Cailin is seriously the BEST!!!! She has a very sweet personality and she takes the time to listen to what you want done for your wax. She always asks to make sure that the temp of the wax is good and not too hot. She is very thorough and fast! She always greets me with a smile on her face and is very welcoming when I go in. I love getting my wax done by Cailin! She is the VERY BEST!!

I always love the service at European Wax. Their wax is some of the nicest wax and the associates are professional and friendly. Hannah was especially cool. She made me feel comfortable and she did a great job!! Highly recommend European wax and Hannah if you are going to the foothill location.

I have been going to EWC for about 10 years now, starting when I lived in another state. When I moved to UT, I started seeing Sparkle and she is the best waxer I’ve ever had hands down. She is so kind, welcoming, and does such a great job. I would absolutely recommend Sparkle to everyone!

I was hesitant to leave this review because I didn’t want my girl’s schedule to be so booked up that I can’t make an appointment lol. Now that I’m moving out of state, it’s finally okay to stop being selfish and give my girl the praise she deserves. Jalisa is the absolute BEST!! She’s very detail-oriented, which is important to me when it comes to my waxes. She’s so nice and so easy to talk to, so if you’re ever nervous, she’s got you. The girl at the front desk with light brown hair and glasses (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) has always been so nice. She greets me every time by name. She might just be looking at the schedule, but it makes a difference lol. The last time I was there, she was trying to help me book my next appointment, but the computer was being super slow. I told her I had another appointment to get to, so she offered to text me once the computer got it together. I wasn’t expecting a texting until later that day, but she texted me minutes after I left offering me a date and time within the preferred timeframe I gave her. I always enjoy going to this European Wax location and plan to continue going until my move.

my experience at European Wax Center was absolutely fantastic. they were able to get me a same-day appointment on a sunday, and when i arrived, Claire at the front desk was so inviting and kind. she gave me half-off for being a new client and offered an additional service half-off as well! i got checked in and Sabrina came out to greet me and show me to the room. she was incredibly quick, efficient, and made the experience as painless as it could be! she was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the wax that's specifically created for this salon from beeswax. i can tell she really loves the products, and that feels so comforting to know i'm getting the best service with the best products! this was the only salon i could find open on sundays that uses hard wax, which is my personal preference. i loved how all the serums and creams smelled, too. this is my new go-to wax center!
