    The blond girl at the front who was taking orders at the cashier at noon on Saturday is rude. She needs better training or social skills. Food was fine. Won’t be back at this place.

    They just opened today! They have such a welcoming friendly vibe! Janet helped me with my order and she made sure I was signed up with rewards to get all the good deals. You’ll get a free bagel with smear with any purchase. I decided to try their hot brewed coffee while waiting for my bagel sandwich and the vanilla hazelnut it’s super tasty. Ryleigh made sure to check in on my order.

    I just went to your new location in West Jordan (opening day) to get me a caramel cold brew shake. Hands down the best coffee shake ever! Jannet (I hope that's how you spell it) was the young lady who took my order. She was very friendly and welcoming. I asked her what dairy free options she had available. They have almond milk for any dairy free options but unfortunately the shipment with the almond milk wasn't there yet so.... my husband didn't get a coffee. 😝 Too bad for him but I still got mine. Lol. I was expecting chaos since it was opening day but it wasn't. I was pleasantly surprised. Overall I had a great experience and will be there again.

    Update 1 week later - it wasn't nearly as busy but was still sub-par experience, to say the least. You'll definitely want to hold off on trying this new location for now. They are extremely disorganized and are very bad at handling a lot of online orders. When they bring up each order to the to go area they aren't announcing the name at all. Stay away for the foreseeable future.

    The bagel was super old and tasted really off and please explain why the sausage is gray and not edible my other one was not much better got a turkey avocado on a jalapeño bagel the bagel was super greasy and old worst bagels I’ve had in a long time as a business owner I would not let a product come from my business like this you need new management or employees that care

    This is one of my favorite places in the world. It’s been a regular place for me to go since it opened because of how yummy and fresh it is. The service is so amazing, especially from one of the employees, Avery I believe her name is. Next time you go, be sure to ask for her, she’s the best bagel maker ever.

    I recently dined here on May 19th @ 9am, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the manager on duty. Not only did she take orders with lightning speed, but she also displayed a friendly and professional demeanor, effectively leading and assisting other staff members to ensure optimal efficiency in the order-taking process. The level of excellence exhibited by the entire staff was truly remarkable, making it apparent that this establishment has one of the best managed teams in the industry. I am eager to return for another outstanding dining experience.

    Everyone knows how delicious Einstein bagels are, but did you know they have sandwiches too? They are amazing! Luckily the West Jordan location opened this week and I made it a point to get a fresh batch of bagels and sandwiches. The place was super nice, and the staff was wonderful. Big thanks to Ryleigh and Jannet for helping to brighten my day.

    The new location is awesome! They have simplified it and it looks great. There’s no wait for your breakfast sandwich because the staff is on it. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Bagels taste great. The apple pastry is delicious.

    Ordered a box of bagels and ONE hash brown. I waited 45 minutes for ONE hash brown. Went up to the counter to ask about it and they turned around to grab it. It was sitting on the counter the ENTIRE time. All I get from them is a “I’m sorry about that”!! Probably won’t ever be back to this location. EDIT: was told to edit my response once my issue was taken care of. I filled out the complaint form online and 2 weeks later, STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

    I was ecstatic when this location opened as it's fairly close to where I live. We have ordered online and in person probably 7-10 times since they opened earlier this year. EVERY SINGLE TIME our order has been wrong. They are missing the sides, put the wrong bagel in the bag, missing extra pastries, forgetting the coffee... You will absolutely need to double check your order at this location before leaving the store!!!!! They are nice about it and will sometimes give a bogo card, but it's still really frustrating. Like... read the receipts, especially for combo items with sides, and double check that you packed EVERYTHING ordered into the bag. Other locations aren't a problem. Just this one. The bigger issue for this bad review is the most recent visit on October 15. I placed an order on the app, and an error popped up saying the order wasn't completed, so I placed a second order that did go through just fine. I double checked my bank account and noticed there were two pending charges. When I picked up my order (which was missing the lunch side items, of course), I asked if they could look into that double charge. Since my bank had them still pending, I was told that only one of the charges would go through, not both. Both charges ended up going through my account and when I called Einsteins later, they told me I had to submit a request online. I have submitted an online request 7 business days ago and another one this morning. I have yet to hear back from their corporate account. (Side note, they require that you put in your store location when submitting an online request and this location isn't even on the drop down bar, but it's been open for 6+ months... can you get your web guys on this?) I love the food, and have never had a problem at any of the other dozens of locations I have frequented in the past 15 years across multiple states. I'm just really bummed out at how inefficient and unprofessional this particular location has been. Hopefully this honest, fair and thorough review will get someone's attention and they will finally make it right and refund me this ridiculous double charge. I also hope that they can start enforcing a better system for when they are packing up orders, especially their online orders, and stop forgetting the chips and cookies. :(

    Purchased a dozen bagels on Monday and was very disappointed. They were cut incredibly uneven and we already drying out. Didn't taste fresh. I placed them in ziplock bags as soon as I got home but that didn't help. The next day they were even drier. So disappointed. Staff seemed confused with the registered. Didn't provide me with my receipt.

    The employees lack customer service. They moped around the whole time I was there. I place and online order and apparently it didn't go through correctly and they never said anything to me about it. I had to ask what was going on after standing there for 40 minutes. The app used my reward and it charged my card but long behold, no order. I'll just be going to a different one from now on because this one simply doesn't care.
