Made the appointment online. When I arrived the staff was extremely helpful. Rudy the representative really went out of his way. Above and beyond the call of duty. Very good experience. Definitely coming back here when the time comes. Highly recommend Rudy! He has a heart as big as the guy in the movie :).

Very very dissatisfied with the store. Customer service is terrible. Allie was great, but Juan who she had to go to for help never even looked up at me never acknowledge me or nothing. I was there for over an hour while they tried to sign me up for Internet, and they couldn’t even figure out how to do that. It was so frustrating I would never go there again or even recommend this place to anybody. Terrible terrible service.
