Absolutely PHENOMENAL! It’s such a cute and fun experience. I love that it’s FRESH ice cream. It hasn’t been sitting in an open in a freezer. They garnish it all cute and the fact that it’s rolled makes me feel fancy! It doesn’t melt super fast so it can be savored. We’ve been repeat customers for several years and will be forever 🤤😍

DELICIOUS ice cream in a LOVELY part of town. Highly recommend getting multiple flavors because it’ll be hard to narrow it down. Our favorite flavors out of the 5 we tried were white mint chip and banana nutella. Lots of sitting both inside & out, friendly and professional staff, and will definitely be back!

Blacksmith Ice Cream makes their ice cream in the store throughout the day so you get the freshest batch possible. You can taste the freshness. They have creative flavors available. Their waffle cones are freshly made as well, but the portion sizes are smaller than similar eateries, but you are paying extra for the quality. Try the S’mores ice cream before ordering, I felt it was way too smoky but the person I was with loved it. The atmosphere was really nice and I love the vibe of the street the shop is located on.

This ice cream is the best ice cream we have had in a long time! Amazing flavor choices, unique, in a small town outside of salt lake. Most definitely worth the 15 minute drive. There was a line out the door and it was the only shop open on the street! They allow for two samples which is awesome. We had the gooey butter cake, blackberry cheesecake, and the cashew caramel flavors. They are all amazing. There is something here for everyone who enjoys homemade ice cream.

I travel a lot and have been to many ice-cream shops throughout the country/world. It is surprisingly to me that the best one I ever found is here in my Bountiful backyard. When I visit ice-cream places in other cities, my response would normally be - “yeah this is good, but the one by my house is better - it’s called Blacksmith Ice Cream…” If you visit, get the Campfire S’mores or Cold Brew Mocha flavor.

My new favorite ice cream place. I tried the strawberry and brownie chocolate ice creams. Deep rich bursting with flavor. High quality ice cream. It’s all handmade in small batches. This is a must try place. It’s a place I’d go back every chance I get. They also have some unusual flavors like lavender. They have flavors they have personally designed. Wow!

This is the BEST CRAFT ICE CREAM in Utah! Banana Nutella and Honey Bud are my top two recommendations.

I drove 30min, three nights in a row for this ice cream. Need I say more? Fudge brownie and toasted coconut are my favorites!! This is probably the most premium ice cream ever and has no competition. They’re the best.

I’d say this place and Handle’s are the best ice cream around with Farr’s at the top of the next tier. Great location(I love downtowns). Great flavors and locally sourced ingredients (at least partially). Ice Cream is on the softer/smoother side of scoop ice cream.

Highly recommended by a friend, we visited on a rainy day and had the place to ourselves. Despite this, the demands for some flavors was clear, and we chose the peanut butter gnosh, s'more, and brownie. Amazing! Lovely presentation, and a comfy place to with tile, wood, and food colors. It's arranged to accommodate the demand, with seating indoor and outdoor. Parking aplenty on the street, so no worries there. Worth the drive and we'll be back!

🌟 Girls Night Out 🌟 We had a great time, the ice cream is creamy and delicious, we shut the place down and left a little after 10pm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ask for a sample if you're not sure what flavor to choose and definitely go for the waffle cone! 🍦🍨

I brought my kids and in-laws from out of town here today, who describe themselves as "ice cream connoisseurs." They declared the ice cream here to be the best they've ever had, and they aren't the kind to just make me feel good either... We tried a wide variety of the flavors across all of us and they were all amazing. Everything fresh and made in the store. The waffle cones are made in front of you and were delicious as well. Love the ability to do a "split single" scoop where you can get a single scoop with two different flavors for the same price as a single scoop with one flavor. AND reasonably priced! And I loved the nice touch of the free water. We'll be back soon and everyone else should support this local business too!

See for yourself the freshly made ice cream. If you time it just right you can smell the delicious ice cream and freshly made waffle cones. We love the Raspberry & Campfire S’mores. They always have seasonal flavors that rotate that actually taste good. Also, they won multiple awards so it’s definitely worth the trip.

Small shop with a few indoor and outdoor tables, cups for water, two samples per person, super tasty, creamy, stretch as you spoon a bite to your mouth delicious flavors! I tried strawberry, gooey butter cake, white mint chip, banana Nutella, and mango sticky rice, all super! The bits of cake in gooey butter cake were sorta caramelized and that was bomb. Glad I heard about this place and got to try it. Will go when back in the area!

I have lived in 8 states and this is the best ice cream I’ve ever had, topping even some of the shops in Oregon that I LOVED. The line was out the door and it was busy and chaotic but the employees were on their A game and kept things moving smoothly. I can’t remember the name of the ice cream I got but it had this honey crunch in it and I think lavender ice cream - it was just phenomenal. The service was fast and friendly and kind (which is more than you can even ask for in such a busy establishment), and the prices were great. We live about an hour and a half from this place but will 100% go out of our way to go back. The surrounding area is pretty cute too…lots of adorable shops and streets to stroll while you eat your ice cream.

Absolutely smashing! Love their ice cream so much, I'm not even kidding! Way better than any other place, super creamy and delicious without being overly sweet. Their flavors are soo good. We go there all the time and have never been disappointed. 12/10. Absolutely recommend to everyone!

This place is the best! They have lots of yummy homemade flavors and delicious homemade ice cream cones. Even when you get your ice cream in a cup they give you a piece of the fresh cones on top which I love! They offer samples which is great for indecisive people like me! My favorite is their fresh raspberry flavor. It has real raspberry pieces throughout the ice cream and is delicious! Blacksmith is a must try for sure!

The employee yesterday was so very nice! And the Mango Sticky rice... My favorite ice cream I think I've ever had. I'm begging you to keep that work of genius!!! The Mango tasted incredibly fresh, but I loved that it didn't overpower the coconut. It was the perfect balance and the chewy rice pieces... Perfection. 🥹

Just went here tonight and loved it! My husband and I were both very impressed by the flavors and we both absolutely loved the texture! We got the sampler, it was hard to choose between all the yummy flavors!! We got the chocolate brownie, the dough and cookies, the raspberry and the seasonal pumpkin and cream! All were delicious and made very well. I asked if we could get a little cake cone on top instead of the waffle pieces that it normally comes with and they accommodated that which I appreciate since I'm not really into waffle cones. The pumpkin ice cream tasted like real pumpkin pie. The chocolate brownie was rich and the brownie bits yummy and chewy! The raspberry was good, seemed like frozen raspberries mixed in normal ice cream. The Dough and Cookies was definitely the favorite, plenty of cookie dough! They didn't skimp which it seems like so many places do when it comes to cookie dough ice cream. The scoops are not huge but we both left feeling satisfied with our portion. Thanks for the great ice cream! We'll be back!
