I drove past Cafe Zupas fairly often on my daily commutes, but one night, I stopped in with my wife and dined in. I got the Lobster Bisque, and my wife got a sandwich. The bisque was absolutely fantastic and so was the sandwich. We didn't get any desert, but the staff had put some small treats on our tray, and it really sealed the deal. Cafe Zupas has great customer service and good food. Be sure to stop by for a chill dining session.

My meal was terrific, but this was my son's kids meal. This is what it looked like right out of the box. Just 1.7 chicken tiny tenders?! Really?

Bring the strawberries back! 😭 It was a beautiful blessed day I would wake up on my uncles strawberry tree ranch at 3am, and run straight out into the fields, climb the tree that sprouted the holy fruit of life.. Strawberries.. You know the old nursery ryhme about the big red strawberry? Well I do, and its near and dear to my heart.. I used to come into Zupas with a huge smile on face knowing this is the only, ONLY restaurant that knows how to treat a chocolate dipped strawberry loving person such as myself. Zupas chocolate dipped strawberries used to bring so much joy and love into my life.. but now.. now we are brought to destruction, terror, and horror of being faced with a chocolate dipped Oreo… Oreo?!? What happened Zupas? Is Oreo blackmailing you into their campaign of removing chocolate dipped strawberries from our beautiful world? Is this what we have to envision moving forward?? Chocolate dipped strawberries will now only be a thing of the past?… It pains me, hurrs my feel goods.. First the nursery ryhma died out.. Then my uncles farm of strawberry blossoming trees.. Then the chocolate dipped strawberries at Zupas.. And now.. My chocolate dipped strawberry lovin soul is dying..

Great experience!!! This location does an awesome job!. I always order Wisconsin cauliflower soup and nuts about berries salad. Yummy as always. Cord the manager is great to watch with his staff and customers. He asked how we were doing. It was so clean. I read reviews and I’m not sure why there were negative ones. I’m super picky and our experience was the best!

Needs less salt in the soup, but otherwise excellent health food overall. Good variety of ingredients. Impressive salads with lots of ingredients. Also a place that doesn’t use a lot of sauce but tastes good. I liked your place a lot so I came back when I was in Salt Lake City again, and plan to come back if I’m ever in the area. You just need to use less salt in the soup, because that defeats the whole purpose of a healthy spot, excessive use of salt or sugar is the bane of any health spot. I hope if I’m ever in the area again I’ll get to eat your food that has been perfected with less salt. To be fair you are my favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City, but your soup can still be improved!

My fiancé had never tried Zupas. I wasn’t going to let him go any longer without trying their magnificent food. We placed an online order and it was ready to be picked up within 15 minutes. Picking up our food was easy. We just walked passed the line and found our bag of food on the shelf. We were in and out in less than a minute. The food was absolutely delicious! He and I both got the same thing, the Turkey bacon avocado (tba) and the enchilada chili soup. I had forgotten that each meal comes with a chocolate covered strawberry, so that was a nice surprise! He loved the food (as did I) and would love to have it again!

My first stop after getting a colonoscopy, the Doctor said start small, it was a welcome treat after NOT eating for 33 hours...

Need to figure out how to do both in person and take out orders. Would be standing in line and several take out orders would go ahead. Then you get to pay and have to reorder your food. By the time you eat it has cooled. Got the turkey sandwich great concept however almost no cranberry on one side. Pumpkin chorizo soup was very good just Luke warm.

They mixed our salad up and started to give it to the person in front of us. They weren't even the same salad. Everyone's orders were all just shoved together, mixing them up. Chicken noodle was too salty. Sandwich and salad were tasty. Those who made the food were polite. The cashier was polite but also wasn't listening so she asked us the same question twice. Restaurant as messy. Over 8 tables had dishes and trash because the trash can was overflowing.

Don’t have any photos… but they aren’t needed. When we have. A choice of Zupa’s we eat there. Fantastic soups, lobster bisque is excellent and their Thai salad is as well…. You want great food with a fun environment that won’t kill your budget… go here

Very informative staff with plenty of options. I was able to try soups before selecting one. The Lobster and red pepper was delicious. Ended up choosing the southwest tortilla soup which was decent. Unfortunately the bbq pork sandwich was like warm. Portion size of the sandwich may be on the small size for a larger person. The combo was nice to be able to try a sandwich and a soup.

We got the pesto chicken sandwich, a couple of custom salads, and chicken noodle soup. The soup was barely above room temp but that’s not normal for this location. Might have just been a slow day. The sandwich and salads were excellent as always. The crew on shift were working hard to be fast so the visible effort meant a lot. They’re a good team and we’ll be back to hopefully get a hot soup this next time.

The food is always fresh and made fast but the main reason I wanted to write a review was because of the staff. They are all always supper nice and attentive. The staff are really what makes going to zupas a great experience!

It was my first time here and I’m really disappointed that I paid 1.99 for literally 4 bite sized pieces of canned chicken (at least it looks like canned chicken). Also the presentation was horrendous. After working at chick-fil-a this was really cringe to see. Managers here don’t seem to care about that.

I enjoyed my salad, but thier version of the "Chicken" sandwich was not great. More breading than chicken. The fasp paced order line was a bit overwhelming for a first time visit.. but the are freaking fast..

I'm NEVER disappointed when I go to Zupa's! This location wasn't any different. Great place, great staff! We even introduced some friends of ours who came to lunch with my husband and I. They loved it and will be returning customers 💙

I took my friend there the other day - it was his first time there. He really enjoyed the clam chowder - I had the berries salad and a veggie based soup with a pumpkin creme brulee. It was all very delicious. Zupas has never disappointed me in quality.

Me and a couple of friends that ate here last Wednesday got the most intense food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. I was hospitalized TWICE because I could stop throwing up. I saw a couple other reviews of people that have also gotten food poisoning from here. Please refresh your employees knowledge on the importance of how to safely handle food.

The Southwest Protein bowl was awesome. I love the infusion drinks made with raw honey. The salad is so fresh. And the complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry is a great touch.

One of my favorite places for lunch or dinner! The soup is amazing and lots of salads, plus you always get a chocolate covered strawberry with your order. Lots of other delicious desserts too. Best option in my opinion is the half soup and half salad!

Had dinner with my daughter & grand Babies before flying back to Spokane. The food was very good. I think there was at least five employees behind the counter, all appeared to likely be in their early twenties. One of them seemed to take a little pride in his customer service skills & the rest not so much. Especially the one dark haired girl, whom seemed to making it a point in being rude. There was a hispanic lady working very hard cleaning tables & making sure the dining area was presentable. She had the kindest disposition out of anyone there. Far as I'm concerned she should be the highest paid employee.

Great lunch, just enough food for a balanced lunch. I prefer the "try 2", where you get to choose 2 of a variety of servings: half salad, small sandwich, and/or small bowl of soup. Servers here are always friendly and energetic. The place is clean and well maintained.

Cafe Zupas is a family favorite! I ordered the avocado crab melt with a Thai noodle salad, my husband got BBQ salad with soup and the kids meals were chicken strips and Wisconsin cauliflower soup. Everything is always delicious! There was no line when we arrived at about 6pm (awesome) and the employees were kind and attentive. I had them leave the noodles off my salad and add extra Thai peanut sauce because it is amazing (but also pretty spicy for those who don't love spice). We will be visiting again!
