I didn't have the greatest experience, but I may have just been in a persnickity mood today. The owner was kind enough to reply without getting personal and I'll try to do the same. I understand he may have had a problem with theft in the past and I get that, but not every potential client is dishonest. He totally freaked out when I opened the case to inspect a $3 CD. Just my opinion, but I guarantee you that I went in feeling mellow and came out a bit perturbed. You lost a sale today, but there's always tomorrow. Coleen gave you high marks and had some wisdom to impart on me today. It's been a rough year for us all, so I'll dial back my comments a bit in the hope for a smoother visit next time. ** The Uber customers were cool and said I should give you another chance. Also you have a lot of great reviews so maybe it's just me. I'm changing my comments a bit, so I don't hurt your business. Excellent selection of firearms, new and old! Walked in about 15 minutes to close, they had a particular firearm I had been wanting for quite some time. I didn't have the money on me, and I didn't want to keep their attention after closing time with a background check, but April said she'd hold it for me till the afternoon next day. Went in the next day, they had it waiting for me, the background check process was super smooth, and finally picked it up. Mike and April are super friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant!

These guys are the best of the best!!! I had to go deal with hy and Mike's to attempt to sell my bow. (which is a shop that's seeking to screw you on your deal. Don't go to them.) Instead go to 12th Street Pawn and loan!!! They'll get you a fair price and really help you out!!!! Best shop ever!!! 5 stars don't do it enough justice!!! 10/10 stars for these guys!!!!

These guys are great really friendly and helpful. I had a gun sent to their store for pickup I was in and out in less than five minutes. I will definitely be going back for any other firearms business.

These guys do business in a way that makes you feel appreciated, respected, and valued as a customer. They have always given me fair prices on loans and items, they send reminders, and they look you in the eye and shake your hand when you finish your transaction. Needed some quick gas money, 1 week went back and noticed how good they store your items. Never have I seen them put a guitar in a case of there own to prevent dents. I will recommend anytime

Went there today and had a good experience. The employees (or owners lol) were friendly and helpful and they were super nice. They have a super cute cat too so that's a bonus. 😊❤️ will definitely return!

Went in to check it out for the first after driving by for years. Apparently I did or said something wrong as I was basically asked to leave after a couple minutes. It was interesting and unpleasant.
