Attended Wonho performance in the Sala BlackBox room. The sound and lighting were great, the Staff were lovely, the drinks were cold, but event was poorly organised and badly controlled. We arrived 2 hours early with general admission tickets, and joined the queue. When we were almost due to go in, a member of staff went along the queue advising us that the organisers had delayed gig/entry by 30 mins but that we would still see full show. We waited another half-hour in 29 degree heat, only to find the performance had started with a huge queue of people still outside (including us). Then there was a rush to get people in. After a mad dash up the stairs we were greeted by a sea of camera phones and couldn't see the stage or performance. I'm quite tall, but as the floor is one level and with so many people filming, it was really difficult to see anything at all and completely impossible when the singer sat down. On the website it advised filming was prohibited, but this was not enforced. I was really disappointed by the whole thing. I haven't attended other performances here or seen the other rooms, but I would be hesitant to book again.

Great big venue with excellent air con! There is a supermarket just outside for convenience. Very easy to get to via public transport. I had a very good experience 😊

Entrance fee rather expensive. Worth to see it at least outside, due to nice decorations and specific architecture. Parking places available. Good connection via tube / metro. Visited 02.2018

Pretty good. Very good installations, concert hall and staff. If we were able to leave and come back in, and if it had better acoustics for music, I'd rate it higher. It's just a good hangout and a decent concert hall.

It's an arena. What is there to say? Expensive beers, but you should know that going in.

Great acoustic throughout the entire concert. We came to see Maria Becerra and weren’t disappointed. Would definitely come again for another concert. Thanks!

My review is based on working inside this arena, not as a fan. It's old, hot, cramped and not really capable of running a modern show. The size and shape of the arena means centre stages are amazing but little else, it's capacity is great for passionate fans and attendees but as staff I'd brace yourself for a sub par experience.

I have been to many venues in many countries over the years, and I found this space to be up there with the best. No long queues to get a drink or food. Pretty easy to find your seats and lots of staff are on hand to help get you in and out of the venue. My only criticism would be the toilet situation. The men’s toilet was packed and had a long queue throughout the evening. That said, it was an MMA event we attended, so there were way more men than women in attendance.
