Don’t go, really mean DONT GO, Whilst it’s a building site. It’s about a 10min walk through of the trophy room and 20 yards between the seating tiers where you can see the pitch but there is even building works pitch side. It’s a rip off to be charging €15 euros for that. I’m going to be seeing how I can claim a refund.

Not sure if this is worth the price. You can get it for Euro25 online. It’s overall still under construction, and the entire place looks really raw. The so called museum is not exactly a museum, too small and you probably finish the tour in less than 30 mins. If the stadium is fully finished, it would have been a little more worth it. Nevertheless I still get to say that I’ve visit Real Madrid before.

I have made the tour on 13 of July. The visit costs 15€ and the stadium was at work to update the installations. It was ridiculous only one small room with the trophies 🏆 and after that you can sit inside the stadium to appreciate the men's working on the fields breaking everything and a bunch of nest and sand. Terrible visit! Really don't recommend this visit!

Please don't go. It's not worth the €18. The museum is tiny, just a collection of trophies and it's full of construction. I expect at least you'd get a free picture with the price, but no, it's an additional 15/19 euro. Complete rip-off. Worst part of our Madrid trip.

Went when the place was being renovated, for €14 entry fee, you get to see a building site and some time in the museum. Save yourself the €14 and look at my photos, there is nothing not on there. Wait until it's finished is my advice

I am giving it 3 stars right now because the whole stadium is going over a major reconstruction and for the price you’re paying there really isn’t much to see and to but take pictures of a construction site, the trophy room, and the store. It would’ve been cool if you could have at least seen the locker rooms. Oh well, by the time the remodeling is finished, you can certainly expect a cool looking stadium and experience. Until now, a generous 3 stars because it’s a club I like haha.

Whilst refurbishment is taking place don't bother. €55 for family of 4 booking online. All there is to see the trophy room whilst impressive doesn't offer enough for the price. Spent less than an hour at the whole thing which included 15 minutes on the overpriced shop selling football shirts for €175 each. The only opportunity to have a photo with a trophy is one you have to pay for as you are not able to take your own. You can walk up to see the pitch but this area is cordoned off to a very small area, very busy. I imagine when it's nit under refurbishment it would be impressive. We've visited other tours which offer guided tour. Not here. Disappointing

I was mesmerized by the beauty of this place.... A dream come true.... A must visit even if you are not a football fan... Very rich history of the club that shows its greatness and why it is the best football club in the world.....

The new stadium is turning out to be amazing. We had the privilege to have a box for eight people private booth with catering and bottomless drinks It has a well climate control with heat or AC Parking is almost impossible around the area but it is because the works are still non stop Even the bread and cups have the Real Madrid Seal Our waitress was extremely attentive and very were well treated. This is a speacial treat with a dedicated elevator to the top of the stadium.

It's nice, the only thing we went there we left a sunglasses there and there was security, when we went back it was a chaos to be able to find a place for lost and found... there is not a place.... they send us to the place you buy tickets and they just said we haven't received or see any glasses and we show the picture of the security girl she was there in that area... anyway... it would be good to have a specific place for lost and found.

The stadium is in works until December 2022... they should inisit strongly on that before selling 15 euro tickets, to essentially visit a construction site... the visit is limited to a small section of the high stands (overlooking the dig site for the future pitch), and a long corridor which is the trophy museum. Impressive collection to be sure, but definitively not worth the price of admission. Then it's on to the gift shop, and the visit is over! Rest assured you can buy a 170 euro (!) jersey of your favorite player. The New Bernabeu will be a wonder when finished, but in the meantime, avoid the tour!

The club is the best one, and the stadium is very nice, but the tour is boring. Just 100 meters of televisions and you can see the field from one view. At least you can see the troféus. Ow, other point, all in reform… In my opinion, guide your or visiting staff and players place could be nice.

We were in a que for over an hour. We got in to basically look at all the trophies they won which was impressive although you would question why some personal awards were there. They had personal awards for Micheal Owen and Kaka who were not at the club at the time they won they were awarded. There were even more ques to que up for a fake photo with various Real Madrid players. At the end of the tour of the tour you would have had to que up again to see the pictures. One concerning thing about the tour was when passing the entrance to the VIP seats (Which you do not get to look at) there was a very large photo of a Florentino Perez on the wall. I found this very haunting as I can't think of any other club in the world who would have this of a club president especially a club with all the amazing players that played with the club over the years. This is a man who wants to break up all the major leagues in Europe and take the soul out of football. Looking at the photo you also felt reminded of the facist links to the club historically. The fact that the stadium was under construction at the time would still make me want to revisit to see the more intimate parts of the stadium but until that I would recommend avoiding.

