Untidy and unprofessional staff. During a pilgrimage trip with my family, I visited the site. I found the rooms to be unclean. It seemed as if the linens had not been changed for a long time. The towels were so hard that they felt like sand paper. There were pan stains on the washbasins. The air conditioner did not work. As a whole, I found it to be a waste of time and money.

Service apartments near the main road. Basic. WiFi is weak due to the cement walls, only work in the drawing room. Kitchen is unsatisfactory, two glasses and one spoon provided. There were two pots and no usable utensils so cooking was not an option. The provided refrigerator was turned off, had mold growing, smelt bad, and had no shelves. There are many ok eating places within a few minutes walk.

This is an service apartment with 2bhk and 3 bhk. You will not find this apartment easily in online as you search for rooms. We booked 3bhk flat in 1st floor. Flat was neat and clean with fully furnished. You have dinning table, 5 seater in hall with tv and in 3 rooms as well. In kitchen you have induction stove and basic utensils to boil the milk. AC, fan and geyser were working properly in all the rooms. Lift facility is available and huge car parking in ground floor. This place is near to Maattu Thavani bus stand and 6 kms away from Meenakshi temple. Lot of restraunt options available in outside this place within 100 metres radius. Naina idli shop is available in end of the street. Overall place to stay with family. No hassles we faced. Call these people directly and book it instead of going through online.

A full complex of apartments let out as service apartments. Situated in the main area of the city. Three bedrooms available. Those who plan to visit the Meenakshi Amman temple with more family members can very well use this apartments.

Few hassle to improve will be avoid ignorance from reception & staff. I stayed for 4days & none listen to any of my request, starting from refill water can to cleaning just one day. Second was parking, the staff had no clue on why outsiders park their vehicles in their space. If we omit these above experience was great & will stay again if i visit again due to cleanliness, and response from manager after complaint.

Excellent Service Apartment. We stayed for one month for my mother medical treatment (very near to Meenakshi Mission Hospital) Felt safe and secure. Domestic cleaning staff and Reception staffs are helpful. They helped us to get cooking gas cylinder. Lot of shops near by ( pharmacy, vegetable shop, provisional stores ) Strongly recommended for families.

2BHK. Family. Poor service. Stayed there after informing well in advance, AC never worked. Un cleaned room, they never inform if visitors comes (Yellow T.shirt guy had told my guest, went for lunch & I was single occupancy). No WiFi worked. Fully of mosquitoes. For the same rates, there are multiple options nearby. Worst hospitality, 0 room hospitality. Pathetic, no hardcopy bills was given. Overall rating: 0.5/10

Group travellers to Madurai have the option of staying in Viswa apartments without a doubt. This house is tidy and comfortable, has enough parking, is affordable, and is located close to well-known landmarks. It was enjoyable for me to spend two nights with my family and friends. There are several wardrobes in the rooms, clean bathrooms, somewhat sized living rooms, etc.

I had booked 90% of the apartment for my family marriage function. Ambience good Location good Rooms good Facilities good The only thing they erred is in providing morning breakfast for my guests. I had given the amount for 100 people for the morning breakfast. They should be ready for 100 people atleast, since I had paid the amount in full and in advance. By the time 60 persons finished the breakfast, there was a shortage of dishes. As the time passed, I called my guests, since it was getting late for the marriage function. And I got the information about the shortage of breakfast. Some of the guests quit the breakfast and hurried to the function. By god's grace the guests were only 80 as against the estimated number of 100. I didn't ask for the unserved breakfast amount either. My question is why there was a shortage even before 70 persons as I had booked for 100 persons. I informed the staff concerned and they had no answer than an apology. It's my feedback instead of a complaint. But for this, the experience was good. Compared to most hotels this would be a nice place to stay.

Recently I stayed here, The rooms are good and the service is also good. But still the balcony and kitchen looks dirty.

It was a nice place to stay with a bunch of friends, We took a 3bhk flat,mineral water,food also good.

Good & pleasant stay. But bit expensive. Paid 4.8k for a night. Less than 4k is highly appreciable.

Bad maintenance. Geyser not working, had to bring buckets of water from next flat. No night lamps. AC is in poor condition. Common areas are not cleaned. I would avoid it next time.

