Been waiting to leave a review so I would be able to talk about the durability of the ring. My husband did buy the diamond during the Thanksgiving flash sale in 2020 so we got an amazing deal. I have been wearing this ring for just under a year now and it still looks completely brand new. Definitely a big investment but it was 100% worth it. The quality of Morgan Jewelers is amazing. Beyond that, we had an amazing experience with Garrett who helped us through the whole thing. *Updating review in 2022- they also allow us to get the ring cleaned and inspected for free here! It looks brand new every time they clean it!

I had gone in last week looking for a pair of earrings for my mom for Christmas and I found a pair that I really liked. That was your journey about $500 to spend so the girl told me that I should come back next week because they were going to be doing a big self and I can get the earrings for about $250 I went in and they told me they were gonna be $350 which I was like you know what it’s fine. they’re still good amount off but then I’ll check out. She told me my total was $480. I was really confused where the extra money was coming from. I just feel like they really gypped you on your money.

Chris Ruiz, is the best man to work with when it comes to finding unique, amazingly beautiful jewelry. He is very respectful and know his stuff and what looks best on you. He is always so patient and will work with you within your budget. He doesn't push you to buy anything and is the funnest person to work with, out of all of the jewelry stores I have been to. This one in the university mall is the best above all. The people there are all so kind and respectful of you and your need. I have bought all of my prices there anywhere from rings, to earrings, and watches. Best place by far to get nice high quality jewelry!

I was having an issue with one of my jewelry pieces I purchased from here about a month ago, and I stopped by it to have it looked at. Golden and his co-worker (I am unfortunately unable to remember his name, so sorry!) assisted in helping me fix it. I was absolutely blown away with their customer service skills, ability to fix it, and have it done in a timely manner. The piece means a lot to me so I was very grateful to know it was being handled with care. It was an overall great experience!

They both put in the extra effort to get ahold of the store’s supplier and coordinated to get me a ring with a custom stone setting. I came here with a friend that was looking to buy a watch and Golden helped us. He was very knowledgeable about watches. I tried on and looked at several watches but didn't make a purchase. I came back a few weeks later with my wife and Golden was there again to help out. After looking at and trying on a few watches he knew my taste and what I was looking for and showed me a couple of watches they could order and I selected one of those and it arrived in just 4 days. Went in with a ring that my husband gave me when we got married that the Centerstone fell out of very helpful! Had the best prices out of all the jewelry stores I had gone to, and they had all the answers to every question. I had very friendly staff I loved every minute of being there.

Very good service, the ring was special order but arrived sooner than expected. My advice for customers is to be extra thorough when purchasing a ring+band combo. With that said, I don't think I'll need to come back. I'm very happy with my purchase and she will be too.

I had Baylor helping me out to get a ring for my proposal, he was the best. Very knowledgeable, helped me find what I needed for my price range. Did a very good job of explaining diamond color and clarity for me who knew nothing about it. I looked around at a couple other places, there were certainly other places that could beat their price, but Baylor was definitely the friendliest, most honest, and I liked the ring they had the best. They also have a good amount of 1/2 carat lab grown diamonds for a great price for those on a budget.

We have always loved Morgan Jewelers but now they have a guy who is in store to do all the sizing, repolishing, and diamond tightening and he is amazing! He knew I had a birthday coming up and I wanted my rings back before then. I had loose diamonds so he made sure to get them done before my birthday and he even recolored them and they look AMAZING! They looked brand new!
