I just went there today with my two kids for an end of school snack! It was an amazing experience. I don’t normally review things but after hearing my daughters go on and on with excitement I just had to review. They kept asking me “ mom that nice girl gave us toys and she like me a lot” other daughter says no she likes me more. I don’t fully remember the worker but i believe it was summer ( not fully sure ) She was amazing and took time with not just me and my kids but everyone in the room.💕 I will be coming in regularly!

How can you not level place that lets you completely customize your Frozen yogurt? And go in there and get as much or as little as you want add 100 different toppings again as much or as little as you want. Go in there and you'll walk out with a great big smile.

His attention to detail and sincere care for the restaurant and its customers has always made me wonder if he was the owner. After my last visit I asked him if he was the owner and he confirmed. You will never find another employee and donor that cares as much about the success of his business and to the experience of his customers. If this guy does not deserve your business and your tips, nobody does

very nice place for a snack! i’m currently on a diet, so having fruit options as well as sugar-free vanilla available was super nice. didn’t have to stress over the cals or sugar while i was eating. love this place :)

We went to munchies today. It was free waffle Wednesday so we each got a waffle bowl. It wasn’t a full bowl, Just a half a piece of waffle in the bowl. My daughter decided she didn’t want it and handed it to me. I already had one, so I put it in the garbage since she has already touched it with her hands. My husband went to pay the cashier. The cashier asked where the waffle was and we said that my daughter did not want it and she had already touched it so we threw it away. She proceeded to say that she would have to charge us for a waffle cone because that was waste . Even though it was supposed to be free for waffle Wednesday. I was shocked and will never return. What kind of customer service is this..

Always has two options that are vegan or dairy-free and I love the many options for toppings.

Well the yogurt is good, but I ordered a pickup of 3 large cups, I got home took the first bite and the whole center was hollow. Same with the other two. I called and talked to a manager and was told that's how they do pick up orders. If you walk in and fill it yourself you can fill it till it overflows. But if you order a pickup you only get half of what you pay for. Professional dome builders. Edit: I raised the rating for the quick response and refund. I know working food can be hard. Thanks.

Love the flavor options and all the typing choices! Easily a favorite for me and my wife. We enjoy walking around downtown ogden while eating.

I LOVE MENCHIES! They have so many delicious flavors to try and tons of toppings. It's a really cute restaurant indoors and is a great price for what you get in my opinion. They always have at least a few dairy free and low fat options as well. I've been here many times and have never been disappointed.

We had a dance competition around the corner and the girls loved their frozen yogurt. The girls loved that they could choose their own flavors and toppings. There was a great topping selection . No two creations were alike. It was refreshing and yummy!

We had a good experience here. The guy at the counter was very friendly, and taught us what to do since we were first timers. The yogurt tasted so good! I loved the cake flavour one. You get to try them before purchase which is nice. The fruits were fresh and there were lots of toppings to choose from. It's a serve yourself experience and pricing is based on weight. Great overall experience!

We absolutely love this place! They always have a great variety of flavors that change frequently so there’s always something new and fun to try. They always offer a dairy free and gluten free option which is perfect for my daughter that’s allergic. The staff are fun and friendly. They have also done a great job of maintaining cleanliness during Covid.

Nice variety of ice cream and an excellent selection of toppings! You can test taste every flavor before deciding which one you want and you can mix and match anything and everything you want. Price is based on weight so you can make it as inexpensive or as pricey as you want it to be.

This place is delicious, it's got tons of flavors for whatever you want. But as of recently the only vegan ice cream to be found has been a pitiful sorbet. Where did the chocolate mousse go or the horchata?

Menchie's has a lot of awesome flavors and toppings to build your own frozen yogurt. They even have vegan flavors and toppings! Everything has allergens labeled including what is vegan, dairy free, nut free, egg free, kosher, etc. This particular store has an AMAZING vegan chocolate mousse flavor. The only downside is that the only sauce they have for vegans is honey. However, if you are just going for a standard fro yo, you should totally visit Menchie's!

Pretty tasty stuff, we'll be back again. Now been a few times, some really good flavors, but it's a bit pricy for what it is.