I was on vacation in Madrid and i planned to go to the stadium to visit, it was nice to see the unique stadium from huge club Real Madrid. The stadium is beautiful but i went there with stadium under construction and they are charging 30€ for 2 persons :| (30€=under construction) … I think its not fair considering you cannot see at the moment i was there, the lawn was full of construction machines… not even a green square, not really the best thing you were hoping to see even i paid 30€ for 2 persons…

What a rip off, 54€ for a family of four, just to see the museum with trophies and make a foto with the real crest. I've read on the homepage, players tunnel, players dressingroom, presidental box, pitch. When we entered the stadium, where they are working, we could not breathe of the dust, it was horrible. 10 minutes in we go through a door, show our tickets the 2nd time, and there it is ..... shop. 160€ for a football shirt, at last we go for the picture with the champions league trophy, 19€ 🥵. Thank you and never again. The real tour should be closed until the stadium is completed. Nothing royal in this tourist ripp off !!!

Well, Madrid without Real Madrid will be missing a huge portion. In Madrid there are two important football clubs, therefore its good idea to make a tour and dive in to get to know more about the club. When I made my tour July 2021, it was a huge construction work both exterior and interior. But it doesn't bother much, still you can makebthe tour take photos and even buy some original cloths from their store.

OK, this was lovely. There is so much information, photos, and lots of football history. They are doing some work around the stadium, but it is still open to the public. I recommend buying tickets online in advance. They scan your tickets, you pass security, and off you go. Many people there speak English and are friendly. There are so many signs to show you exactly where to go. There are toilets. You can buy the coins as souvenirs for 4 Euros. You can then get your photos taken with the trophy (uefa champions league trophy), and then some more photos can be taken, and they add the players to your photos, you can buy them at the end at the store but this is costly. I paid 60 euros for 4 prints (a5). We visited the stadium itself but couldn't go onto the pitch as they're doing some work around it. It was a good experience and my son loved seeing all the ballandors and trophies. They're very well presented.

At the time of my visit, the stadium was still under renovation. Even at this time the tour was absolutely lovely. Learning about the history of the club as well as what the future has. The trophy rooms are spectacular along with the views of the pitch from the stand. The modernised facility is a must visit whenever you are in Madrid.

If you're thinking about coming here during the stadium renovation, I would strongly reconsider. it's basically just one big hallway through the trophy cabinet.

The worst stadium tour . We paid 19€ per person to take the tour but nobody informed us that not even half of the tour offered things were available . For example , the locker rooms didn't even exist due to the rebuilding of the stadium, nor the pitch .

Most disappointing. Stadium is a building site. Cost 15euro entry plus the cost to get there to look at a trophy room. Should have been notified that this was all that was on offer. I had been on the tour some years ago and it was very good.

Awful experience. Stadium is under construction. Not much to see outside a few trophies. Got a look at the pitch under construction. Total waste of money and time. Avoid.

Without being a soccer fan, the Tour at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is terrific, in three main stages, you will go from its history, the Stadium, at the moment in refurbishment, and finally, the official store of the Real Madrid, where you can buy the official club t-shirt for almost 200 usd, if you want, and of course you will, personalized, it will cost you 6 usd per letter and number.... large surnames, you're warned! Anyway, it is an experience while in Madrid. You won't be disappointed

Echoing the other reviews. Do not go. €50 for a family of three plus €15 for a photo with the CL trophy. Spend more time walking through the construction site than anything else. Wish I'd read the reviews before going.

Due to the construction work, the stadium didn't look fascinating I have to mention. But the museum tour was worth visiting for sure as well, which shows the rich culture of the club. I'd have loved to give 5 stars but maybe due to the construction work, I couldn't enjoy the proper taste of the stadium. But still I'd recommend visiting this place for sure.

This is clearly a joke. Don't go there. The stadium is currently being renovated. The tour is reduced to a stair case, a view from one of the balconies and a few trophies to see. Despite that they are still charging the full price of EUR 15 per adult. A no no go. Disgusting!!

Don't not bother! The stadium is a total construction site at the minute. You can see the trophies and that's about it. Good for crane spotters...🤭 Whole visit lasted 10mins. A very expensive 10 mins for a lungful of dust.

Paid €15 for the tour and due to the ongoing construction, the journey ended quite early. All you can do is to see the panoramic view of the stadium, a hall way of trophy, a short presentation of estadio Santiago Bernabeu and its future, and the visit to the store. There was no visit to the locker or changing room and even no visit to the pitch though. Is it worth the price? If you are a die hard Real Madrid fans, probably yes. Otherwise, visit it when the construction finished.

Amazing experience! Worth your money. So fascinating seeing their journey from beginning till now, the trophies and videos. At the end you can visit the shop and buy anything you want from Real Madrid and if you become a member they give you some nice gifts 😉

i might be french but since a little kid always loved the real madrid so visiting the bernabeu stadium was like a dream came true for me. the chanching rooms, the field, ou also have the chance of having a digital picture with your fave player. definitely worth it

It's a bit pricey for a very short tour. The trophies and panoramic are cool though. For football lovers, it might be interesting doing the madridista sympathizer card, which is valid for a year and you get a free real Madrid scarf for 10€

  • 2/5 Imanol P. 2 years ago on Google
I'm a huge fan of real Madrid, you have to consider that the stadium is being remodel, so the museum is tiny and nothing else.

