I think the food is super pricey compared to the quality of the food and this is not Korean at all... all they provide is clear noodles, Sriracha mayo sauce, special spicy sauce, chicken that has no flavoring, and rice. No vegetables at all... I felt sick after eating here and I regret eating their food. I swear the food is super easy to copy and has nothing special at all. I wouldn't eat this even if they provided it for free... don't waste your money, just eat cereal instead.

Beware! If you ask for anything different than how it's normally made this location in Provo will mess it up and when you go back to have them fix it it's STILL messed up plus you get their terrible attitude!! We asked for only rice and chicken in this bowl in pictures. 1st came with only noodles and chicken. Went back to fix 2 of our bowls and this is the result of the rice chicken only the 2nd time. No additional rice, didn't even fill the bowl for $9! I asked for no rice in mine and had to go back for more noodles as it was less than half full! Ridiculous! At this point i just want my money back! My food tastes so bad. 😢 My husband will also be filling out a bad review. -1⭐👎

The service was great as everyone was very helpful, the food was pretty good, but whoever owns this particular Cupbop is not putting their team in a good position to succeed. There's no reliable way to get water. They have something that uses big water jugs, but when I told them it was out, they said they have no way to fill one up with cold water and that it would be boiling... What?? Their sinks don't have cold water??? That's a problem... I asked how much a water bottle was and they were also out of those. They were very kind to give us another drink for our kids and eventually found another water bottle but it wasn't cold. While we were waiting, someone came out the door and said "3 B Bops??" Very quietly while we're outside pretty close to the road... I shook my head that it wasn't for me and they just went back in and set them on the corner of their counter. I realized it was for the family 2 orders ahead of me who was sitting at a table a little ways away from the door. So when the next person came out I pointed and said "I think those are for them" and they took them over. Who knows how long their food would have just sat there. Then when they finally had our 2 bowls ready after half an hour (it wasn't that busy), they only then informed us that they were out of rice and couldn't give us the two sides we ordered for our kids and it would be another 20 minutes... They were struggling to refund us, so after some back and forth, they gave us noodles instead so we could go and feed our kids. They did eventually figure out the refund, but it was weird that the amount it said it would charge was the amount minus the rice... So I'm worried they charged me twice.... Guess we'll see. Anyway, all of this took like 45 minutes, which is insane. Parking is also terrible since it's a weird location, they don't have fountain drinks, and they don't have all the same menu items that other Cupbop restaurants have. Overall, just a very poor experience. Hope they turn it around.

I love cup bop, I make it a point to stop in every time I can. This time we stopped in with the family and ordered 6 bowels with different levels of spice, meats, and veggies. When the ordered arrived NOTHING was labeled. When I asked about it the person who made it was very rude and told me to figure it out. When I reminded him he was more familiar with it and could easily guild me he said, “I’m not going to stick my finger in it and tell you.” Sick of rude behavior. I’m out.

A little tucked away and resembling a food truck, I’d say it was worth the trip. The dine-in is a closed in patio. This was my first experience with cupbop and it seems like a pretty cool thing. The history of it is interesting and the food was pretty good. The Katsu and Mandoos came out and weren’t very warm, so I assume they’d been sitting for a minute and weren’t as fresh as desired. Nice staff, tho the interaction was quite brief.

Ordered a combo boo. Got home and they just put noodles, no rice or cabbage, would’ve gone somewhere else if they would’ve told me they didn’t have rice left. Would’ve appreciated them being honest so I didn’t spend money one something I didn’t want nor order. Terrible

Great on site experience, they have a small pavilion connected to the order counter which made it fun to eat outside.

The location is great for BYU campus and students but parking is tricky and eating outside during the winter isn’t something I fancy so I have to take it to go. It would be awesome if there was an indoor dining room to sit and eat. But my family and I really enjoy the food and variety we find here.

I went there to get food and I asked for a 7 spicy level but they gave me a 10 and I asked for a combobop with veggies and beef. They gave me hardly any meat. I went to treat my self because I had gone out and made some money which I usually don't do so I didn't tip them because I felt like there customer service wasn't amazing but not bad. Because I did that I got some VERY spicy food with little to no meat and a tummy ache. I am a cupbop LOVER! And I go as often as I can afford it and the Provo cupbop is one I won't be going to any time soon!! Avoid the Provo cupbop!!

Vibes are awesome at the original location. Cupbop special heat level is HOT but FUN. Got the kids size for the KBBQ style beef. 100% recommend.

