The last few times have not been good experiences but this time I’ve had it. I DoorDash And the sandwich is $12 on there. I got a small piece of avocado, lettuce on only one side and it was closed in the container and hanging out, got next to no sauce. This was my last straw. I will never eat there again! I tried contacting them by email like they suggested and haven’t heard anything back. So much for helping

Something must have happened in the last few years. This restaurant almost doesn't even seem like the same place anymore. I've been getting either the turkey bacon avocado salad, or sandwich for 10-15 years. I've noticed the quality and craftsmanship have steadily declined the entire time. I'm a little bit of a foodie, and don't mind paying extra for quality food/ingredients. But when I spend as much for a single sandwich, as I would for a combo meal at their competition, I would expect a little more. This most recent was the ultimate disappointment. There was once slice of avocado, two bits of a bacon slice, and a lesser portion of turkey, all clumped into a small ball in the center of the sandwich. I shouldn't have to remake a $12 sandwich. Having managed a restaurant 20 years ago where sandwiches were made, I believe there should be a bite of everything in every bite. If not for the price I paid for this mess, it would have been comical. Unfortunately I'll be giving Kneaders a second thought from now on.

#KneadersBakeryAndCafe is a Bakery started in Orem Utah that serves fresh made baked breads, pastries, Soups, Salads, and Sandwiches. They bake their Hearth bread in Italian Hearthstone Ovens. The food is made fresh with whole ingredients. So I was excited to eat at the original Kneaders for lunch with family. My Mum ordered a #TurkeyBaconAvocado sandwich Slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, bacon, Kneaders sauce, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, salt & pepper, avocado. Served on Focaccia. She made it a combo with #FreshFruit A mixture of fresh strawberries, grapes, melon, blueberries, and pineapple. And a #FountainDrink My husband opted for a #ChickenSaladCroissant sandwich Chunks of grilled chicken breast, water chestnuts, celery, pecans, green onions and salt & pepper, mixed in a sour cream vinegar sauce, served cold. The sandwich is Served with a complimentary side of spring greens and balsamic vinaigrette. Which is a great deal. He also made it a combo by including a #MangoTango Smoothie Peach juice, pineapple sherbet, mango. It was nice and fruit forward. I ordered the #AppleCranberrySalad Kneaders greens, mozzarella cheese, sunflower seeds, cranberries, green apple, red onions and Turkey. Served with a side of poppy seed dressing and a slice of yummy French country sourdough bread. Which had a nice crusty crust with a soft interior. I made it a combo with a fountain drink and cup of #PotatoBaconSoup We all enjoyed our meal, it tasted fresh and yummy. We look forward to more visits to Kneaders Bakery and Cafe.

I used to love to sit here with friends and enjoy a treat. But the quality of the desserts has really gone downhill lately. Our cheesecake was really small, and I don’t think any cream cheese has been near it. It tastes like sweetened condensed milk thickened with a LOT of cornstarch (powdery and sickly sweet). The raspberry tart is thick crust with whipped cream. Cinnamon roll was dry and hard with crunchy icing. Cookies are small, expensive and very bland and the eclairs have shrunk as well. I know the economy hasn’t been good for food establishments, but a $4-5 dessert should be more substantial. The bread is still good though, and I love the bag of the bread ends.

Don’t go here on a Saturday!!!! Stood in line for 20 minutes then left. Maybe they could take some direction from chic filet. Once again avoid on Saturday . The drive through was equally jammed up and sluggish. If you want something delicious Stacy home and make it your self

We bought the chunky cinnamon bread so we could make French toast. When we cut into it there wasn’t actually any cinnamon. There was one tiny vain that I could barely see but that was it. You can’t call it chunky cinnamon bread if there isn’t any cinnamon in it.

This place has the best French toast I ever had, best syrup and shopping store inside. Its very clean and cozy. Staff are very polite and they make myopia feel welcome in the place. Come to Utah and try this place. Headquarter in Lindon Utah.

First time going to kneaders on my mission and it didn't disappoint! The staff are absolutely awesome and they're the nicest people. The food was AMAZING, whatever my fellow missionaries ordered looked really good but I ended up getting a Mac and cheese sandwich and it was the best. I got a cinnamon roll too which was so good. Highly recommend going to this kneaders because it's so awesome.

Had salad that seemed like one you could buy from any fast food chain at 1/2 the price. Very bland with dressing in a refrigerated pre-made generic cup. In the past the food was much better. Server really couldn't even answer a couple of questions about the food. Seems more interested in selling stuff not food. See some of the plaques posted.

Decided to order an entire lemon cake for my husband's birthday. He's a picky eater but the description of the lemon cake seemed like something he would like. Ordered it a week ahead for pickup. Once I arrived they put the finishing touches on it. They didn't seem to have a box that enclosed the cake all the way which is the only complaint. Otherwise the cake was beautiful and delicious!! My husband and I loved it. The lemon flavor was neither overpowering or too light.

We catered lunch for our business and everyone loved it, the service was good, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend for any catering event.

Kneaders is delicious. It’s usually. 5-star experience. However today I was not as impressed. Maybe they were just having a bad day. We went early in the morning for breakfast and they were already out of cinnamon rolls. We instead ordered an American omelet and chunky cinnamon French toast. The taste was good but the presentation was haphazard. We also ordered a piece of pie. They were out of our first choice so we got raspberry pie but what they served looked nothing like a slice of pie. Overall I was quite underwhelmed with Kneaders today.

