Let me be very clear, this 2-star has nothing to do with the product, itself. I’ve been using the product for years but when you arrive at the store and there’s a sign on the door stating “will return at 4pm” and it’s 3:30, it’s not starting well. Went to buy some of Bucked Up’s creatine and try it for the first time and they were out. Purchased a pre-workout and noticed the product shelves were very low. Dude working the counter tried really hard cuz he knew I was getting frustrated. He said, “we have a lot of clothes”. I have plenty of clothes. Went to checkout and there was literally about .07 cents in change in the register so I ended up overpaying for my purchase. Like I said, this isn’t a knock on the product. It’s a knock on the management. Give your employees a chance for success while they’re working. I ended up ordering my creatine elsewhere. Maybe another day…..

Best customer service! I want to thank Brandon for helping me. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I had no idea what I needed to continue on my fitness journey and he spent a good about of time guideing me and educating me on your product. Because of him I'll definitely return to this store in the future for more products!
