I
must
say
I
was
underwhelmed
with
this
dining
experience.
I
ordered
the
"lombarda
rehogado"
which
is
sauteed
red
cabbage
and
had
I
known
this
dish
was
red
cabbage,
I
wouldn't
have
ordered
it(we'll
blame
this
on
jetlag).
Cabbage
can
be
tough
on
the
stomach/GI
tract
but
let's
try
a
little.
It
was
bland,
even
with
the
amount
of
garlic.
I
feel
like
this
is
a
dish
only
Spaniards
who
grew
up
eating
this
could
like.
I
tried
a
little
and
moved
on
to
the
second
course
which
was
"chuleta
de
cerdo
con
pimientos"
and
this
was
also
disappointing.
Pork
is
hard
to
cook,
so
I
understand
when
it
comes
out
too
tough.
At
least
I
could
actually
eat
this
while
waiting
for
dessert
which
was
the
flan.
I've
never
been
a
big
fan
of
flan
and
this
one
didn't
win
me
over.
I
swear
it
seemed
like
a
shot
of
liquor
was
dumped
on
top
of
it.
Does
flan
in
Spain
contain
alcohol?
The
best
part
of
the
meal
was
the
beer,
and
I
don't
really
like
Mahou.
The
restaurant
is
tight
and
chaotic;
the
opposite
of
relaxing
though
an
older
patron
sitting
next
to
us
seemed
to
somehow
be
sleeping.
The
lighting
is
the
kind
of
lighting
I'd
expect
to
see
in
a
prison
or
an
insane
asylum.
Lighting
in
a
restaurant
should
be
a
soft
amber/yellow
not
super
bright
florescent
white.
The
wait
staff
seemed
friendly
and
hard
working,
and
I'm
sure
the
cook
was
doing
her
best,
and
I
haven't
tried
the
entire
menu,
and
I'm
sure
something
is
great
on
it
which
is
why
I
have
to
give
this
restaurant
5
stars.
