Manager with the pink hair is terrible. Feel bad for all the employees, shame on corporate for allowing someone so rude and unprofessional to be a manager. I see several complaints about this manager with the pink hair and she is actively loosing you guys customers and probably employees as well. I know I won't be coming back.

We Arrived at seven forty And it was likely they didn't want to help anybody. There was three people in the lobby We looked at the hours and said they didn't close till 9. We wanted a frozen drink And they told us they'd already cleaned it up for the night. Sorry to say we just took a trip up the Dutch Bros. And they were happy to help us out. Usually have a good experience, just not tonight.

I went inside planning to work for a few hours, I walked in and the employees seemed friendly and said hi as I went to sit down. After I set up my laptop I went to the counter and asked if I could get the WiFi password. The employee at the counter was super nice and began to give it to me but the manager, some white lady with short pink hair, yelled from the back in a rude and accusing tone asking me if I was going to order anything. I said I was and the employee at the front started to give me the password again until she stopped and said she didn't want to upset her manager and asked me to order first. I usually like to work for an hour or so and then grab food when I am hungry. I don't know why they were so pressed about it since they were empty and it's not like I can grab the WiFi and run. I left and went to Starbucks where I don't even need to ask for the WiFi. I feel really bad for the employees having to work under a manager like that.

The cashier is racists. Just went there this morning and it was busy which is good. Order from here often online but this is the first time I'd been in the store. The cashier asked me for my ID when I was using my card and when I gave her my ID and my credit card she tried to embarrass me by asking me if this was the card I was using. I said yes and waited for my order. I noticed the next 4 people who ordered weren't asked for their IDs . The only common factor was I am brown and everyone else is white. The cashier has colored hair, and might be a 5th wave feminist.

i got an Italian soda here once and they had me hand the bottle to them and then bought it and didn't do the specific flavorings i wanted, just the bottle itself. i don't know if that employee was new, but i was kind of mad because the drink was really bitter without the flavorings. but, i come here every time and it's still so good! i recommend!

At 7:33pm I tried to order a burrito and other food items and the young chick to busy gossiping with her fried said their ovens were turned off for the night..im hiding because they wanted to leave early for the day and not care about customer care for the company.what a disappointment for closing at 8:00pm they were too preoccupied talking to their friend that decided to show up in linger during business hours.. won't be coming back to this location

Great service but very disappointed Wi-Fi was not working. I came in specifically to use Wi-Fi to work and get a nice cup of tea. Got the tea but no Wi-Fi. Workers said that they were having issues with the Wi-Fi and someone was coming in to take care of it. If your Wi-Fi is not working it would be nice if you stated that on the front door. I'm leaving to go to Starbucks.

This is one of the busiest locations I have seen. The baristas are always so pleasant to be around. Always very helpful. The scenery is always so beautiful at this location.

Very cozy and perfect for homework/work. The staff has always been pleasant to my daughter and I. When there is down time, the staff keeps busy- cleaning, stocking, etc.- which makes for a perfect experience when you spend time here.

I got a 9 dollar drink from here got home and it spilled due to the lid not being on all the way. So we went back in to have it fixed and we got told since its been 30 minutes they couldnt fix it, no one i know has ever had that promblem before. I had my receipt, the cup and a picture of it being spilt. She was really rude to us too. I called another Beans & Brews and they gladdly helped me and said it just has to be done within the day it happened with proof of buying it. Im definitely going to the other one over this one and i've been going here for 11 years.

Love the coffee. Beats Starbucks hands down. Better taste, prices and awesome service.

Excellent coffee! They even provided a courtesy treat for my dog. They are friendly, and they care about customer retention, and that is a very good trait to have in a company that caters to such a diverse crowd. They're white chocolate coffee is just awesome!!! I do have one major problem though. That their white chocolate drink is seasonal. I would come to this coffee shop a lot more if they would serve the white chocolate drink year-round. Just a thought...

Beans and brew on 5400 S. and 3600 W. is the place to go they make it right every time I first went to the beans and brew on 5600 W. and 6200 S. it was not great the one thing that drives me crazy is the consistency between stores on their drinks Their drink had no coffee flavor and it was all flavoring sweetener they’re not portioning the machines right all I know is it gets frustrating if I want the coffee that I expect I have to go to the one location because location and 5600 W. and 6200 S. seems like there water down same with the one in Jordan Landing if beans and brews has anywhere to improve is to get their consistency on their drinks You can tell by the picture one is darker than the other and that is the difference Same drink completely different taste and if I was to get the one from 6200 S. for my first impression from beans and brew I would not go back there

I was not expecting a 15 min wait for an iced coffee, only one person ahead of me, and very rude.

I don’t normally go to beans and brews but this location is awesome! Easy to get to, plenty of space, and cool staff. Defiantly the best coffee shop anywhere around this area.

Great experience at the counter, really comfortable in the dining area and we overheard someone interviewing a potential employee. I was really impressed with the interviewer, the interviewee, and the questions being asked were very human and engaging and made me feel even better about bringing my business to beans and brew!
