We came to the sunrise point roughly 20-30 minutes before the sunrise, and the sky was already a bit bright. Parking can be tricky, so coming a bit earlier is always better. From the sunrise point, visitors can directly see the sunrise and also see the sunshine on the right side of the wall. It’s highly recommend, and we think it’s even more beautiful than the sunset. The queens garden trail between the sunset point and the sunrise point is very nice and not too difficult. If you prefer a long, gradual down and a steep up, then you should go from the sunrise point to the sunset point. If you prefer a steep down and a gradual, long up, then you should go from the sunset point to the sunrise point. It took us 1.5-2 hours for a lot of photos and rest along the way. Visited in July 2021 and was tipped off by a park ranger that Sunrise Point offers better views of the canyon during sunset than Sunset Point does. As the sun sets in the west, we faced east and watched the canyon gradually darken and deepen its already red hue.

Lovely place to be. Inspiration point, sunrise and sunset point not to be missed. Natural bridge is also a good choice and no miss. If you are planning to camp, do check for the availability and book in advance. Be prepared to be at the view points for sunrise and sunset; it's marvellous. Nice place for a family getaway. ATV rentals, horse rides are available outside of the park and people interested in those would live it.

One of the most beautiful spots in Bryce Canyon National Park. We finished the Navajo Loop Trail + Queen's Garden Trail and arrived here early morning and really enjoyed the view!!

This review was from a winter experience. The views are great! We arrived about 20 minutes before sunrise. The parking was 1/3 full and it was nearly full by sunrise. Logistics: the fee gates were closed when we arrived before 7am. Drive to the second road and turn and then you come upon the NPS kiosk denoting the trailhead. From here you can turn right and walk about 2 minutes to see the official viewing structure. We turned left and had great views (and many followed us). The day we went was extremely cold. Check the weather and dress appropriately. Totally worth it! Enjoy!

From here at Sunrise Point you can take Queen's Garden trail down to Peekaboo loop and then climb Navajo trail back up to Sunset Point. And if you time it right you could potentially enjoy the sunrise at Sunrise and the sunset at Sunset. We logged 8 or 9 miles all said and done, mighty tired by the end of it, but it was an otherworldly hike we'd all strongly recommend, including the 65 year-old woman among us.

Came here after Zion National Park. Totally different, amazing geographical formations. Really like the Thor. Did the Navajo Loop. It was only 1.3mi but beware the change in elevation. Easy to walk down but the return uphill can be a struggle for those not used to hiking uphill.

We parked here and started towards sunset point. View gets better and better. Canyon with snow looks super beautiful ! We came 7am in the morning in December and there were very few people! We started and ended our Navajo queens loop here, we went through sunset point first.

incredible view, especially at this time of year with the white snow contrasting against the red rock. short walk from the parking lot! lots of trails to go on from here to explore into the canyon

Bryce does not disappoint. Went in April and still snow on the hoodoos. The Navajo loop and Wall Street trail were closed during this time. Was able to hike Queens Garden trail to peekaboo loop.

We did the queen’s garden loop combined with the Navajo trail and it was great. Wish I had more time for a longer hike. The other viewpoints are also worth the drive

👍👍 We visited nearly all of the places to drive to and did many of the hikes. The Sunrise Trail was more difficult but one of our favorites. It had lots of people on it but lots of places to stop and take pictures but it has a lot of elevation change. The visitors center was very nice and the video sho...
