Everyone here in the Draper location is so nice and friendly! Coming to get my laser done actually puts me in a better mood because of the chats I have with the girls. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that I haven’t had much progress/luck with my face laser hair removal. Legs have progressed a lot better though! Results are really a person to person basis.

Visited Elase Medical Spa in Draper for laser hair removal. My experience went like this: Nikki 5 stars! Elase is lucky to have her on board. Kristen 5 stars! Amazing tech with LOTS of knowledge, made me feel at ease immediately with her ability to answer my numerous questions (which is hard to do). Courtney 5 stars! She embraced my personal feedback like a champ! As I highlighted potential opportunities to further increase the exceptional experiences of customers spanning all skin tones. Thank you all!

Worst Customer experience. Have been going here for more than an year. I usually arrive 5-10 mins before my appointment and end up waiting at-least 20 mins which is 5-10 mins past my appointment time. The one time I’m late for my appointment I called the front desk and informed the lady who answered the call told that i was struck in traffic and she said its okay and when I arrived it was 5 mins late and i was told that they already took in the next appointment so they asked me to wait for sometime or reschedule i waited for 45 mins as I was told they would take me in but after 45 mins they told me to reschedule. And my appointment is for small area laser and would hardly take 5 minutes. This is incredibly unfair, to wait for 45 minutes for 5 minute appointment and still couldn’t get in.

I have been super impressed with my results with laser hair removal at Elase in Draper! I did laser hair removal a long time ago with little results and so I was definitely skeptical. But I had a neighbor who had good results so I thought I would try it again. And wow! I started seeing results after my first visit! I began my treatments in October and already now in March I only have to shave every 6 weeks. It has been amazing!

Elase has been such a fantastic experience for laser hair removal. I’ve had treatments with a handful of the Draper Estheticians, and Avery takes the cake. She is so professional and kind, and I seriously could have fallen asleep I during my last appointment. The vibe was soooo relaxing. I also love how much time I have gained back by not having to shave so often!

Diamond glow facials done by Kayla for my daughter and myself were wonderful! She was so great and did such a great job. It was my daughter's first facial and she was a little nervous, Kayla put her at ease and explained everything to her. She did a really great job, our skin feels amazing. Thanks Kayla!

I love Elase! Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s quick and easy to get your procedure done and they make it so comfortable. Stephanie is the best!

The employees are wonderful but I would not recommend getting the laser hair removal procedure. I purchased a Black Friday deal and followed all of the healing steps during and post hair removal. The end results were patchy at best and returned to their original state within a couple of months. Definitely a waste of money and time. FYI I am dark haired so I was told I was a great candidate for this procedure.

I have been going to Elase Spas for almost 18 months now for my laser hair removal treatments. They have been phenomenal, and their pricing was spot on. I have felt like they take their time answering any questions I have and I’ve really liked my experience with them. Recently I’ve been assisted by Kylie, who is so cute and bubbly. She makes you feel comfortable and makes the appointment go by so much faster. 10/10 recommend! 😊

Ok I am editing my review. My first year and a half was great I had the same person every single time and then that was when it changed I kept getting a different person every time and I started to notice that my laser hair removal wasn’t really working. Well they have really worked with me and have been genuinely kind and understanding. I actually just purchased a package for my daughter and I would recommend Elase to anyone. Just be understanding with the changing times and if you are not happy, nicely explain your concerns.

I have loved getting laser here! My appointment went really well and was basically painless AND had results! Avery was super professional but fun and made me feel comfortable since it is kinda invasive (Brazilian). Awesome experience here!

Elase Medical Spas is beyond a 5 star rating! The facilities are very high class with professional employees, creating an amazing experience every time you go! I have been working with Gabi for my laser hair treatments. Gabi has been so great to work with! Very friendly and professional and listens not only to any questions I have but is also a great conversationalist. I highly recommend!

The first time I got my lips treated I had a bad reaction with the product and did not obtain the results I wanted. I was bombed! BUT! I reached out to Elase and they put me in the hands of, so far, The Best and Sweetest esthetician ever, Angelia*, who not only fixed my lips for free, but was also able to do a wonderful job on making my lips look healthier, and more beautiful than ever in such *Natural* way, which is what I was looking for. She also does my Botox and I love how detailed she is about every single one of my requests and/or concerns. I would recommend Angelia to anyone seeking a gorgeous natural look and someone who listens and cares about you.

Today I had a GLOW facial treatment with Heidi. As usual, she is a master of her profession and I rebooked for a second treatment in 4 weeks. In addition, her friendly helpful attitude and positive energy is contagious to everyone. Elase provides excellent service and as a customer for many years, Id highly recommend them to anyone. The specials they run every month are a good way to not kill the budget too! Go Elase!!!!

Syd is AMAZING! She is so thoughtful and comprehensive in her work and approach to laser hair removal. At every single treatment, I feel like Syd is truly focused on me and my specific hair growth issues. She is gentle and has the golden touch, because I have seen incredible results with her. Syd takes her time in our appointments and never rushes the process. I am also very impressed with how much she knows about hair growth cycles and the most effective settings on the laser machines. I get excited to catch up with her and get treated — so much so that I actually drive out of my way past two other closer locations to go to the Draper location to work with her.

I love my membership with Elase. I pay $199 per month and get great discounts and perks all while having a nice sum of money on account to use as I please. I just got a free facial yesterday which was wonderful. All of the ladies are very skilled and talented so you can’t go wrong with any of them. I have been going for years and I have had great service overall.

Not only is she quick and does an amazing job, she is also caring and tries her best to make the experience as painless as possible. The staff here is wonderful and always willing to help! I’ve never used a med spa before, and felt overwhelmed with all the options. Becca and Riley have been outstanding. They give real advice personalized for me, instead of going with whatever I guess might be good for me. They have lead me to far greater results than I would have achieved without their guidance! Best place for laser hair removal!! I'm a couple weeks into my treatment and I am already starting to see great results. They also have the BEST staff. Ask for Sydney or Nikki for your hair removal treatment. They both are very informative and always make sure your feel as comfortable as possible!

I am so pleased with my experience at Elase! I have seen a significant reduction in body hair. It is almost completely gone and I still have several treatments remaining. I especially love the technician Kylie, who makes sure I was completely comfortable and did a fantastic job!

I love how Draper's Elase provide services. The environment is a great place even if you're having a bad day. The receptionists are Champs. They just know you. I love the feelings when I come in. I use Brandy for botox and lips filler, she knows what she is doing. Niki comes in to assists Brandy, they are fantastic duos. The environment in the lobby and rooms are so crispy clean. Fresh and comfortable. Its been the best thus far.

Aimee was the absolute best person I've had do my laser treatments since I started going to Elase. I let her know my last one was pretty painful and she made some adjustments so that this go around it was a breeze. I wish she was someone I could regularly book with, I felt super comfortable with her. You will be lucky and happy if you can catch her on a day she's in the office!

I had a wonderful experience with Riley! She took time to listen to my goals and what my problem areas were, helped construct a plan and did a great job injecting me. I appreciated that she took her time and never made me feel rushed. Becca was also wonderful at taking time to help answer my follow up questions and helping me get upcoming appointments booked that worked around my schedule. Loved them both!