Very poor service. There was no water in the apartment. No mirror in the bedroom, no side tables, no hot water , no extra pillows

It's very good service apartment. Clean and very nicely maintained. Staff is very co-operated and helping to get the food from outside. Price is little high compared to places with similar facilities

The property is good but the maintenance of the property is worst, you can find dust and web everywhere.person by name kartick he dont know the value of customer and respect. He is very rude and adamant. If anything needed approach vijayan nice person and down to earth

The place is good and center of the city. A 10 minutes drive to the main places of Madurai, like temple, palace, famous hotels.the basic services are good. Service needs a great improvement to match the next level than standard. The drinking water was not available in our floor.

Somewhat disappointed with our selection after seeing 4+ star rating in google. Apartments were good but some bedrooms are very small (matchbox size). Water heater was not working. Bathroom and kitchen fittings were broken. They call it service apartment but their 'service' is the real problem we faced. Receptionist was rude while receiving guests. 50% payment was made online one day advance. Although the balance 50% was due at check-out time, the receptionist kept insisting for payment while checking-in claiming it is month end and closing. It is their problem, not the guests. After forcefully taking the balance 50%, they were not helpful to the complaints we raised about room amenities (as expected, since payment is already in their hands). Although it cost ~2500 per bed room, they will not provide even bottled water. When we requested for tea or coffee as room service, they kept telling it is raining hence can't go, although the rain was stopped. Travelling to Meenkshi amman and Tiruparamkundram temples and getting back is a Herculean task considering the heavy traffic and distance, hence it is advised to avoid booking this property if you are on temple visits. You will get far better facilities at cheaper rate at hotels near to temple. We visited in May 2023 and booked 5 rooms (2bhk+3bhk) at a total of 12,000/-. Not satisfied with the service.

Service was very bad. I don't recommend it at all. The heater wasn't working at all and there wasn't any solution provided for it. The drinking water had a chiller and heater but it didn't work. The remote batteries were old and none of it worked, be it tv or AC. The tv dth wasn't recharged. There wasn't any kettle in there. After making so many complaints, none of them was looked into and we had a very unpleasant stay. Please don't book this. It's not worth the money paid. They didn't compensate for anything. Worst

23.01.23. We 6 of us check in ard 10+pm... within 2am 4 time electricity disconnected... cockroach n lizards was in de rooms n toilets... no hot water... worst service

Felt like home. Nice experience. Only catch is the distance from the city centre. But if you wanna accomodate a big family, this is a best choice.

We made bookings online for 2 3bhk air-conditioned apartments.. Were shocked to discover upon check in that one of the bedrooms did not have ac.. So ask their 3 bhks have only 2 bedrooms with AC. Neither of the living area sir conditioned.. The apartments are furnished very minimally.. Dinner toilets were also write shabbily done up.. All rooms are very compact This experience inspite of calling and checking with the hotel over phone no of times before checking in

Wonderful experience. Loved the service and the rooms. Very well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly. There is parking below. It is about 20 mins from Madurai Meenakshi temple. Good for large groups as individual rooms would definetly cost more and won't provide such space.

Room, bedding and toilets were very clean. Every room has a TV, attached bathroom and AC. Might seem like a bit expensive but there is not many places that comes with all these amenities. Pros: 1) clean and best place to stay, especially if you are traveling with extended family and need a place to stay. 2) Service is very good for a service apartment 3) choice to rent one, two or three bedrooms Cons: 1) location is a bit far (15 - 20) mins drive from the town centre. We liked it as we prefer to stay away from crowded place and don't mind the commute. This is a personal choice 2) parking could get tricky at times. They have limited parking in the stilt and few limited street parking. If you have a big car or SUV better park in front of the building as it will be easy to get going 3) limited food options available around but you can swigy and Zomato from all popular rests..

Rooms were very neat and clean. It had all the required facilities and all the appliances were in very good condition. Completely enjoyed the stay.

A comfortable stay for big families and for those who are attending functions. Located in K.Pudur area near I'm sakthi hospital in 7th St, Lourdhu nagar, Madurai-7. Surely comfortable stay. Three bedrooms/₹4,555.

Very neat and spacious apartment. Courteous staff with speedy services enhanced the worth. We had a nice stay at Viswa serviced apartments. We did not expect much with the food, but to our surprise that too turned out to be delicious. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Good spacious rooms, Easy access to the location and good service. Suggestion is, with one induction stove the cooking is taking more time. Can provide Gas stove or one more induction stove.

Rooms are excellent n well maintained. Nothing to complain. Extra bed not available when asked, so inform early if u want one. Don't order food here. Very expensive n not worth the price. Better to dine out.
