It’s simply not worth the money. There’s so many staff members but none of them in the kitchen cooking. There is never enough sauce in the dispensers. Overall, it’s one of the worst five guys I’ve been to (and I’ve been to lots!)…

One of the best american burgers in Madrid! Everything is amazing, the place, the staff, the food! The entire experience! There are no combos, everything is separately. Prices are perect for the quality and quantity. 12€ - 15€ per person.

They don't have a vegetarian option burguer - only a sandwich. I don't know why Five Guys has it all over the world but not in Madrid. 🤔

Really nice tasting burger and fries. Tried the cheeseburger with peppers. The meat and bun were top! Perfectly located with large windows looking out at the super busy street. Setup/decor is basic, ventilation is bad leaving u with the feeling that u did the frying yourself. Better for Take-out.

Don't know why this place has less than 4 stars, really good burgers and fries and the drinks are refillable (the refill machine is really high techy you get a bunch of flavors). There are peanuts to eat while you wait for your food and atmosphere is good because of the amount of people that are here. Staff is very friendly and even offered napkins when they saw we needed them while eating. Only thing is that it is a little pricey, about 8 Euros for regular hamburger ( which is actually a double burger), 2 Euros for a drink and fries start at 3 Euros. Overall if you don't mind the price it's a great place to eat.

Packed when i was there, loads of people around, fun and easy going. It wasn't my first visit to 5 guys, the only bad review is that the fries are not the same as london...

Great burger A bit pricey Good french fries(gives big portions) I would prefer it a bit more salty, maybe adding the steak sauce could’ve done the job. Gave it a 5 because it had everything a burger place should have.

Very nice burgers. A good "less industrial" option for fast food lovers. Hope that they get to Portugal, I'm sure that will be a great sucess.

I was waiting for more than 15min for a take away order and after asking more than once my order was not printed. After more minutes, they gave it to me it came with one burger missing. Great to only realize that at home...