  • 1/5 Mark H. 9 months ago on Google
Don't go! Waste of money, the whole place is a construction site, and the thing of interest is the very small museum. Total waste of time, only small entertaining bit was explaining to the steward that I didn't want a photo with last years European Cup as the current one was in Manchester!

  • 4/5 shreyas l. 8 months ago on Google
If you are a football fan or not this place should be on your visit list to madrid. This is not a stadium its an experience which one should have a look. Technology put in place to build this stadium is astounding.

  • 1/5 Monika P. 2 years ago on Google
Stadium is now a construction site and is not worth a visit, especially for 15 euros. Montages with players should be included in the tour (that's what it says on their website), but in fact it costs 18 eur extra to actually get the photo. They really make you feel like they're trying to rip off their fans by misleading you to pay more for something that is not worth it :( We felt really disappointed and deceived.

  • 3/5 Idris K. 1 year ago on Google
A lot of construction work taking place currently at time of writing. The first time you visit the stadium you are taken aback with the history of the club. But I felt unfulfilled after the visit. There is no visit to the changing rooms and limited areas available for viewing during the tour. The areas for viewing are one of the stands walkway only, the museum and the memorabilia store.

  • 2/5 Ruben F. 10 months ago on Google
It was nice to see the trophy room and to sit in the stands despite the renovations, but the tour itself is way too short (like 10 min instead of the advertised 40) for a price that is insultingly high, which is 18 euros. You don't even get to see the dressing room and the press room. I get that they're renovating, but c'mon, for such a price it's a robbery. Plus they take a pic of you with the CL trophy which they charge for 15-19 euros!! 1 picture, a simple click of a button, 15 euros!! I won't even get started on the gift shop, which is understandable, someones has to pay Eden Hazard's wages. They did let my friend enter later than the scheduled time due to traffic, though, which we appreciated. Don't go if you like getting your money's worth, at least not until they finish the renovations.

  • 2/5 Bhavesh P. 1 year ago on Google
As the stadium is being renovated, it's probably not the best tour at the moment to go to. The museum was okay with plenty of information and made photo opportunities with the trophies, but inside the stadium wasn't too much. I'm sure it'll be better once the stadium is fully open, but maybe not the best time to go whilst they are working on it.

  • 1/5 Kevin B. 9 months ago on Google
For a mere €50 (tour for 2) and another €50 for photos, you too can experience watching construction workers use the portable toilet and further cast your eyes upon the wonders of a construction site! I can say without a doubt, in the current state of this field, charging any more than €5 is a massive scam. The “tour” takes about 5 minutes after waiting in the photo line for 20 mins so they can be sure to get another €25-50 out of you. This is honestly such a horrible ripoff they should be ashamed. So glad we didn’t pay even more for the “guided” tour lol what a joke. Huge disappointment after traveling across the world to see it.

  • 2/5 Asif P. 10 months ago on Google
Not worth visiting at the moment with the building work going on, I was disappointed with being unable to see the dressing room, the tour was just the trophy section and a little part of the stadium, which due to the building work was very dusty and then onto the club shop. The whole tour lasted around 40 mins

  • 2/5 Markus F. 9 months ago on Google
The exhibition is impressive. But it's also impressive to charge 25 euros just to visit some trophy rooms, screens with videos and a construction site (the stadium is currently being rebuilt). Even when you read everything and take photos everywhere, you will spend less than an hour here.

  • 1/5 Maxime Van de V. 2 years ago on Google
It's not really a tour. Self-guided visit: 1 view of the field from above, 1 corridor which is a 'museum' with shirts & cups etc. They take a picture with a digital player, which you can buy for €13-18. Then to the fan shop - that's it. 25 minutes.

  • 5/5 Metehan A. 1 year ago on Google
We booked a tour which was around 15 euros a person. Good to know it is not a guided tour! You can make a picture with the or a Champions League trophy (cheapest picture is around 14 euros I guess). Small museum however has trophy’s, information off the ub as well. And you get to walk and sit in the stands of the stadium. So, it takes about 30-60 minutes to see it all. However, the price is not that high though so therefore 5 stars!

  • 3/5 Idalberto Q. 1 year ago on Google
It could be a 5-star review maybe I won't be able to tell you that because the stadium is under renovation so you won't be able to do much as you walk in they offer you to take a pic next to the ucl champion trophy, of course they will take the pic so they can charge you at the end for it, after that you walk right into the trophy salon then right straight to the panoramic view of the stadium you can seat if you want and look a the pitch and that's all nothing else next door will be the real madrid store and that's the end . a lot of people say you can do a lot more but because of the renovation they are limited that's why i said it could be a 5-star because the experience is good but for $20 i would expect more .

  • 5/5 Hasan A. 2 years ago on Google
As a fan of this historical club i want to see a new stadium but for the visitors of this tour it’s not fair to pay the same as without constructions!

  • 2/5 Brian R. 1 year ago on Google
The history is great but there is so much construction it really takes away from the tour. If you’re like us and only had one day there, it’s still worth seeing just be aware that the construction is everywhere. Also, if you take a picture with the championship trophy, you have to wait in line 45 minutes (minimum) at the end to get that picture.
