What an awesome experience. My regular dermatologist moved to a Salt Lake clinic and I didn't want to drive that far since I live in northern Weber County. I did a search to find a dermatologist close by and Rocky Mountain showed up. They got us in quickly, both the appointment and actually seeing the provider. The doctor and his assistant were fabulous. It made me happy that I had to find a new provider since I don't have to go to South Ogden anymore. This place exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to our next appointments.

I've been recommended to one other Dermatologist in the valley but somehow never had a good experience with anyone other than the doctor himself in charge of the clinic. Here, I found friends in every area. From the front desk, to the assistant who was shadowing the doctor who saw me. The nurse was so kind and a huge advocate of basic human kindness and helped me with my anxiety 100% better than any visit I've ever had and I've had skin cancer twice. At 24, it's easy to feel like swiss cheese but here I feel safe and confident with every step in the process of annual checkups & biopsies. I could climb to the top of MT. Logan & scream my love for literally everyone I met in that clinic! You do good through every person you meet and I wouldn't trust anyone more! The staff and the provider were all very nice. The Provider listened to my concern and explained what he thinks is going on, and what he would like me to do for the next two weeks. It was a pleasant visit.

I absolutely love this facility! Dr. Young has been my dermatologist for many years and does a fantastic job. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of when I visit. I feel valued as an individual. My appointment always starts on time, the doctors listen to all my concerns and I receive excellent care! I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Dermatology!!!

Megan gave me a diamond glow facial and it was absolutely incredible! She is so friendly and kind, and gave me great advice for how to best help my skin. I want to go back every day just to enjoy how peaceful & relaxed I felt! Could not recommend more!

Very considerate, caring and professional. I am satisfied with their quality of work. No one likes scars, especially facial scars, but they are very careful to not color outside of the lines. I am a regular patient of theirs, being treated for several types of cancer. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of surgery and treatment

Dr. Y and Marsha were professional and even fun even when getting a biopsy! Not that I want more biopsies! But if I need them, they are the first to call! Close attention to detail with a friendly attitude that is personal and warm is a gateway to trust and just plain good medical care

Ginger Jensen has given me multiple facials and treatments in the last 3.5 years. Nobody compares to her or this office! Best in the valley, I’d recommend them to anyone who wants high end service and amazing skin. I feel better the second I walk in and out. I will never go anywhere else. Love this place!!!

The facility was clean and well kept. The front desk associate was friendly, and greeted us with a smile. Allyx B. and her assistant made the experience less fearful for my kids, and they were so kind and patient with all of my questions. Allyx is knowledgeable, and I will definitely be scheduling future appointments with her. When I called back about my prescription the next day their nurse line was extremely helpful. The gentleman I spoke with gave me the options and assistance I needed , and made me feel valued. Highly recommend this place!

Rocky Mountain Dermatology is amazing! 10/10 recommend. Everyone in the office is so kind and understanding. Every time I’ve gone in, whoever I’ve worked with has taken the time to figure out what’s going to fit my needs best and I’ve been so happy with all the results. I cannot recommend them enough!

Very friendly and prompt. Very willing to take all the time needed to listen to your needs and concerns. I have been a patient at RMD for years and have always been treated with the upmost care and experienced very favorable results.

Dr. Young was super nice and made sure to have any questions answered. He seems to really care. I won’t be going anywhere else in the valley for dermatology. They are great. All staff was friendly as well. There also wasn’t a bad wait at all, they were pretty quick to get me back and the visit was quick due to what I needed, but again, Dr. Young also made sure I didn’t have any questions left before ending the appointment.

Rocky Mountain Dermatology is a very friendly place. They make you feel like they have known you forever. I had a suspicious looking place on my leg that they scrapped and sent it off to see if it was cancer. Very pleasant drs as well as all their staff. I saw Nick and he was very thorough.

