My husband loves quesadillas, so as soon as he found this place in Moab, he told me we were going. We tried the Southern Belle. I loved that it wasn't your traditional quesadilla. The addition of sweet potatoes was my favorite part. There were many other options I would have been happy to try, but we went next door to check out the food truck park. I'd happily come back next time I'm in Moab.

Best food truck ever! Huge portions, they have tables and chairs in a nice setting. They are apart from the place where the other food trucks are located. It’s also nice as they have their private “yard”. Make sure you visit this place!

Excellent quesadilla, a lot of options and choices. Full of flavor. Nice little terrace around the place to consume the delicious quesadillas.

My buddy tried this place a couple years ago when he was in Moab. He spoke very highly of them. I was able to go with him on another trip out there and we ate there 3 days in a row because it was so amazing!!!!

Delicious, huge quesadillas. They came out very fast and were very fresh tasting. Reasonably priced and the employees were super friendly! Nice stop for a quick lunch in Moab.

This was one of TWO places we ate in Moab that we were truly impressed with. I only leave reviews if I have an above and beyond experience, or a terrible experience. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Moab to try this truck out! I think the one I had was the enchanted chicken and it was my favorite of the two we tried. I’ll definitely go back next time I visit.

An amazing spot not to be missed in Moab. Portions are large. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. A nice spot to sit down for lunch.

It's a food truck with a several tables and a long bench for seating. I had the enchanted Chicken and my son chose a pork one with jalapenos. I can't remember the name. Mine was good and he really liked his. Very filling. I could only eat half.

I always see if Quesadilla Mobilla is open when I’m in Moab because it’s so good. Exactly what you need before or after playing around the desert all day (I like to go during lunch because they go till they run out). They stuff the quesadillas full too so it’s pretty big portions and they don’t skimp out on ingredients. Seating might be hard to find sometimes but I’ve never had too much of a problem. The enchanted chicken quesadilla and the New Mexico identity crisis are both great, and so is their veggie quesadilla. Both of their salsas are really fresh; they have a green sauce and a classic so I usually get one of both!

Outstanding! I had the Southern Belle and friend had the Enchanted Chicken. They were packed full of ingredients and had tons of flavor. We both had the Chipotle sourcream and mild salsa. This was one of our best meals here in Moab.

This little food truck packed a good lunch. The quesadillas were packed with ingredients and flavor. One completely fills you up. We tried the enchanted chicken and fiery fungus. The enchanted chicken was good and had traditional Mexican flavors. The Fiery Fungus was our favorite with all the different vegetables and pork. Chipotle sauce on the side is a high recommendation too. Will be returning!

Recommended by a frequent visitor to this bright yellow food truck that offers superb quesadillas and salsa. Staff was friendly and the seating area provided shade and misters to help you cool down after a hot day. Would recommend to any quesadilla fan.

This has to be the tastiest food truck in Moab. Eaten here several time this week and the flavors just stay with you. Fast clean service. Nice sit down area that has lots of shade and very comfortable.

Amazing quesadillas. We ordered 4 different kinds, and all of them were excellent. Very original, made with fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked and well presented. Also the service was very good. Very friendly and fast. It was a very hot day, and we stayed at the tables next to the truck. The shade and the water pulverizers made it quite livable despite the heat. I would not hesitate to come here again next time I'm in Moab.

If I could rate them higher, I would - service was great and food was fantastic. My Enchanted Chicken and her Cubano's Cousin was even better. Get there before they sell out daily - highly recommended and thank you again!

Wow. The chicken quesadilla here was the bomb after a long day at Arches National Park. This truck is in the heart of Moab, you can't miss it. Definitely would recommend anyone to stop by and give them a try. Portions are generous!

Very quick service. Great quesadillas. The area is nice sized. It has so much meat and cheese! they had misting machines to help keep it cool while eating. Not expensive
