To start with the best part, it is right in the center. It is throughly cleaned and the room service cleans it everyday. It has air-conditioning which is a must in the summer in Madrid. The beds were comfortable and the staff was really friendly. It is very centeral therefore you can say it is rather safe. Overall a very good experience. We didn't encounter any problems.

Not a great experience. I booked a room in error and noticed my mistake three hours later. The booking was non-refundable, but I was hoping that the hostel would be able to help, as I contacted them just a few hours after booking. Well they refused and billed me the full booking price of close to EUR 700 as no-show fee. My recommendation is to be careful when booking there not to make any errors.

Best location you could ask for in the Center of Madrid. Don’t expect fancy but practical. Super clean room including AC and flat screen TV Clean towels, linen provided. friendly staff.

Location: It's a perfect setting to explore Madrid from in the middle of Sol. Rooms: They are small operation with around 10 rooms. The room itself had a double and twin bed. The bathroom was just the right size. The whole location was cleaned regularly. Both the staff I encountered were very helpful, happy to clean your rooms regularly, and extra towels after few days in. Also helped me with few pages printout for my covid test results. I will definitely stay here, if I visit Madrid. I need a working desk with chair, but this desk had a mini fridge under it. So it was not convenient to work for me. I noticed other rooms had better settings.

Good value for money. It is located in Sol, the very heart of Madrid. Rooms are very clean, with fresh/new linen and towels. Both exterior and interior rooms have a good size. Staff is friendly. Furniture and decoration are a bit outdated, but location and cleanliness are top.

The staff where so lovely, the room is cleaned to perfection everyday, there was always clean towels and hot water and heating. And the view from our very sound proof room was amazing on to the busy streets. LGBT friendly too. Would give over 5 stars if I could!

This place is really nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and it's at a great location. The rooms a bit small but this is Europe and it's hard to find a single room for this price.

This place is also known as Madrid Playa rooms. For a basic room this location is ok. Keep in mind that this is more like a hostel in a building of hostels than a hotel. The biggest reason for the 3 stars are several including is the noise from outside throughout most of the night and morning which I could deal with. But it was The noise from the people screaming from inside the hostel at 4 am which took it over the top and I complained to the staff about. Also. The lack of blackout curtains in the room and the room that was so hot because of the old radiator heating system that was difficult to control. There was ac in the room but they had taken the remote so you could not use it. (We asked.) The balcony doors were also stuck and needed maintenance with a loose handle. Views were not great in our spot other than some garbage bins below. The employees were nice though. For a cheap place to stay this one is ok but I probably would not stay again unless I had no other option.

The best shower in all of my travels around the world. I loved my simple but newly renovated little room. It was so clean. The fridge & also safe box in the room was greatly appreciated. The hotel was so centrally located for shopping & all the sites. Check in & out was so easy staff ever so friendly & helpful

Every thing was good. Right where it needs to be. Very close to Puerta del Sol (I added my view to Puerta del Sol) . Rooms were clean, and serviced every day.
