Great hostel, our room was comfortable, clean and warm. The staff was really helpfull. And the location perfect, just one minute from metrostation callao and with a lot of nice restaurants, bars and attractions at walking distance. It was great to come back home after a long day of sightseeing.

Some rooms are located around a patio and - even thought the location in the very centre - are quiet and cosy. The place is very close to the Callao and Gran Via metro stationos. A great spot to stay if you want to see more than just the centre. Also, it is not far from the Principe Pio train station, from where you can go to Salamanca, Segovia, etc.

Although the hostal is in the heart of the city, it is extremely hot. It was so hot that we did not stay at the hostal but moved to a hotel instead. In July, you need Air Conditioning or else it is unbearable. It may be better in cooler months but I don't recommend in the Summer.
