Wish I could give 0 stars! Worst service I have ever received. Absolute nightmare trying to get a refund and cancellation. I canceled and was charged 2 more times and still don’t have a cancellation after messaging the owner and emailing multiple times. Owner is very very rude and unprofessional! Swearing at me in messages and telling me it’s a nightmare to cancel my membership and she’s not going to help me. Being so rude and telling me that I’m being aggressive and threatening by telling her that I never received the email she “sent 3 times.”

Beautiful spa, wonderful aesthetician!!! Mandy is very professional, and explains all the options and the procedures as she goes. I love that the pricing is realistic for average income people! Overall a great experience that I would definitely recommend to others!!!

The owner of this business is rude and cusses at her clients. If you try to cancel your membership like I did after I moved out of the area then good luck dealing with this psychopath. I am not the only one who has been ripped off by Debbi and I wont be the last one. You have been warned and it's your money to lose.

The Beauti Spa is so amazing and has the best staff!! Mandi is the best injector and truly cares about every single one of her patients. I went to the Beauti Spa when I decided I was ready to have cosmetic injections for the first time and was lucky enough to meet Mandi. I couldn’t be happier with how helpful she was at talking me through the process and helping me get the results I was looking for. She made sure I understood the product and was sweet enough to check in a couple of weeks later to make sure I was happy with the results. Loved how things turned out and will definitely be going back!

10/10 recommend going to Mandi for dysport! She is so knowledgeable and explains everything in more depth then any one I’ve ever been to! I get away with way less units and end up with a better result!

I loved my massage at the Beauti Spa! Ask for Jen S. Not only is she the kindest human - she is such a talented masseuse. Whenever I go to Jen I always feel relaxed, my tension spots feel so much better and she always knows what is triggering my any aches and pains - and how to fix it. She is a healing angel! I also go to the Beauti Box for my Botox and love Ali! She has a soft hand and makes me feel beautiful. 100% trying out the Beauti Spa for all your beauty needs.