This place is so good. I’ve only had it once so far but man it’s amazing. Be careful the spice is spicier than you think It’s gonna be. They have a student discount which is nice. Just make sure to say that you are a student. Honestly though amazing food

I love Cupbop! Not every location is created equally (some serve other options than others) but overall I enjoy the meals and the atmosphere. It's pretty much reliably delicious!

I wish we had Cupbob on the East Coast, but whenever we are in Utah or Idaho, this is a MUST DO you for us. Add the Kim Chee

I thought it was fantastic! The only qualm i have is that they put too much sauce really drowning there wonderfully crispy and chicken, its kinda a shame. It really didn’t need that much if any. I wish i said on the side. Which is what ill do next time. Other than that there awesome. Ask for sauce on the side .

Food is delicious. But they don’t come out and clean their tables. There were plenty of staff there for someone to do that too. They were visiting (and that’s awesome to have fun with coworkers) with each other from when we got there till we left and we had to wipe our own eating spot but the rest around us was dirty with food as well.

I have tried several of the different bowl options and they are all very good. You choose the meat that you want, then the bowl is layered with Korean glass noodles, cabbage, and rice. You also get to pick what heat of sauce you would like. I LOVE the flavor of number five the best. I have tried to only eat half of the bowl and save the other half for later but it’s just impossible...too good! This place always seems to have a line whenever I have gone there and the customer service is ALWAYS exceptional.

cupbop is so good!! they have different levels of spice, so it's perfect for everyone! they have outdoor seating and a little heater; it's gets pretty cold to sit outside in the winter months. definitely give them a try!! 🤩

Customer service was great helping us decide what we wanted for the 1st visit. They were quick and the place was cool looking so close to BYU campus. Portions were solid.

Food was good but the employees seemed very stand off-ish. One of the employees was vaping while I was ordering and had rolled his eyes because of the time it was taking for me to complete my order. To be fair I’ve visited many Cupbop locations and the customer service is almost always great but considering my experience with the other locations this one is not on the top of my list.

Favorite restaurant of all time! i would give cupbop 11 stars if possible , this is the most sweet and spicy awesomeness food to ever grace my palate. Try it for yourself you will come back😎

I love the food here. First time at Provo’s cupbop but not my first time at cupbop. It’s tasty and saucy. What every American loves. This is a growing favorite for us. I brought 9 family members before the BYU Baylor game and all were happy!!! I got spice level 9 and it didn’t kick much. Flavor was great on my Korean bbq beef. Stole some chicken from a brother and loved that too! Maybe a little heavy on the yum yum sauce. Put it on the side maybe! As a side note to management, you gotta ditch your cashier. I asked him what he’d recommend and he said “I don’t like any of the food here.” Then when I asked about portion sizes he said “When I order I get so much I could barf.”

Honestly very disappointed with my experience here the last few times I’ve been. This time I placed my order and then they informed me they were out of cups, lids, and noodles. They were basically out of cups and out of bap! They still charged us full price regardless. I would have written it off as not a big deal but last time I was here the same thing happened and they were out of rice! It doesn’t seem like a one off thing here but a pattern of mismanagement. Disappointed because I really like this place but I’m not sure we’ll be back!

My wife’s favorite place! We love the mix with pork and beef. Anything above a 6 is pretty spicy so I suggest the 5 for people with a more mild taste.

I honestly love the food. The first time I came, the staff was super friendly!I also have been to their "Cupbop Olympics" event. That was SO MUCH fun. I come back frequently....

They forgot the rice. They put like 4 things in the bowl and they forgot one of them. Not just in my bowl, but in my wife's as well. Not only that, but they put pork and chicken in my wife's instead of pork and beef. They also messed up our spice level, so we were suffering through what should have been a nice treat! But wait, there's more! The guy behind the register was too friendly. He touched everyone's hands. Especially when coming off the back end of a global pandemic, I found it unsanitary and off-putting. I love Cupbop, but I'm never coming back to this location. 👎

Saw this place on shark tank. So on our way back from Arizona we stopped in to try the hype. We are from Seattle and honestly , It doesn’t compare to what we have for Korean fast food. Might be good for the mid west, where they don’t know any better. Plus they screwed up our order twice.Forgot a whole dish and when I asked for fried chicken I got grilled (he insisted it was fried ). Well fried has breading on it. Noodles are decent though. And the sauce on top tasted generic. If you want top of the line Korean bbq/ fast food, visit Seattle ! UPDATE: my girlfriend just choked on a small chicken bone that came from inside the cup .