Everytime i come in, (& I've been coming in more often), the staff is so awesome. They make me a special breakfast of Avocado toast.. So yummy!! They are all friendly & helpful, but even more than that, they are happy, which is sometimes rare nowadays. A special shout out to Devon & Zimmie. I could hang w/ these 2 all day! U guys totally Rock!! Thank you.

I called to order a pint of soup via Uber eats as I had credits there, they told me to download their app and just order from there. Being sick, I didn’t want to argue or deal with the issue much, so I did. Not only did the order come 30 minutes after it said it would, while I only live 5 minutes away, it came looking like this and they did not follow the instructions I asked and delivered to my neighbors door instead of mine. I am not going to be going here again as this could’ve been resolved if they only updated their menu on their delivery apps. Wasted $20 for mediocre soup at best.

I have not been overly impressed with this location. I have gone a few times and the drive through line has an incredibly ridiculous wait time. You also can’t leave once you get in the line. That is incredibly infuriating if you have a baby who needs to get home and the line is taking 20 minutes. I feel this just shouldn’t be a place with a drive through. The food also wasn’t incredible. I ordered French toast and was met with stale lightly flavored food, and it was cold. Overall just a poor experience. Won’t be using their drive through anymore and maybe will have a better experience inside.

There’s no reason for dashers to sit and wait for orders. We can wait a little bit. They should be done. This needs to stop. Saturdays people love to crowd your stores because there’s nothing else to do.. but let’s try to get more staffing or put a limit to how many customers you have. It’s efficiency and respectful for everybody.

Do not call in orders. It took 40 minutes to fill order. Meanwhile a long line which had traffic added to it was completely gone through. I watched as the kitchen placed four packets of a food item on the counter only to be passed back and fourth repeatedly among counter crew over a 10 minute period. Chaos. Have you heard of identifying stickers? The crew worked really hard but organization just didn’t seem to be evident. Another customer claimed he was waiting 45 minutes.

Very good food, expensive, but always delicious. You have to ask them to warm up the cinnamon rolls other wise they give them to you cold. They are friendly when you come inside, but usually not as friendly in the drive thru. Overall nice place to get breakfast

Love this place. Great go to for breakfast, cafe food, or anything yummy and light. They also have great pastries. Customer service was fantastic and I’ve never had a bad experience. The parking lot is huge ever since that grocery store went out of business years ago and they moved to this bigger building. French toast breakfasts are great, pastries are yummy, and all the sandwiches and salads are tasty. Would highly recommend for everybody in the area if you haven’t already tried it.

I love Kneaders! The quality of the food is exceptional. The variety of selections available cater to every taste and special need. Their service is fast, friendly and professional. Their online ordering and delivery are unmatched in our new world of online everything. The value for dollars spent is totally worth it. Spoil yourself, you'll be glad you did. I often use their pastries as birthday treats for friends. Never disappoints at this North Orem location.

Breakfast review only. The French toast was not very good. The bread itself was okay/ordinary but the amount of syrup was tiny and the cream was not cream but just cool whip. Too many corners being cut. My wife had a sandwich and it was very greasy. We were expecting it to an extent with what she ordered but they up’d the grease factor more than expected.

Edit. Still a B at best. Kiddo wanted to eat here for his birthday, so I asked the cashier if she could do something fun on his pancakes, like make a smiley face with whip cream. She said the whip cream doesn't work like that. Lol like sure but sure you could find the tiniest thing to even try, you know? Then the food was served on massive plates so your first thought was how much you DIDNT get with your meal. Two tiny strawberries. Yikes. Food tastes good but most of this experience was a swing and a miss. -- Food was good. I'd give it a B. It was too busy. Way too many people; more than a hundred. There were so many people everyone was sitting in the covid reserved booths and standing around. Staff is calling people's names with masks on, so you could only hear them with about a 7 foot radius. Come up with a better system for getting people their food and I bet you'd get 15% or better back in time for your employees to serve more customers. Took 17 min for pancakes and an omelette, and when we got it, it was in a to go bag. Didnt get syrup for the pancakes, so had to stand in a line again, and since the to go box has ruts or whatever you call it, the syrup goes down inside where you can't get it. My wife had an omelette and said it was pretty small for what she thought she was getting based on the price. Just some food for thought. Ok. Terrible pun. I'll see myself out.

So impressed with this Kneaders location. On a busy evening they actually followed through on our orders better than the river bottoms in Provo location. Thank you so much for fresh food and great customer service. We will be ordering here from now on. Keep it up please!! :)

This was my first visit to Kneaders. I will definitely go again. I had the cheese broccoli soup bowl. It was fantastic! Our food got to us quickly and the atmosphere was pleasant for me to just hang out with my sister while we dined. The only slight problem was that, as we were leaving, I ordered a to go meal to take home to my husband. It was a pretty long wait before someone came to tell me that they were out of bread bowls and they would have to substitute for sliced bread. That was fine. I'm just not sure why it took so long to tell me. It wasn't a big deal, though. I wasn't in a hurry.

My wife is a huge fan of this place. We live between Orem and Lindon. In about 3 minutes walking I'm in the restaurant. My favorite sandwich is the turkey bacon avocado.

Always love coming to Kneaders for their unlimited French Toast. The service is fast and friendly, and the French toast is well made, thick cut and it doesn’t hurt that you can have as much as you’d like either.

The bacon on the b.l.t. I just got was burned and tasteless. Now I just have an l.t. Sandwich. I’m not going back there to get it fixed, it’s just too much trouble, but I won’t be ordering there for awhile.