I waited almost an hour in the waiting room for our first appointment- without being acknowledged at all after signing in. I understand if busy , but I was the only one in the waiting room for most of that hour. I’m also not an impatient person but I am the director of a business. If I leave someone waiting for me 1) it’s rare because I’m an organized person with an organized staff 2) I acknowledge the person waiting/apologize/ and do everything I can to make it right. None of that was done. We walked out and will simply take our business elsewhere. Also- I have been home from the appointment for hours and no one even called me to say “Hi-heard you walked out…sorry about that.” It stinks when you feel like your business isn’t worth ANYTHING at all. What’s weird is that you have great reviews - I’m wondering if you have changed ownership? I had to let you know this happened for my own piece of mind. Thanks … for nothing.

This was my husband and my first appointment ever to a dermatologist, they were kind and super informative. They were not rushed at all and answered all the questions we had and more. I look forward to working with them more and would highly recommend them!

I have been to other offices and they treated me like I was just another number. But Rocky Mountain was a great experience. Staff SUPER friendly, and Dr very knowledgeable and listened to all questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed.

My favorite procedure is the Diamond Glow facial. It is rejuvenating and so hydrating!! The ambiance is clean, professional and so relaxing!! My skin is plump and hydrated for weeks! Maddie pays attention to every detail! There is truly no other place like Rocky Mountain Dermatology for all your skin needs!

I had a great experience through out the whole process. Friendly staff, very caring/kind nurse, the doctor herself was very kind/informative on what was going on. The procedure itself was done very well and precise, it’s only been a few days and the area is healing up nicely. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I CANNOT say enough great things about Dr. Young, Marsha (Martia/Marcia/spelling?-I'm sorry if I didn't spell your name correctly), and the staff at Rocky Mountain Dermatology. They are so personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable, but even more impressive was their with fantastic bedside manner and great senses of humor. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard with a medical staff. They were great at educating me about each step they were taking, were incredibly patient and willing to answer my questions, and helped me feel comfortable. If you're hesitating at all, just call. You won't regret getting in with them.

New to the Logan area and so glad that I chose Rocky Mountain Dermatology. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Always feel very comfortable when I am there. Doctors and Assistants never seem rushed, they will answer any/all questions or concerns that I have. Great results from the treatments I have received! I highly recommend them.

Amazing! Nic was awesome and listened to me. I’ve seen many dermatologist for my skin issues and no one listens and just prescribed things that never worked. Ana was amazing as well as she made sure everything was documented correctly. Very happy with my visit and treatment plan.

Not very well signed. You feel like you are in a day spa for ladies. Went outside and around to the other side and back. Need a simple sign on the front door would be nice. Longer than expected wait to get seen, but once in the staff were very friendly and considerate, good care! I recognize I'm an old school guy, but you asked.

I have tried to be patient but there were just too many things that have gone wrong. I waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. I get it things run behind, and I'm willing to wait for quality care. However, when I was seen the PA had to ask me 3 different times what face wash I was using and said to call them and come in if my condition was bothering me and got painful. That's why I came to the doctor, because it was painful and bothering me.... Luckily, the MA was very helpful and helped me make a decision on what to do and said she would call it into a pharmacy that would help me save money. I called the pharmacy, and they didn't have my prescription. So I called back and they sent it into the wrong one. Okay, I get it mistakes happen. They said they would call it in again. Only, they called it into the wrong pharmacy again..... Such a frustrating experience for something that should be more streamlined and simple.

As always, Tyler Newman was very kind and through. I appreciate his sensitivity and taking the time to explain things. I feel very confident in his care. I appreciated his new assistants this time. They both were very positive and caring. I would highly recommend him to others.

I have been going to Ginger for well over a year now. She is professional and does amazing work. I get micro needling and chemical peel treatments about every 5 weeks. It has cleared up the brown spots on my face and it has also shrunk my pores. She has recommended some great moisturizers and lightening cream and my face looks so amazingly better that I can now go with out makeup comfortably. Ginger spends the time necessary to get to know you and figure out just what you need. She is amazing, we all need a Ginger in our lives!!
